Being
a
regular
customer
since
this
store
opened
for
years.
The
customer
service
used
to
be
good.
However
my
recent
shopping
experience
was
uncomfortable
and
unpleasant.
Around
lunchtime
at
8
Oct
22,
I
shopped
inside
and
grabbed
three
pairs
of
pants
in
different
colour
to
try.
In
the
fitting
room,
the
staff
asked
me
to
leave
my
personal
bag
on
the
shelf
first
time
in
years,
it
was
strange
why
asked
for
leaving
personal
handbag
in
an
open
space
of
the
shelf
without
a
locker?
Then
she
guided
me
to
No.5
room
and
put
the
number
plate
hanging
outside.
No
mentioned
any
basket
so
I
had
to
ask
her
to
pass
one
to
me.
After
I
closed
the
curtain
and
was
at
mid
of
trying
different
pants,
the
staff
suddenly
opened
my
curtain,
I
was
totally
shocked.
No
apology
from
her
when
she
opened
the
curtain.
This
is
my
second
time
curtain
being
opened
while
trying
on
clothes
in
the
fitting
room
even
though
the
previous
time
was
done
by
a
kid
and
his
parents
just
sit
outside
the
fitting
area.
Complained
to
the
Uniqlo
head
office
by
its
website
and
was
told
she
was
a
new
staff
member.
But
even
though
she
was
not
a
staff
member,
who
would
open
the
curtain
when
the
curtain
was
closed?
Where
was
the
courtesy
and
common
sense?
Not
a
happy
shopping
experience.
