Jestem bardzo miłe zaskoczona obsługą w przychodni. Przyszłam z zamiarem umówienia się na wizytę do internisty, tylko po receptę na szczepionkę. Bardzo miły i pomocny Pan Maciej (recepcja) zrobił czary mary i po 30 min wyszłam z przychodni z załatwionym tematem. Super!

Teleconsultation delayed by 1.5 hours, there is only one lady at the reception who serves one person for 20 minutes. No one makes an appointment for a specific time just to have to wait for everything with such a delay. There was an error in the transmission of information, I asked for a referral for specific tests and after entering the office it turned out that there was no such referral. Total incompetence of doctors and consultants.

In recent weeks, my daughter has had blood drawn three times. Each time, Ms. Ewa and Ms. Katarzyna (unfortunately, I don't remember their names - Nurses) were absolutely professional, they handled the baby perfectly, they made sure the samples were sent efficiently, and they engaged in above-standard activities during all visits - which was a very pleasant surprise for me. I also receive excellent medical care from Dr. Zatkalik (he conducts my daughter's vaccinations and check-ups), and in every illness from Dr. Hernik - he never refused to help, even with a full schedule, carefully conducting medical interviews, directing necessary tests and conducting treatment at every stage of the disease. The professional staff with whom I had contact is characterized by professionalism and high personal culture - this is what the Polish health service should look like. My only reservation is about the current model of booking appointments - it is really difficult to arrange a consultation, vaccinations have to be booked about a month in advance, and during the sick season, when an urgent medical consultation is needed, there is a huge shortage of pediatric visits. Today, however, the kind lady from the reception again showed initiative and helped to arrange an urgent ultrasound for my daughter - despite the system limitations, she made the effort and found a place for the procedure in another facility. Thank you all.

Przychodnie oceniam dobrze. Panie na recepcji jak i podejście lekarzy na plus. Totalny minus tej przychodni jest brak miejsc parkingowych. Można krążyć godzinami i zaparkować nie na zakazie graniczy z cudem. Dlaczego pomimo dwóch oddziałów na ul Jana Kazimierza żaden nie posiada parkingu dla pacjentów ? W pobliżu tez problem znaleźć na innych ulicach parking, trzeba przemierzyć kilka km albo liczyć się z mandatem aby nie spóźnić się na wizytę.

Bardzo dziękujemy pielęgniarce Pani Natalii K. za opiekę szczepienną, za udzielane wskazówki i informacje, za profesjonalizm oraz empatię. Oby więcej takich pielęgniarek. Rodzice Adasia :)

Chodzę kontrolnie sprawdzić morfologię itp. ze względu na jazdę rowerem i redukcję wagi. W piątek 18.11.2022 Pani pielęgniarka w 6 gabinecie: bardzo profesjonalna, konkretna. Słowem jak trzeba. Polecam.

Byłam na pobraniu krwi 08.02. Panie na recepcji bardzo miłe i serdeczne, szczególnie P. Julia, która wykazała się dużą empatią, kiedy siedziałam w poczekalni już po pobraniu. Pani pielęgniarka była bardzo delikatna i profesjonalna, a samo pobranie przebiegło szybko i bezboleśnie. Jestem zadowolona, że trafiłam właśnie do tej przychodni :))

Miejsce bardzo przyjazne najmłodszym pacjentom ☺️ ukłony w stronę pani pielęgniarki z gabinetu zabiegowego nr 6, pobranie krwi u 9 miesięcznego synka szybko, profesjonalnie i w świetnej atmosferze. Pani z empatią i podejściem do dzieci, synek nawet nie zapłakał ☺️ Dziękujemy!

W przychodni panuje miła i ciepła atmosfera. Panie w recepcji bardzo pogodne. Pani Julia i Pani Justyna obsłużyły mnie błyskawicznie i z uśmiechem na twarzy. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje również Pani Katarzyna Barszczyk u której badania krwi to przyjemność. Wyniki błyskawiczne, już na następny dzień. Serdecznie polecam osobom, które boją się takich badań!!!

Pani pielęgniarka Łada-Marczak bez problemu i kolejki przyjęła mnie i wyciągnęła szwy z palca, o których zapomniano w szpitalu. Szybko sprawnie i bez robienia problemów. Polecam

Byłam na szczepieniu i pobraniu krwi u 7-ms dziecka. Wszystko przebiegło ok ale na szczególną uwagę zasługują Panie pielęgniarki - Pani Kasia i Pani Malgosia, z niesamowicie dobrym podejściem do takich maluchów. Córka była wpatrzona w Panie jak w obrazek, wszystko odbyło się na spokojnie i bez większego płaczu. Mam nadzieję że przy każdym szczepieniu i pobraniu będziemy się z Paniami spotykać.

Super obsługa. Mieliśmy prośbę o dość niestandardowy dokument i pani odpowiedzialna za ten oddział dołożyła wszelkich starań, żeby nam pomóc.

Miła i profesjonalna obsługa pań na recepcji, szczególnie Pani Julia, która umawiała mnie na wizytę. Pobranie krwi przebiegło bardzo sprawnie i w komfortowej atmosferze.

A doctor who has been unable to issue a correct referral for a week now, and due to his negligence, my health condition is deteriorating dramatically with each passing day. Or does he forget about the doses or the correct form of issuing the referral? What will I hear from you tomorrow? Sorry, there will be no procedure because Dr. Mohammed ate your referral? A hopeless approach.

Uwaga rodzice! Odradzam korzystanie z usług tej placówki!!! W miniony czwartek byliśmy z maluchem na bilansie dwulatka. Wykorzystaliśmy okazje żeby zapytać lekarza o krostki na ciele dziecka (kilkanaście krostek). Pediatra stwierdził, że są to „zaognione” potówki. Oczywiście zweryfikowaliśmy opinie u innego lekarza i okazało się, że syn ma ospę wietrzną. Po tej wizycie wiem, że nigdy już nie skorzystam z usług tej placówki skoro specjaliści nie potrafią rozpoznać ospy wietrznej u dziecka.

Nie polecam, nie ma terminów do pediatry, bardzo często nie działa im strona i nie da się tam dodzwonić.

I highly recommend the CMP Wola II branch. Our whole family uses health care at this facility and we are very satisfied, and I would like to point out that because of our children, we are regular visitors. I highly recommend it and at the same time I would like to thank the Doctors: Magdalena Zielińska, Adela Żaczkiewicz-Bartosiewicz, Barbara Wiśniewska and Joanna Zaleska-Zatkalik and Doctor Dominik Hernik for their excellent care. After the renovation, not only the interior has changed (very tastefully decorated), but also the staff. I was served in a nice, efficient and professional way (applause for Mr. Bartłomiej - patient service specialist, who suggested that I choose this clinic under the National Health Fund, thanks to which the tests performed during the visit were free of charge). The clinic provides access to good family doctors and pediatricians, but during the peak season there are problems with available appointments. There is also a shortage of specialists (gynecologist, neurologist), but I hope that the clinic will continue to develop. I will certainly come back here both under the National Health Fund and the PZU package.

I recommend CMP at Jana Kazimierza 28, wonderful and very helpful reception staff, especially Mr. Bartek (he encouraged me to use the application and it was a great success) and Mrs. Patrycja, I have never been turned away without a ticket, they always try to help and advise, great pediatricians Dr. Zielińska, Dr. Żaczkiewicz, Dr. Przybylska. Despite the high occupancy of the facility, I recommend it!

Even though the clinic is private, it is one of the worst medical facilities I have ever had the opportunity to visit, I have never had a scheduled visit on time, making an appointment with the attending physician is almost impossible, I cannot call a specific facility, only a general hotline. where the waiting line is at least 10 minutes and then the consultant leaves the patient and there is an endless waiting circle. However, people working by e-mail treat patients with contempt. I advise against it
