This restaurant is ok... I was visiting the area for work and the moment I woke up (on 15 Oct 2023), I was starving for some brunch food. I didn't feel like leaving the hotel, so I decided to eat at this restaurant. I checked in with the restaurant hostess and I was informed that it was going to be about a 15-20 min wait time. Although, I had just signed in, it didn't take the entire duration as anticipated. When I sat down, it didn't take too long before my server took my order which was highly appreciative because I needed some coffee immediately and I was starving. After I received my food, the service went slightly downhill from there. I didn't see my server for a while, nor did this person ask if I needed a refill of coffee or even my water. The only time I was asked about a coffee refill is when I was finished with my meal and ready for the check. The service from the time I arrived at the restaurant, all the way to when I received my food was great - it was just unfortunate for me that it stopped there. Coming from Las Vegas, NV, we have so many restaurant options with several top-rated businesses, so at times it's difficult to determine just how good any other restaurants are outside of Las Vegas...but the food quality here is decent. I ordered the Three Egg (White) Omelet with tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, bacon, and red/green sauces. I was also in the mood for pancakes, so I ordered one pancake on the side. My omelet was decent...I wish they didn't smother my omelet so much with the sauces because I couldn't really taste the ingredients that well. Although, the sauces did taste good, it was just too much for me. The pancake was decent as well; I thought it tasted a little too sweet (maybe my tastebuds weren't working that well in the morning). All-in-all, the food quality here is adequate - nothing major that stood out. The cost-to-quantity/quality ratio is reasonable. I know some may be concerned with the prices of the menu items (because I was a little disconcerted of the $7 cost for my one pancake), but after considering inflation and cost of goods and services overall, I concluded that prices here are respectable. Aside from my up and down experience, I still recommend this restaurant to others, whether you're staying at Buffalo Thunder or not.

Great experience! Margarita was delicious, Indian Taco was amazing, & my waiter, Robert, was ultra attentive. It did take longer than I would've liked to get seated, but not a huge deal

The food was delicious! The huevos rancheros was very yummy! The chorizo burritos was very good. The chorizo had a little bit of spice. The green sauce had a little bit of heat. Very friendly service and prompt service.

Got to go orders last night, ordered 7 hamburgers, 6 of them with cheese and when we got to our room our burgers were burnt and black with no cheese. The restaurant was already closing so we decided to call management in the morning. The staff were extremely stressed out but Alexzandra took the time to take our order so thank you for helping us :) Long story short, management refused to re-order hamburgers so we won’t be eating here again.

This is the slow time of the year for hotel guests, so the buffet/omelet is not open during the weekdays. But the food is still good, coffee is hot, and staff is very friendly and responsive.

The food is actually very good. Great red and green Chile. Enjoyed breakfast and Sunday brunch at the place. They could use a host/hostess to keep things moving a little better, but great staff and food, especially for hotel/casino food.

I don’t mind driving so far for the best chilaquiles I have ever had. One thing about NM is clear, chile is life. Clearly represented in the chilaquiles here. Christmas style was my way to go and it was perfect. The flavor and heat were on point, yes heat. The adage about the kitchen plays out here, stay out if you can’t handle it. A true pride in the representative power of NM’s chile culture is here. Disfrútalo!!!

For a family breakfast we went to the Iguana Café and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. The food was delicious with very good portions, but most importantly the service was amazing! It was unbelievable how great our server Jimmy was. He was extremely busy, but still made us feel like we were his only guests. Our daughter has celiac and therefore can’t eat gluten. Jimmy went out of his way to coordinate with the kitchen staff to accommodate her needs. Most restaurants will certainly help, but Jimmy added an additional level of accommodation and made us feel comfortable with the order. Thank you!!!

We went to breakfast at the Iguana Cafe in Buffalo Thunder and loved it. Yes, there was a wait to be seated, but after that, we were very impressed. The wait staff was wonderful and cool under the pressure of having to serve a packed dining room with several large parties. Our waitress, Jasmine, was nothing short of amazing. She took our orders quickly and with a very friendly demeanor. She attended to all of our requests in the same warm manner. It was great to be taken care of by the Iguana Cafe team. We will be back!

Menu is limited as it is, plus they were out of sopapillas which a large section of their menu items, all desserts were crossed out which is strange since the kitchen I know is a very large and capable commercial kitchen / hall of kitchens as it is the largest one I ever worked in during a volunteer catering event long ago. Prices are fair, food is good for the price point but a tad simple, but could be a bit better flavor wise (still very good separate from price point) Salsa was surprisingly mild, which is fine, but a bit surprising for a Cantina named restaurant. Food took a while to arrive, but was expected as we arrived at 7:40ish and with a 20 minute wait, the hours on the menu indicated they close at 8 pm, though Google showed 9 pm, but we were told they are open a bit later due to the special event going on (I think 10 pm). My largest complaint was the very limited menu despite how large and expansive and high end of a kitchen I know they have back there, I am guessing a possible labor shortage but that is just my first impression.

We stayed at the Hilton and ate here the three mornings we were here. Jasmine was our server every time and was so excellent! She greeted us with a smile every morning and was very accommodating! The food is good and if your really hungry get the breakfast burrito, it is huge!

A bit pricey $17 for a Pueblo taco add protein for $5 ...decent food service a bit slow

Breakfast so far was ok. I did not like my food but my son did. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Worst service ever, the guy that was helping me word attitude, I’ve asked for a coffee and literally it took more than 10 minutes (he has just three tables) to bring at least a spoon for my coffee and he got upset when the hostess sat another table on his area after they have requested that table!! Is this part of Hilton?

Unfortunately the star of the show wasn’t the server but the busser whom went above and beyond when our server neglected our table. He was promptly attending our needs even though he was in the middle of bussing another table. Kudos to Jerry!

Ordered the rolled chicken enchiladas with green chili. I ate here before but today their service and food was disappointing 😞 Hopefully they fix it. Some items on menu they weren't serving as well. Appetizer 3trio salsa and chips was ok. Was asked if I wanted something else, got a burger and it was burnt. 😐 Was not a good experience 😕 😞 After all of the waiting around I still ending up paying for my burger too with all the other items ordered

Ate breakfast there two days. Food was average. Has scrambled eggs one morning and they were overdone. The bacon was good and crispy. The second morning I had an omlette. You get an egg omlet for $13 but if you want meat you had to add $3 and cheese was $1. So pretty overpriced and again overcooked. Asked for fruit instead of hash browns and they forgot. Starbucks had a better deal right in the lobby - breakfast burrito, fruit, danish, and cup of coffee.

Went to have lunch. The waitress with white hair on June 19th told me there was no bartender. So we couldn't get a drink and they closed at 3pm. The table next to us ordered a margarita. Why wouldn't you want to make money and offer great customer service? Very disappointed with waitress and service...

Not worth any stars. Get McDonald’s or Pizza9 to fulfill a travelers hunger. My family experienced a dissatisfaction on a high priced meal. Cheese burgers with no cheese says it all. Seven burgers for 120.00 Order was placed 45 minutes to close and it needed correction. Next AM I spoke with the manager and she needed approval from another superior to correct our experience. I kindly requested credit for another venue within the same sector(Red Sage). I was refused any credit and a mild apology for a poor experience.

Disorganized Wait staff running from one end of the restaurant to another rather than broken up into stations. Severely understaffed! Service was slow and the waitress returned often to retake our orders. Food was delayed so long we almost left. The food was deplorable. I ordered a steak taco salad. The little bit of steak in the salad was so over done it was inedible. The ingredients listed on the menu were not in the salad. Dressing was missing as well. Don’t bother till they get more kitchen and wait staff.

Food was delicious! My wife had the blue corn pinon pancakes. They were very unique and tasty. I had the 3 egg omelete and I couldn't finish it! Prices were good for the amount of food. Coffee was a tad bit strong but overall great experience!
