Villas ...we did visit..for buying.. There's a school being built beside...however the cost of Villa is 2cr ..which makes it expensive....and no grocery or utility shops around. Lake is nearby. Housing is empty.. There is a security guard. Few NRI'S bought a home and left it to the birds..spiders.. The maintenance team doesn't take care of unoccupied homes.

It's very far from city center but Prices are touching the sky 👎

Visited this serene location on 22nd August 2022 to grace my friend's house warming function.This place so cool and sillent and the construction of villas is very good,despite high cost post Covid.My friend's villa has excellent scenic view of nature and Ameenpur lake.Just in another year,after the construction of huge apartment we can expect more facilities like shopping,health care.There is a global school opposite to this venture.I wish my friend a happy living and enjoy the serenity👍The original cost of villa is most affordable.

Beautiful location. High prices. Bad approach roads.

This is a community a lot of people haven't probably heard of. It is near BHEL junction. A couple of kms into the colony. Access is very difficult and doesn't have good roads. THe community is very well built and the best part is it is right adjacent to a huge fresh water lake. So there is always a fresh breeze.

I have tried to post each and every detail of builders and sales team. But this team not letting me to post. Only favorable people reviews are visible. I m not able to help new buyers from these unethical people.

It's a pretty awesome project very near Ameenpur lake and can see fields near by very pleasant area.

Nice cosy villas, well built, builder is open for changes in the construction.

Good construction but far away from city and in remote place. Cost is too high for the locality

Very good villas just opposite to the school. The lake view for some villas is really amazing. Nicely maintained. Calm and serene. Decent size of villas to buy or to live on rent. Only problem is a stretch of bad road reaching from the Sai anurag colony/CABA. But since the area is developing it would take some time for the good roads to come.
