The worst thing about this place is staff/service. On arrival to a 4-5* hotel in a beach resort one would expect at least to be offered a glass of water/soft drink or even champagne at some places. However, on arrival to this hotel I, my wife and daughter were greeted by a reception lady (with curvy black hair and glasses) who told us in a very unfriendly manner that we arrived too early and she won't allow an early check in. We arrived at 12:20 with check in time at 2 pm but we did NOT ask for an early check in and I almost had to calm this reception person down explaining that we are happy to wait. Of course she didn't offer us a drink nor did she say we were welcome at this hotel. On departure I had to deal with the same reception person again and she told me off for keeping my suitcases for too long at the reception area (I checked out at 12 and asked her to keep my luggage until 6 pm which annoyed her for some reason). Needless to say, this is more like a Soviet-style hostel level of service but not a 5* hotel. The work of the cleaning staff was not impressive either - minimal cleaning was done daily and on the last day they didn't even give us any replacement toiletries. Breakfast was acceptable but with very limited choices for a 5* hotel - no fish or freshly squeezed juices (at all). The restaurant (which is apparently considered to be one of the best in Lithuania was equally unimpressive - overpriced for what it is and with very average food. We paid c. 300 eur for a dinner for 2 people and there are definitely much better options in this price range in Lithuania and abroad. Overall verdict - this place requires a lot of improvements to reach at least a 4* Western hotels' standard.

It was a very disappointing experience! The location is very nice, but the behavior of the staff is too disappointing. We arrived at 21:45 on saturday, we had asked if we could have a sit and they brought us to the table. The waiter (almost bold, around 45) even if he can speak English (not great level but he speak) do not try at all and make my lithuanian girlfriend like a traslator. This is already not nice and unrespectful but unluckly it is only the beginning. After ordering I asked to the waiter not to put onion in my dish. I received two dishes only for me, probably for a misunderstanding, but instead of say sorry and no problem the attitude of the waiter (a blond 25 years old woman this time) was polemic. Of course after they bring back to the kitchen the one I did not ordered. The glasses of wine was all time overfilled (so I asked to put less). They asked for coffee while I was still drinking the wine. After they gave me the bill when I still had the espresso (even if I didn't ask and at their request I said to wait). I know we arrived in a time that for you could be late, but you are free to tell "sorry but we do not accept costumer after X hour". Otherwise if you accept costumer you must provide the attention and respect they deserve. Never happened before to have received all this pressure to leave a restaurant.

As one of the most, if not the most, expensive restaurants in Lithuania, we were totally disappointed. The food was not bad, but nothing special at all, just regular. Food came lukewarm and ingredients were not of the best quality. The service was regular, dry welcoming and not even presenting the dishes. Far from any high-end international restaurant. Overall, this is most likely a place where people eat for their Instagram, and not a place for food lovers. So you get an idea, a full dinner for two with only one glass of wine each is approx 200eu.

This is one of the best restaurants in Palanga. I haven’t had the chance to stay at the hotel, but it’s worth stopping here for their food, especially their breakfast! Their crepes with ham and cheese as well as cottage cheese are to die for! It’s the best part of our visit here in Palanga!

The restaurant seemed nice, but we’ve felt a bit ripped off. We asked for a flat white, but got a double espresso with milk which cost 9 Eu for a cup :D I haven’t paid for a coffee that much even in very fancy places. So it soured our experience as it doesn’t make sense to charge that much for a coffee. Desserts were nice though

If you happen to be in Klaipeda or Palanga, I would encourage you to come here for a breakfast. Of course during high season you might be out of luck to get a place in the restaurant. All breakfast dishes, which we tried, were absolutely well balanced whether you are a fan of the dishes with mushrooms or classics like Benedict's eggs etc. As a breakfast dessert, we went for the well known breakfast signature of this place - the pancakes 🥞 with strawberries 🍓. Really gorgeous. I would suggest not to skip it. In addition to all this, I would like to compliment the staff there. They were not only very friendly and helpful but were able to include very appropriate jokes and create a good vibe.

I've met some of the most loving, caring and genuine people at this hotel. It's family owned and every member of the family is awesome and wonderful humans. They truly know what serving and valuing their customers is. The food is impeccable, some of the best tasting seafood I've ever had. Clean, lighted and attractive rooms puts the Icing on the cake. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

Overpriced and overated. These are the best words to describe the place. Food is ok, but nothing special. There are better places to eat around area where food is better, and prices are more adequate. Try Momo grill in Klaipėda instead and you will be pleasantly surprised.

This is def not a 5* hotel, for the money do not tecommend as it is inadequate for the quality and service you get. The hotel room we stayed was a family room. The room and bathroom was wear out and outdated. There are cracks in the bath and it felt it needs some refurbishment. Fireplace is unsafe to use, especially if you saty with children as it has no glass or bars in front of it. Because of fireplace room smells funny. Our child accidentaly dropped one of lamps in the room and hurt head, the housekeeping did not take the lamp away or clean the broken pieces away, but just left it in the room as a trophy for the rest of oit stay. This was ridiculous. Hotel, restaurant and room we stayed was absolutely not kids friendly, as the interior is unsafe for small kids and you have to keep an eye on every move. At least they got a high chairs for babies in the restaurant and kids menu also available. No play area for kids at all. The restaurant- overrated and overpriced. Food was ok, but nothing special really, quite avarage. Cappucino served was terrible. The breakfast can be chosen by menu. First morning we had to wait with small child 20min for the food to arrive. Staff is friendly and polite, except one housekeeping lady, who came with angry face in our room like i owe here something. There was some event held while our stay, so someone from reception approached us on our way asking if we can park our cars elsewhere. We found it inappropriate as we were on our holiday and did not want to waste our time parking cars around premises just because hotel feels other guests are more important than our peace. Spa always booked, no chance to get there, also lady could not tell on the phone of and when any appointment available for Saturday. As restaurant tables and relax area is just in inner yard of the hotel and room we stayed in faces that yard, evening time was quite noisy with people dining and being loud and music, something not great when you travel with small kid. Overall this hotel was absolute disappointment, would not stay here again as the quality and service you get for that price is just inadequate.

The restaurant is great!!! Lots of live flowers, paintings... Table by the bookshelves... Dishes - masterpieces of art... The staff is not only great professionals but also great people!!! Everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to my sister, who was celebrating her birthday, and gave her a cake with fireworks...

The sauna area is extremely unsafe. The heating element is not protected at all and the floor is uneven. My mother burnt her leg . We reported to staff who were incompetent. Hardly knew what to do . Did not offer any compensation absolute disgrace . . On top of that they charge 10euro for beer not sure how they justify this price with such rude service.

High class place to eat, to talk, to relax. Kitchen really good. You can stay in a hotel or just visit the restaurant. My recommendations for seafood or best meat experiences.
