I have purchased so many things from F.hinds the quality of the items is too good. I haven't got any issues to using the items. I have bought one watch first time and it was really good. Colour was nice and I didn't get fed up a battery mate. I have bought a chain by mistake on my chain was broken, but they exchanged it with a new one and they didn't got any money from me recently I have bought 12 watches together to send as a gift and the quality is really really good. I would like to buy more things in future

Please avoid this jewellers. I have never made a complaint to customer services in my life but the treatment I received was disgusting. I ordered a wedding ring that apparently needed to be custom made, I was told it would take 4 weeks. I went into the jewellers multiple times after the 4 weeks and was continuously told it wasn't there. After having to get an alternative I went in and asked for a refund, my ring magically appeared but I still hadn't been contacted to inform me that the ring was there. I was told I had apparently already refunded a ring (which I hadn't), that I hadn't gone into the shop and belittled. The shop assistant Natalie has such a disgusting attitude ....it was disgraceful. I am now having to get lawyers involved to get a refund because I am not allowing them to get away with the way they've treated me.

Absolutely brilliant service from this team in Greenlanes Barnstaple... Just a rarity these days. Had my Seiko divers upgraded with new Pepsi bezel and new glass and strap... Kept me informed of the progress and adjusted FOC.... Fantastic! a ''gem of a jewellers''.

The lady in the shop that helped us was really friendly and helped us find some lovely earrings that I can wear for my wedding to matching a necklace that I already had. There was a massive selection and a lot of it was very reasonably priced.
