Smaller than I thought!! Still not bad. We went there in March and it was freaking cold.

Stawa Młyny is a beacon in the shape of a windmill in Świnoujście. The beacon acts as a signal for vessels entering the Port of Świnoujście, from the Baltic Sea. The beacon is 10 meters in height; painted white with a black roof. The beacon was built between 1873–1874 during the modernisation of the ship route into the Port of Świnoujście.

NEVER GO THERE. While the locals were nice, i cant get over the boats, they were so ugly and annoying, one of them even hit my son! I called the police and none of them could speak turkish which is the only launguage i know, basically they were racist. ALSO i almost forgot about the most important part, the windmill or whatever it is fell on my daughter almost killing her! I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMMING THERE!!!

The navigational sign "Stawa Młyny" is the most recognizable point in Świnoujście. Świnoujście is located on three large islands, Uznam, Wolin and Karsibór and on over 40 uninhabited islands. There is also the Świna River, which flows into the sea. It is worth noting that there is the widest, natural beach in Poland. In some places, the beach in Świnoujście reaches almost 200 meters. There is also the highest lighthouse on the Polish coast. It's one of the highest lighthouses in the world. It has 308 stairs. The height of the tower is 67.7 m.

This beacon in the shape of a windmill looks very cute, the size is about 10 meters in height; painted white with a black roof. It is really one of the most representative places in Swinoujscie so u can take a walk by the seaside upon arrival from the train station in the morning, visit the Stawa Mlyny and then follow the path by the canal as well.

Interesting light house. We went to visit the site during a bike ride along the coast.

I like places like that - you feel like the end of the world.

The place is super beautiful! Picturesque at any time of day. And also saw a seal unexpectedly at night right next to the mill 🦭.

A spectacular stop at the very end of the Oder-Nieße radweg. But wrap up because it’s probably going to be windy and freezing

Nice spot to just sit in the sun and watch the ships passing by

You can walk through the beach water and each this pier type of path. When we visited this beacon, we spotted a seal much nearer to the shore. I'd suggest to visit on a sunny, non-so-windy day. It might be little difficult for children when it's windy here. Nothing special about it, but people visit as this is the official symbol of świnoujście.

Very nice location near the beach and the port. You can reach the Stawa Młyny on foot or by bike. At the location there are information about the mill and it is a good place the sit and relax. A nice small landmark, where you can be a long time or just few minutes.
