One of the key manors in western Lithuania, built in XIX century. Make sense to visit if you are splashing on the Baltic coast nearby. It also contains a winter garden, a rarity in Lithuanian manors.

An interesting museum complex about the life of Tiškevičiai family. I found the photos interesting but the main exhibition quite disjointed.

Kretinga Manor was constructed in the 16th. The manor was later owned and controlled by the Chodkevičius, Sapiega, Masalskis, Potockis and Zubovas families. Manor has the ethnography, the archeology exhibit, the famous Winter Garden exhibit and the exhibit introducing the history and culture of the manor. Overall is impressive Winter Garden, it looks like tropic paradise. On the 2nd floor is avialable restaurant. Tickets costs 4eur per person. Free parking is located near the ticket office. Firstly need to buy tickets at the tickets office, it's small white building near the parking. Near the manor is located several hectars park.

Was good value for the ticket price. Pleasant grounds and interesting rooms to see. The best part is the cafe in the winter garden. A very beautiful place to have a coffee.

A well preserved manor house with origins from the 16 century. A fine collection of paintings and old furniture with an attached winter garden that also houses a simple but pleasant restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is an Ethnological museum on the other side of the road and pleasant cafe. Impressive park with large well maintained oak trees.

They have a great selection of exhibitions on the site. Have a great botanical garden inside, but unfortunately it's now under reconstruction. But there was interesting native people history with interesting infographics and it's quite beautiful historical bracelets and body pendants and etc.

Nice exci option, buildings are renovated but still so authentic. And the wintergarder is just fantastic. It's possible to have lunch or dinner there.

Very interesting place! There is an inovative expositions. Also the museum has a big winter garden where you can feel like in summertime.

Lovely winter garden. The museum itself lacks information connecting everything. But still a sight worth seeing.

It is a Tishkevich property and a nice place to visit. Walking through the rooms of the castle, you will find a lot of historical items and paintings. Also, there is a winter garden with a pool with fish and turtles and a little café. Also, the territory around the museum is a beautiful park with some other little buildings, worth visiting.
