Being a regular customer since this store opened for years. The customer service used to be good. However my recent shopping experience was uncomfortable and unpleasant. Around lunchtime at 8 Oct 22, I shopped inside and grabbed three pairs of pants in different colour to try. In the fitting room, the staff asked me to leave my personal bag on the shelf first time in years, it was strange why asked for leaving personal handbag in an open space of the shelf without a locker? Then she guided me to No.5 room and put the number plate hanging outside. No mentioned any basket so I had to ask her to pass one to me. After I closed the curtain and was at mid of trying different pants, the staff suddenly opened my curtain, I was totally shocked. No apology from her when she opened the curtain. This is my second time curtain being opened while trying on clothes in the fitting room even though the previous time was done by a kid and his parents just sit outside the fitting area. Complained to the Uniqlo head office by its website and was told she was a new staff member. But even though she was not a staff member, who would open the curtain when the curtain was closed? Where was the courtesy and common sense? Not a happy shopping experience.

I don’t understand how you can deal every night with the beeping of the door alarms until 6pm, it drives me nuts while I’m counting the till at my store which is much further down the strip. Is it possible to turn it down if you can’t turn it off?

Staff were so helpful, and the lady in the change room assisted really well with my alterations.

Caution: Refund of Items The business has unfriendly policy of refund, if you buy item from other store you have to go back the the same store to get refund.

I always love shopping in Uniqlo because they have all the basic functional clothing that I need for work and for lounge wear. Their heat-tech clothes are perfect for winter. But parking at Pacific Werribee is truly terrible...lack of parking space (even before the current blocked up construction work), entrance and exit at the urban dinner side of parking are so narrow, which are just accident prone, because everyone who goes to this mall loves to drive a 4WD these days that is bad for cornering...better parking arrangement at chadstone though it's also quite full on weekends.

No staff to help you better do online why bother coming is this is situation.Yiu guys should shut down and operate online ,if you can't have staff serving people around.

Imagine if your H&M purchase didn't deteriorate after 3 washes.
