The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when I placed my order, and they even offered some great recommendations for toppings and sides. When my pizza arrived, it was piping hot and smelled absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy - exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Domino's Pizza Altona's service. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the delivery was prompt and professional.The manager aliabbas was extremely nice mate. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great pizza experience!

We ordered three large pizzas with two sides. The worst meal ever. It cost $38 not worth $5. My crème fraise pizza was like cardboard so dry no cheese, covered with heaps of oregano, the meat and pepperoni was hard and burnt and the ingredients looked so cheap. The side cheesy rolls were so salty and the hot chips tasted like flour. Not cooked properly. Definitely never ever ordering again. It wasn’t like they were busy. They need to learn how to make dough. And buy good ingredients

Ordered at 6pm had a call at 630 issue with delivery new driver taking over call 20 minutes later he’s not there until 7pm now apparently call at 7:20pm and he is still 10 minutes away just be honest with people still waiting for refund

I ordered a butter chicken pizza via the Dominos App for the Pier St Altona store. I asked for no onion, tomato and Capsicum because I. Allergic. When the pizza arrived it had all those toppings on it. It also arrived not cooked enough and slightly cold even though I live 4 min away from the store. I went down to the store and they showed me on there docket it did not show the ingredients I asked to be removed but on my receipt it shows this. I could not eat the pizza and was not offered a refund. Clearly there is a glitch on your site that you need to fix. You can't serve people food they are allergic to. The people at the store was incredibly rude and actually told me it wasn't there concern about my allergies and to take it up with you. I will be contacting the food safety authority

Staff were very friendly that's why I provided 2 stars. Unfortunately the Pizza's were terrible and i'd only give 1 out of 5 for the pizza - everything from base to toppings wasn't upto mark. I selected extra paneer cheese but not sure if someone is reading the orders. I think the other reviews are fake. Garlic bread was also a little burnt - the one i buy at the supermarket and bake in the air fryer actually tastes better.

Started ordering take away pizzas from Domino’s Altona soon after they opened, as the prices of other take away pizza options in Altona and the surrounding area were increasing dramatically. Domino’s is very reasonable priced; the service is quick and friendly; the pizzas are tasty with a good base of tomato and plenty of cheese on top. As a family of 6 we order the extra large options and the size is great. Would highly recommend for take away pizza.

We ordered two pizzas to eat and enjoy at the beach, but we found fully burnt sides after arriving. When they put them in the boxes, they shouldn't have been noticed and replaced?

The food was great, and tasty too, especially the Margherita pizza. Also, the staff is too good and helpful. Manager was very polite and humble. Recommended place for chilling with friends.
