Really awful! Ordered a Zinger burger and the crispy chicken tenders.... where to start... Okay, the Zinger burger. First thing that came to mind was that it was tiny! Seriously, it's small. It's called a Zinger burger as there's supposed to be a spicy, tasty, sauce in there. That seemed to have been missed out and there wasn't even a little spiciness to it. Having lived in the UK the Zingers over there are lovely and spicy and I'm sure they're larger too. The other thing that didn't help it was that it wasn't even slightly warm and this is on a day when the temperature outside reached 38°c. Now, to the crispy chicken tenders. They should be called to task under the trade description act as they definitely weren't crispy. They were, at least, hot but the chicken they were made from seemed tasteless and very stringy. There's not a lot more to be said about them as they were just boring and tasteless. The order wasn't even particularly fast considering it's supposed to be a fast food place and they weren't particularly busy. Really sad as this was the first KFC that we'd tried since moving to Italy and unfortunately we won't be going back.

I have a thing for quick service and today it was so quick I barely had the time to go find a table. There were a lot of customers so I wasn't expecting to be served so fast and I really appreciated that. The cashier was nice and the food was as good as always. Keep up the good work!

An asian man, clearly who doesnt speak good Italian was mocked and shamed by the two cashier staff. The man was asking for a cold water in a broken italian, the cashier got him the water but then said “shouldve gave him tap water instead” and laughed together with the other cashier. That was said infront of the customers who were waiting for their orders. Clearly disgusting behaviour of an employee that represents the brand of KFC. This happened on November 21,2023 at 20:00 onwards.

Very rude staff!! Manager or supervisor mistreated a delivery driver that was waiting for the order.

I loved the food here but not the atmosphere. They differently need more seating. The chicken was good but not finger lickin' good.

They took the order... And after one hour of waiting they canceled the order... I could order somewhere else in that time and get the food... They are not serious with the clients

It's a KFC... So the food is exactly the same as in any other KFC. The service was very efficient, though.

I feel like KFC was way more tastier before.
