I enter as a new potential client, unfamiliar and after a polite "Good morning" I ask with a smile "Excuse me, can you tell me where I can find Manufaktura Urody?" The lady with the purple face barks "NO!" Very surprised, I ask why? The lady says in words: "No, I don't know, this is Panewnicka 201, look for it, it's a separate building," etc. So I tell you further, "But there's an advertisement for the Manufaktura office on the same building," not understanding that she's not only she doesn't understand me, she's just plain rude and wants to dismiss me... Well, I already know which place I won't recommend to my friends and it's not Manufaktura. I wish the boss good, nice employees with whom she will identify and who will advertise her better. Ps. Instead of buying positive opinions, I recommend reforming and changing your approach... Edit. You can see the paid actions of the owner - buying positive comments, deleting negative ones... Where's the honesty?

Gorąco polecam 😍 Przez lata borykałam się z coraz większym łysieniem na tle androgenowym. Do pani doktor Barbary Mańkowskiej trafiłam niestety za późno, jeżeli chodzi o leczenie bo już wyłysiałam. Podczas wizyty zaproponowała mi System C.N.C. Wcześniej używałam peruek. To był koszmar i spory stres dla mnie. Moje życie zmieniło się diametralnie. Mogę z tym cudem żyć w pełni chodzę na basen, saunę i disco. W odbiciu w lustrze czuję się jak kobieta, a nie jak wrak człowieka. Komfort noszenia jest ogromny i bezpieczeństwo jakbym miała swoje włosy. Nie ma słów aby powiedzieć jaka jestem wdzięczna pani doktor Barbarze za przywróceniem mnie do pełni życia.100- krotne dziękuję. Już zamówiłam sobie drugi system tylko dłuższy i w rudościach. Jestem przeszczęśliwa 😊

Polecam panią Marcelę - zawsze mi pomoże :) duzy parking, dogodny dojazd, sensowne ceny. Korzystam z kosmetyczki i pedicure i jestem zadowolona. W czasie pandemii dbają o bezpieczeństwo.

I came here to get my hair done for my sister's wedding, I was not disappointed with the results. The hair stylist did my hair perfectly, just like I imagined. The interior of the salon was very beautiful, it was covered in plants and greenery. I also wanted to give a special thanks to the kind staff, they were very generous and understood English well. I highly recommend this place 👌.

I recommend hairdressing services provided by Ms. Alicja. Listens to the client's suggestions and comments. Very positive approach to the customer and nice atmosphere. The service was performed fully professionally, without any rush. Modern cutting, individually tailored to the client. Ms. Alicja gave me great advice and repaired a bad cut I had come with from another salon. The hairstyle fits beautifully. Despite the 40-minute delay, I definitely recommend Ms. Alicja's services.

Beautiful decor, good location with a large free parking lot, professional staff, clean, good music in the background, lots of greenery, very good hairdressing equipment (including GHD hair dryers and straighteners, Takara Belmont equipment - not found in salons in Poland) and of course delicious coffee.

I came to the salon to donate my hair to the rak'n roll foundation and I was not disappointed! Everything was very professional, the hairdresser was polite. Every thing was consulted with me, and the entire visit was free! It's great that if you donate your hair, you get a free haircut, because not every salon offers this. I am really satisfied, Panewnicka 201 exceeded my expectations :) I highly recommend it and I will definitely come back!

A beautiful, elegant, pleasant place. Both the lady at the reception and the hairdresser Alicja are professional, warm and have a great approach to the customer. My 6-year-old daughter donated her hair to the foundation, she felt safe and well taken care of. And, above all, the entire procedure was organized step by step, and the final hairstyle was appropriately selected for her beauty. Only positive feelings when thinking about this place. I chose this hairdressing salon only because I was looking for a hairdresser who cooperates with the Rak'n'Roll foundation. And I must admit that I got it very well. I only wanted to donate my hair, not counting on any hairstyle. My hair was carefully braided into many braids, carefully cut and styled. And then, from the remaining ones, I got a flattering, comfortable hairstyle that, after leaving the salon, is the same as after washing my hair at home! The next haircut will definitely be at Panewnicka 201. The atmosphere in the salon and the politeness of the staff are also top five. I spent a very nice hour and a half (!), completely free of charge.

I highly recommend this place. I made an appointment for a care treatment and haircut and I was not disappointed. The stylist chose the right treatment for my dry hair. To top it all off, there is an elegant decor. I will definitely use again.
