I don't know excatcly what to say, I sadly lost two family members in this hospital. I don't blame the surgents or doctors, as they probably did all they could. Couple of months ago I was there for a doctor's appointment, the doctors were very helpful and nice. It was quite quickly done. Would I recommend this hospital. Yes

About 30 people, only 1 doctor in the emergency room and we waited 3 hours until it was our turn for a diagnosis that we knew ourselves and didn't even get a solution. It's better to wait until your vacation is over and go to the hospital in Germany You don't die in the waiting room

Hospital parking cannot be 2 BGN per hour. This is not a MALL. It usually takes you at least 3 hours for a routine examination. Let it be paid, but let it be 1 BGN.

The conditions could really use some improving. The surgical tech is top of the line and some of the best one can find in the country.

They saved the life of my father 3 times

A year ago I came at 14:50 to book procedure, but there were none on daily reception. Guardian proposed me to visit emergency reception. The woman on emergency reception was rude, she screamed on me and was very disrespectful. There were no any information in the hall about working hours of daily reception, I came there first time, so is it a problem to provide some information without scream? Today I visited daily reception and behavior was kind and helpful, also visited nuclear department and man there was very polite and calm. I got all information which I needed. I will try to give another chance to this place because of experience today.

Not so good.It was worse before

I understand that everyone's experience is different and that the building itself can be a bit tough to navigate. In my case, the doctor who attended to me was everything a physician should be: Courteous, helpful, pleasant, a good listener. He also spoke flawless English. I was very impressed. The place is head and shoulders above other hospitals I have visited in Bulgaria, incl. private ones.

Terrible attitude, nagging and eye rolling from a stuttering, young doctor in an emergency room. Nothing against his handicap, but I don't know his name to call him. I have been to the emergency room before and have been very satisfied with the treatment, but this individual makes me wish I never set foot in the hospital again. It was a disgusting experience.

Internal diseases - I have no words! A deranged nurse with blonde hair and 40 years of experience has a disgusting attitude, yelling and belittling her patients and trying to do her job. There is no hygiene!

Old place. Good doctors. Place is in pretty bad shape compared to most of Western Europe and the US. Not a place to stay overnight unless you are really in need. Bring your own pajamas and pillow. Bathrooms reek. New facility needed, then this relic from the 1960s can be torn down. Bulgarians are let down by their government when this is what they get in terms if a hospital.

I want to express my greatest disappointment to Associate Professor Dr. Novakov from the thoracic surgery on the 11th floor. That's not a doctor to me, that's a killer to me!!!!! No attention for two weeks and it constantly turned us around. This man should not be a doctor, he should be banned from practicing this profession!!!!!😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

I am shocked! This cannot be called a hospital. The attitude towards the patients is disgusting, the rooms are a complete misery, and the treatment and diagnosis are not worth it at all.
