Front desk girl, young with black hair.. sorry didn't ask for a name, was fantastic and helpful. Lanes were SUPER oily which is the only negative as I've never had a harder time to get a hook in my life. My son had a great time, and we will be back! Arcade is decrepit and in SERIOUS need of an overhaul.

If you have your own bowling shoes bring them they really need to replace all the shoes. They rush people out. They didn't even let the family get ready to leave b 4 they gave us the lane, so we had to wait till they got packed ND ready to leave the bowling area / ND could even bringing a bottle of water! I will never go back there

First I must say I'm so grateful for the staff and party coordinator! I somehow mixed up the day of my son's party, I had it as Sunday and it was actually booked for Sat. The coordinator was able to accommodate the day by moving the party back an hour. They literally had a huge fundraiser using all lanes and we just simply came an hour later. The party was great, food was amazing as always. The kids had a great time and everything went smoothly. This is one of our families favorite party venues, the price is affordable, food is amazing and staff is super friendly!

Facility is a bit dated and could use some new equipment as far as scoring machines. Our lanes needed to be rebooted at the front desk at least 4 times over 3 games. Staff was nice and facility is very clean.

Great place for the family. I always have fun with the kids when we go. Very clean and professional. The food is great, especially the pizza. The prices are also reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little fun and relaxation.

The employee that had our birthday party kept disappearing, her overall attitude was poor, and her customer service was poor. We were disappointed because usually their birthday parties are exceptionally good.

Kids had a great time! Pizza was delicious. The whole place was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

My teenager and I had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Chacko's! 3 games of bowling, Jalapeno poppers, a pickle pizza, and a trip to the arcade to round it out. A fun, SUPER YUMMY, wholesome way to spend some time making memories.

Was a very good bowling center. Beware they turn the lights out and have a party after 9 some nights which was great but I couldn't see where I was throwing my balls! 😂 Very enjoyable!!
