No cleanness , nurses doesn't even know how to measure body temperature and Bp.morever most careless staff. Please maintain cleanness and for any consultation it will take around 3 hours for sure. I won't prefer going this hospital

Nurses are negligent/not trained in tracking if the saline is over - until the blood dropped back into the saline pipes, heart breaking to see my mother suffer even after repeated intimations. The excuses made for doctors not attending the patient : a. Sunday is a Holiday b. Saturday & Monday - peak day for OP Leading to extension of stay than usual. The excuses made for delay in Discharge formalities: 1. Bill is being Audited by Auditor (I am a CA, I never know that Auditor has to give clearance to discharge a patient). 2. Today is Month end - so many bills in queue. 3. Today is Month end - so Awards function is also happening. Feedback/Complaints expecting resolution for better service : 1. Water Bottles not provided to patient for initial 2 days - reason : Out of stock as Vendor not supplied 2. Washrooms not clean, when complained shifted to better room 3. Insurance formalities not initiated stating, Sunday is a Holiday 4. AC & TV remote not handed over until complained I am not aware of the quality of treatment, I pray it is good for my mother but the quality of the services often make the attendants feel not secured. One of the worst hospitals and pathetic, egregious behavior of the staff. This lady who is supposed to be staff has to say - "PAY THE MONEY OR GET LOST" when they were questioned why they were charging more than what was mentioned on Cowin. No one has an answer unfortunately. I don't know what she thinks of herself and if she is above the law. For Vaccinations, the other hospitals in Hyderabad are charging 1250 for covaxin and with the arrogant service these guys charge 1400, 1500 (Btw, it varies every day), be extra cautious of these leeches. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND.

I admitted my sibling as she was facing diarrhoea. She was so dehydrated by which doctors had asked her to stay in here for 5 days. The whole staff is responding so well and even the rooms are hygienic. Coming to food, it is really good! Billing was also genuinely reasonable and affordable... To be simple the overall experience for us was Good and I strongly recommend this hospital!

We had a worst experience when admitted my wife for treating Mumps infection. She was admitted into ICU after hospitalized for a day in private room. 1) ICU room was not at all hygienic with no cleanliness at all 2) There was no sufficient air movement and lot of suffocation throughout 3) When raised about this they have put a fan which was previously kept for another patient and taken out after 20-30 min. 4) Patient had to ask 4-5 times to get a glass of water 5) Had to wait for more than 2 hours for nurse to disconnect the monitoring cables to visit washroom 6) Pathetic staff talking all throughout the night 7) Being a diabetic she was not provided required diet and when questioned, it was a shock to know that Dietician was not informed at all about her condition 8) Anti viral medication was to be given 5 times a day as advised by doctor, but she had been administered only twice a day 9) When diabetic levels were 184, doctor had advised the attendant as the levels are 290+ and ICU treatment has to be continued. All this has been discussed with operations in charge, nursing head, ICU services in charge and Dietician. And, that is when, they stopped responding at all completely. They have even not provided food to patient stating there was no communication to them. I am not sure how this happened as the patient is still in premises as per their records. Doctor has advised us to stay for another 2 days and we said we want to go home considering above issues. She just walked away without telling anything. They have even suddenly stopped all the IV fluids and pending treatment stating doctor has asked that is not required anymore. I would never recommend anyone to this hospital, come what may.

ICU doctors are not providing the patient status in detail. 3.Most important ,nursing staff is taking away medicines and they are saying they load them and get back., but in the process most of the medicines are disappearing ,and we have to buy them again. This is worst hospital ever visited.... My wife got admitted here with fever and cough ( it was not covid, already we got test from reputed diagnosis center) for this reason they admitted for 1 week, as we have health insurance they charged us around 1.3 lakh bill Insurance paid 1 lakh to hospital they where forcing us to pay remaing amount but after tough negotiation we paid abt 8k. Here the scam starts...... 1) Thers is a senior Doc she comes to around 2.00 PM which is really crazy after that she leaves, then patients must be on nurse or junior doc consultant 2)Nurse always writes some notes in da nite 3) this one really crazy one ....... For us they gave us discharge summary at 6.00 in the evening (we waited for whole day) by this time Doc already left there was no one to discuss abt post discharge medication and we went across some ridiculous and unwanted test for this they charged us heavily and there was no one to answer why she recommended these test They where telling us all ridiculous reasons but not allowed to speak with her in mobile.by this time slowly every one was leaving by 8.00 Still not able to understand stand what made them to make us wait for whole one and half day Please please please please avoid this hospital I am sitting in hospital and writing this It's humble request avoid this hospital

I seriously don’t get the formula they use to calculate platelets count. I wish they could give it to world so other labs can correct. We literally had worse experience with this hospital as they wantedly admitted my family member in ICU. Made us to pay 1lakh plus for few days of admission reason being viral fever and low platelet count. Whereas when we checked the platelet count in authorized lab centre there was a difference of 65,000. They informed the count was as low as 10,000 and did platelet transfusions and charged us more money which is absolutely a waste and has side effects. Please recheck the platelet count with some other source before getting treated with this hospital with low platelet count.
