Fantastic
location
right
next
to
the
ruins
of
Ogrodzieniec
castle.
I
loved
the
hotel
for
the
peace
and
quiet
that
it
offers
in
an
aesthetically
pleasing
decor.
We
spent
only
1
night
but
it
felt
like
2-3
days
on
my
chillout
scale.
Spa
prices
are
exaggerated
compared
to
other
such
hotels
imho.
Hotel
service
is
beyond
reproach,
impeccable.
Food
at
the
restaurant
was
ok'ish
but
not
to
the
level
their
marketing
staff
would
like
you
to
believe.
We've
had
far
better
meals
for
half
the
price,
but
hey,
were
would
you
go
if
theres
there's
nothing
else
around?
One
little
glitch
with
wine,
we
ordered
a
bottle
from
the
wine
list
we
saw
on
their
website,
which
was
80
PLN,
with
the
bill
we
were
a
bit
surprised
the
bottle
actually
cost
200
PLN
so
1.5
times
the
cost
compared
to
their
own
menu.
The
waitress
just
said
"sorry
the
prices
in
our
winelist
are
incorrect"
(this
is
literally
the
quote,
so
they
knew
and
didn't
care
to
fix
their
mistake)
with
a
smile
and
left
us
with
the
bill.
For
this
unprofessional
approach
I'll
leave
the
rating
at
4*.
The
customer
shouldn't
need
to
pay
for
the
restaurant's
mistakes,
we
could
have
easily
found
a
reasonable
way
out
which
would
have
satisfied
all
sides
but
they
chose
to
leave
it
at
that.
The
wine
was
great
and
we
didn't
want
the
incident
to
ruin
our
evening
so
we
left
leaving
a
more
conservative
tip
than
usual.
A
desert
on
the
house
or
small
gesture
would
have
patched
things
up
nicely
though,
shame
the
restaurant
staff
aren't
trained
to
the
expectations
they
set.
