First of all taking personal information for Registration/Appointment: Full Name, Aadhar No, Photo, Date of Birth, Email id, Mobile No. & Address through online form Tab and Physical Signed form by Patient for their safety. Fee Structure:- Consultation Fee: 1,000/-, X-Ray: 350/-, Teeth Removal: 2,000/-, Restoration: 3,000/- (Unnessasarly used X-Ray Test and charge more instead of free of cost webcam). Go with minimum amount of Rs.5,000/-. Don't expect for Medical Reports/Flie like Fee Receipt, X-Ray & Others. They wouldn't spend one rupee for it, only get by online. Outside Normal Fee: 200/- (Including test by webcam) & Filling 600/- to 800/-.
