Nice hotel, friendly staff, slightly underwhelming Sauna (but probably we are just a little bit spoiled ;-), however the restaurant uses eggs from chicken held in cages (type 3) which IMO is totally unacceptable for a 4-star hotel of this price class. I really don’t want to know where the rest of the food they offer comes from... :-( However I’d be happy to recommend the hotel once they committed themselves to using organic or at least free-ranged eggs, diary and meat products. (Avoiding single-use plastic in the bathrooms would also be a plus in the age of a global climate crisis)

Great food in the restaurant and nice rooms. However the restaurant service was not on 4 stars (and prices) level: had to take baby seat or salt/pepper on my own as they kept forgetting despite reminders. The hotel being in the middle of nowhere also requires a quite high fee (30zl) for parking.

Fantastic location right next to the ruins of Ogrodzieniec castle. I loved the hotel for the peace and quiet that it offers in an aesthetically pleasing decor. We spent only 1 night but it felt like 2-3 days on my chillout scale. Spa prices are exaggerated compared to other such hotels imho. Hotel service is beyond reproach, impeccable. Food at the restaurant was ok'ish but not to the level their marketing staff would like you to believe. We've had far better meals for half the price, but hey, were would you go if theres there's nothing else around? One little glitch with wine, we ordered a bottle from the wine list we saw on their website, which was 80 PLN, with the bill we were a bit surprised the bottle actually cost 200 PLN so 1.5 times the cost compared to their own menu. The waitress just said "sorry the prices in our winelist are incorrect" (this is literally the quote, so they knew and didn't care to fix their mistake) with a smile and left us with the bill. For this unprofessional approach I'll leave the rating at 4*. The customer shouldn't need to pay for the restaurant's mistakes, we could have easily found a reasonable way out which would have satisfied all sides but they chose to leave it at that. The wine was great and we didn't want the incident to ruin our evening so we left leaving a more conservative tip than usual. A desert on the house or small gesture would have patched things up nicely though, shame the restaurant staff aren't trained to the expectations they set.

Location? I have never seen anything so beautiful. Comfortable stay. Comfortable room. Excellent food, really excellent! Big pool, water clean and warm. Surroundings fabolous. Sweet and calm. Dedicated staff. Highest recommendation.

A great, classy hotel, with lots of unusual architectural solutions, good food, and really clean, quiet and well maintained rooms. The wifi is fast, and the swimming pool is vast :) my only gripe are mosquitos, which are plenty

Tolles Hotel, schönes, sauberes Zimmer, morgens wurde Kaffee aufs Zimmer gebracht, Service top. Sportbad völlig ausreichend gut. Wellness kann ich nicht beurteilen. Restaurant mit unglaublich feiner, kreativer Karte. Veganer, Vegetarier und Carnivoren werden hier gleichermaßen glücklich - weit weg vom polnischen Standard-Essen - der Koch hat sich jedenfalls Gendanken gemacht! Viel regionale Zutaten und Getränke. Wein- und Cocktailkarte völlig ausreichend. Essen kommt zackig aus der Küche. Einzig der Service ist manchmal etwas abgelenkt :-) Personal nett, adrett, jung und flott. Einzig die Wanderwege könnten besser beschildert sein und der Müll im Wald zeugt - für einen Deutschen - von ungewöhnlich wenig Umweltbewusstsein. Daran muss wohl noch (und das nicht nur hier, sondern in der gesamten Region) gearbeitet werden. Autoreifen und Plastikflachen gehören mit fachgerechter Entsorgung auf den Müll, nicht in den Wald. Schade.

Absolutely unique experience!!!! It is my third time in this beautiful hotel and every time is fantastic! However, this weekend was a special time for me and my family - we went There for celebration of 50th marriage anniversary of my parents and the way the hotel staff helped in organizing that is outstanding! I visited lots of hotels in more than 200 cities around the World and I can say without any doubt that Poziom511 is in my top 3 and if we add landscapes, location, design it is obviously number 1

A fabulous spa hotel. It is situated in the same hill where there is a historic castle built mainly by limestone. The design and the landscape are such that perfectly blended with the castle, hill and the huge stand alone natural limestones. The facilities are of high standard. I wished there could be more sports activities, both indoor and outdoor.

Service is great, rooms are big, food is good. Water in pool is a little bit cold. This is really unique place across whole Jura Krakowsko-Czestochowska.

This hotel looks so cool! We loved the huge suite, with a giant, luxurious bathroom that we stayed in for our friend’s wedding. Also the pool was huge. All the food and wine was fantastic, especially the extensive breakfast buffet which combined Polish specialities and more Western European fare. We loved exploring the ruined castle and the nearby amusement park amused our kids. We’d love to come back!

Incredible weekend. The rooms, architecture, facilities, spa, food and staff were all amazing. We came for a wedding and the decor and attention to detail was beautiful and made it a magical weekend. Couldn’t recommend highly enough :)

Comfortable rooms, helpful staff, superb pool/spa and gorgeous setting, conveniently near a village. And on top of all that they serve their own wine - esp enjoyed the Pinot Noir!! Only wish I’d had space to take some home in my luggage

We’ve come back from an impeccable stay at Poziom 511 - every whim and need catered to with faultless attention to detail and such subtlety it’s as though the hotel staff and management know exactly what you need before you realise it. My husband and I were both completely blown away and utterly spoilt. Superbly clean (gleaming mirrors, no dust anywhere!). The pool is huge and also indoors which was amazing for us as we unfortunately didn’t have dry weather for our whole stay. Sauna and steam room - both first rate - as was the spa generally, and special mention to the clever “bucket of ice water” shower which was a new one on me, but completely genius. Food wise - I’d not had much Polish cuisine before this holiday but there was so much variety on offer, in abundance, and cooked with such care. Honestly, I can’t find fault with this hotel - would love to come back and bring the kids. Aesthetically it’s sleek, modern, spacious and situated in very beautiful Polish countryside. Everyone who works at 511 has really mastered the art of discreet and luxurious service - where you never feel like anything is too much trouble. Can’t wait to go back.

Recently got to enjoy a fantastic long weekend here for a wedding. What a great spot! The hotel, the spa, the pool, the food…it was all perfect.
