Minimal education is must and should for each and every one now a days, So in order to educate the society, kadapa town has this beautiful place. Actually it is situated near muncipal ground before but in 2018 it was changed to chinnachowk near sri sai Videyanikethan High school, kadapa. Address board will appear at that street or else you may ask anyone after reaching sri sai Videyanikethan high school. It starts from the first floor, on the 1st floor different types of novels, story books, literatures, auto biographies etc., including with computers for internet usage which may cost some money and also another section for newspapers. Where as on the second floor it is designed for competitive exams section (CERU SECTION) which is very useful for competitive exams, but at CERU section they didn't allow you to take books to home even you have membership due to library guidelines. Drinking water and bathrooms too are available in the library. Overall it is very good for students who wants to study without any distractions. Fridays, second Saturdays and all government holidays are declared as holidays. Timings are from Morning 8:00 AM to Night 8:00 PM.
