I went at 9am, it wasn’t open. Waited around and still not open at 10am. Such a nuisance especially with children in tow and businesses aren’t opened their correct hours. It’s unprofessional and inconvenient UPDATE. I finally made it there, Open this time. got the key cut by the Indian lady, it doesn’t even fit. Too thick, I ring no apology she just says come back with the receipt.. what about the inconvenience? Apology would’ve been nice. I went back today to correct it, no apology again & she gave me a new key.. get this I THEN HAD TO INFORM her I’m entitled to a refund as I paid extra for the pink key that never worked. They really need classes on professionalism. Please avoid. Summary.. 1. I went and they weren’t open correct times. 2. Finally got a key cut, wrong size had to go back. No apology. 3. Had to ask for refund on the new key as it was plain and I paid extra for the pink. This is beyond ridiculous.

Very bad experience. I bought a garage remote which I returned 30 minutes later as I found my spare remote. The operator said they have a non refund policy which I found strange as the remote was unopened and in its original packaging. He gave me a credit note instead. Do not buy from Mister Mint. Try other stores which offer worry free refunds like Bunnings

Went here to get a boot heel fixed and they put a completely different colour on the heel... It would have been better if they had told me before taking the shoes that they cannot match the colour so I could go somewhere else. I would recommend asking them if they can colour match the issue before handing in your shoes.

I wouldn't recommend, they are replacing car key battery with $25 its too expensive and i bought from Woolworth price $5

Unhelpful unprofessional gave excuses why job couldn't be done. Went to rival shoe store, task was completed professionally by rival store in less than an hour. Don't bother.

I came in with 2 belts this evening to get some holes punched. The male staff was very friendly and did it for me. Then, I asked him to pay him but he said he would not charge for the job - which was very nice and kind of him. I will be back for other services for sure.

Just bought remote from mister minit pacific werribee, I was having difficulties setting it up, I called the owner he visited my home to set it up for me. Also, he didn’t charge me anything for his visit. Few week after I messed up door settings while trying to adjust door settings. I called the owner again and he did help me through over the even though that was 8 pm. Very happy with the service. Thank you once again.

So happy with these guys . ROBIN is absolutely lovely and was so friendly and understood everything I asked for . I got some keys rings and with engravings keys cut and also purchased a beautiful pen set and also got that engraved . He looked after me and even gave me a discount cause I bought so much. I had a request for engraving on an item i bought from them. Robin was awesome. Quick text communication, pictures of font before engraving started. Very high quality work. Would definatly recommend!

Very good value and the person working there knows what they are doing. They even came to the car to test and fix the key buttons. One feedback is to get more staff because the one man armed shop is technically buffering when the one staff is busy or testing the key for a car that is parked outside.

I brought a key from them but the key was not properly made .I waited 2hrs outside of my house in the rain very bad experience ,highly not recommended

They do not know what they’re doing and shifty. After replacing battery of my watch the manual one then the digital suddenly become blank. He want me to replace the also the battery I said no as it’s working before he did something the digital went back. Pay him and handed me my watch without even adjusting the time. He adjusted the manual but the digital he can’t because he said he need the manual. Don’t go there as they have no idea of the business they are into it.
