One of the worst, if not the worst hotel I have been to in my life. Was hoping to have a nice stay and expected a nice lodge when I saw the beautifully decorated lobby, but I was met with torn lamps and walls, as well as unkind staff. The food was made with minimum effort, as if they did it as a requirement to count as a 4 star hotel. The location is terrible too, the only place nearby is a gas station where the cashier is extremely rude. If you can choose to not stay at this hotel, don't!

This is advertised like a 4 star hotel but it really isn't. The beds are lower than in the photos from 5 years ago. The floors are not appealing. The bathroom is accurately represented in the photos. It's about 5 min away from the airport but there is no way to get anywhere except by taxi which can be expensive. The rooms are properly air conditioned but the hallways were rather warm. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful but I would not stay nor recommend.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel and the worst I've been with that classification. I came with a big group and our rooms were not clean. The trash can was full of garbage from the previous guest, some rooms didn't even had towels. Old bathtubs and the mirrors full of rust. The only good point were the beds, very comfortable.

Our tour company recommended this hotel, saying its 4 stars. However a big group of us checked in & felt like haunted hotel room. The room is extremely dim & no maintenance. The pillow is crazy thin. Hotel breakfast is a big fail. The plates and cups are extremely dirty. Horrible stay in Florence! I don’t think this hotel worth the claims of 4 stars More like 1 star!

This is my first time writing a much needed review for a hotel after traveling for all my life. Everything that could have gone wrong, indeed went very wrong. "4 star" is the greatest lie that this hotel can sell you. But let me tell you what you should stay here for. If you're looking forward to an experience of being in a haunted mansion, definitely book in a night. As you walk through the dimly lit lobby and hotel hallways (some areas even reflected the exterior blue LED lighting shining in), you know you're in for an immersive thematic experience. The two tiny lifts fitted at max two people standing right up to each other with your luggages included. Our initial room had flickering lights which complemented the upcoming Halloween vibe. Thankfully our guide kindly offered his room to us for an exchange. But the thrill didn't stop there! Our beds had stained covers, there was no body shower or shampoo, no kettle, curtains and creaky flooring looked like they've seen better days, rusted toilet and bathroom components, no drinking water provided, and many of our tour companions either had cigarette smell through their room or the AC wasn't working. (Thankfully again, ours worked and it merely smelt like mild mould.) The only minor saving grace was the beds were considered comfortable so you can sleep your nightmare away. When you wake, get your adrenaline rush from the long breakfast queue with minimal offerings, all set in a grim dining room. Who said you needed to pay extra to go to a thematic dining restaurant? The final touch was going back up the room after our breakfast. All of us were locked out of the room and when we went down to seek help from the front desk lady, she was totally unfazed and processed it for us as though this issue happens on a daily basis. We came on a tour group, so this would probably be a collective sentiment that is not extracted from one singular standout experience. The 1 star 🌟 is for helping us celebrate Halloween in advance.

Don’t understand how the hotel has 4 stars. Location is good and there is free parking and that’s about it for the positives. The air conditioning in the room was basically nonexistent. Our room was as hot as outside. The place was dirty and bugs were everywhere. No soaps provided in the room. Breakfast was terrible. Not to mention the tax that is not included in the hotel fee. You get what you pay for 🤷‍♂️ We also had belongings stolen from our car in the car park.

The first room our kids were in had black mold all over the ac vent, they gave them a second room that smelled like sulfur. The rooms need to be renovated, the floors are bad. The breakfast was very minimal and the juice was like punch and the coffee was mid. There was no fruit. Water damage in the rooms we had and not overly clean.

Don’t book hotel,hotel in the middle of the nowhere.There was no transportation available near the hotel, so I had to spend a significant amount of money on taxis. Furthermore, the hotel did not meet the standards of a four-star establishment; instead, it resembled a two-star hotel with its outdated and unclean appearance. The room lacked any basic amenities, and to my disappointment, when I arrived at 9:20 in the morning for breakfast, the staff had already cleared away the breakfast items at 9:15.

The hotel is promoted as 4-star, this is not a 4-star. It's more between a 2-3 star. The staff are great and very polite. I think if you are needing a 1-2 night stay and need to be near the airport, it works.

Room, sheets, shower and everything was clean and good. The interior of the hotel looks a bit worn out. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was horrible, lacks most of what you'd want, also a bit wierd, why serve tiny bread buns with a hard crust and not provide a bread knife?

The hotel is a great choice for one or two nights. The rooms are okay, the restaurant is beautiful, but we noticed that the organization in the restaurant is not at an enviable level. There is a lack of waiters, so the waiters who are working are literally running around the guests to get everything. We ordered sparkling water and got something completely different. We ordered two plates of mixed meat from the grill and we received one plate, so we waited another 20 minutes for the second one to arrive. The waiters don't speak English, whatever we tell them they just nod their heads to understand everything, but in fact they don't understand anything. They stopped us 2 times to ask for the room number even though we paid for dinner. The girl at the reception is not at all thrilled that we speak English. The hotel is okay and for staying a night or two it is fine. My opinion is that the staff working at the reception or in the restaurant should know at least some English because there is a high possibility that people who do not speak Italian will come.

Phone call from reception after 10.30 pm is unacceptable. Then they rang back after we said they had woken us up and they demanded we get out of bed and come down to reception. No apology and when I mentioned it to staff this morning I was met with blank stares. Rude and uncaring, if you wake your guests with unnecessary phone calls, then apologise. No customer service at all. An apology by staff was all that was need but not forthcoming.

Simple, rather old hotel, breakfast buffet acceptable. Nothing more than a quick one-night stop on the highway. Friendly staff.

this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SERVICE IS BAD. ROOMS ARE TERRIBLE. SO FAR FROM THE CITY!

The hotel was absolutely horrible. The room was unacceptable the floors were damaged and we found bugs on the ceiling. The bathroom ceiling was leaking. The water temperature was changing within seconds without altering the handle. The blanket was burned by a cigarette. The humidity levels were very high. The breakfast was horrible too. Most of the plates were dirty. Overall an awful experience

Far from everything. Dirty, rude staff, smelly hallways, sticky floor, broken elevator, bad breakfast. Parking was always full. They tax the hell out of you entering and exiting the hotel. Avoid this place if you can. Not recomended.

Room was okay, however no coffee/tea in the room, which was a bit sad. It was clean and tidy and comfortable though, which obviously is the main thing. Staff was friendly and helpful at the desk, but I suggest getting breakfast somewhere else - I think the only thing that wasn't disappointing was the espresso and the yogurt. Even the cappuchino wasn't nice, and it's machine made! Location is very practical, directly coming off the motorway and has a fuel station next to it, but if you want to be in Firenze's historical centre, this is way out, plus driving to and getting parking in the centre is a mission.

they should rename the hotel "The Dump" laughable they claim to be a 4 star hotel dirty, beat up, weak internet, noisy........... I could go on ;-)

Horrible experience at the hotel restaurant. My son and I were ignored by waiters, after saying something and finally ordering food and drinks everyone that ordered after us and even ones that came in after we ordered was being served, we had enough and decided to leave. Definitely feel like we were being outcast because we’re not Italian. I gave 2 stars because of reception stuff, very nice and helpful.

The AC does not work, I tried to get some ice (2 cups) and they wanted to charge me for that, they barely speak english and look like they hate their job, the elevators are so small only two people fit inside with their bags and the exterior looks abandoned. Not to mention the wifi does not work you can barely send WhatsApps or instagram mesagges. Im in the 3rd floor have not opened a single window and yet there are mosquitoes in my room. Would not recomend unles you ran out of options.

Air conditioner does not work effectively, breakfast is terrible, never any eggs, no bacon. Rooms are big and good shower, good cleaning. This is not a 4 star hotel, 3 at the absolute Max.

Wir waren auf Durchreise eine Nacht hier und es entspricht so gar nicht den Ansprüchen eines 4-Sterne Hotels. Das Hotel ist dunkel, schmuddelig und miefig. Wir haben abends im Restaurant gegessen und das war eine absolut schreckliche Erfahrung. Davon abgesehen das die Qualität der Speisen wirklich nicht gut waren haben unsere Tischnachbarn Fleisch mit Maden serviert bekommen. Ich bin immer noch schockiert. Auch das Frühstück ist qualitativ unterirdisch. Wenn ihr also eine andere bleibe findet, bleibt bloß weg hier!!

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Es ist gut, wenn man auf der durchreise ist und nur eine nacht verbringen muss. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist es nicht geeignet. Auf den Fotos im Internet sahen die Zimmer toll aus. In Realität sieht es leider anders aus. Es hat sogar etwas streng gerochen bei der Ankunft. Das Hotel hat bessere Zeiten hinter sich und sollte erneuert werden. Der Service war bemüht und sehr freundlich. Der Standort an der Autobahn ist in Ordnung.

Mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. In direkter Nähe gibt es einfach nichts außer einer Tankstelle. Die Zimmer sind winzig und nicht so gut gepflegt wie auf den Werbefotos. Zum Frühstück gibt es winzige Tassen, sodass man ständig rennen muss, die Croissants sind alle süß, die Brötchen hart und klein. Eine Sorte Käse, eine Sorte Wurst, Kuchen, Rührei, Joghurt, Honig, Cornflakes. Man erreicht das Zentrum von Florenz in wenigen Autominuten, die Parkplatzsuche ist dort allerdings anstrengend und teuer, wenn man fündig wird. Alles in allem ist die Gegend völlig überfüllt und unfassbar teuer. In einem Freibad in der Nähe haben wir nur für den Eintritt fast 50€ bezahlt. 😱 Erholung findet man in dem Hotel leider nicht nach strapazierenden Tagesausflügen. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. 4 (von etwa 500) Fernsehsender sind auf deutsch. Das Abendessen haben wir nicht inklusive. Es lohnt sich aber abends in das Hotelrestaurant zu gehen. Das Essen schmeckt wirklich gut und der Service ist sehr nett und schnell.

The worst thing about this hotel is the owners need to have an AC company to come in and look at the AC units in all the rooms as they dont even cool the room down, the reception area and the resturant is cooler than what the room was. One of the staff members told us that it was funny weather that was causing the AC problem well im sorry to say but on my trip I stayed in another 7 hotels and all of them were like my freezer at home. You did change our room and gave us two cards so we could constantly keep the AC unit on but this was still like a sauna. The staff were amazing and couldn't help us enough but the failure of this hotel is the AC unit that's my only complaint as I was melting with the heat and I'm glad I only booked two nights as any more I would of been looking for another hotel in the area. But really ask your owner to stay in one of your rooms for a week and lets see if they can sleep in the extreme heat of the rooms. Even I was thinking about sleeping in my car and turning on the AC in my car at one point to cool me down. Thank you to your amazing staff and at breakfast time but your main problem is the AC and I'm not the only one complaining on your reviews so please listen to your paying customers. I would visit you again but because of this problem I won't be coming back next year so think how many loosing customers you have because of this problem.

the nearst bus stop is currently out of service. a round trip to the city center costs 60eur which is ridiculous. lifts are very small. the room is big but old.
