The food was absolutely amazing! It always is! The staff is the most kind staff I've ever encountered. Craig was absolutely amazing and personable. He was helping a mom while we were there and went out of his way to make both their days! He was amazing! Our order taker Kiley was super nice as well! My husband and I will definently be returning! You guys are amazing here!

Very rude. Not liking how they treated me, went to pick up and order and they told me “Go stand over there and wait.” But rudely. No “My pleasures.” Nothing. I felt belittled. I, along with my family wanted some spoons and straws for our MELTED frosted drinks and we were stared down. Great food, but not so hot on the service.

They are good but they definitely don’t like having to give you extra napkins , or sauce. Also something just doesn’t feel right about it, the environment doesn’t feel welcoming sometimes by some of the people that eat there. Some of them probably feel like people of color shouldn’t eat there , but we’re all human. I’ve gotten dirty looks before 🤦🏽‍♀️

So I have been comming here for years, the passed 2 times have been iffy at best. 1. I asked for Mayo on the side didn’t get that, also no napkins, also the sun joy I got taste like water. 2. ( most recent time ) said my name 3 times still didn’t get it right which really isn’t a problem at all, but I asked for a spicy deluxe chicken sandwhich with extra pickles, for some reason I only got extra pickles no cheese no tomato no lettuce etc. I’m giving 3 stars because over the years everything was perfect. But I am afraid something at this location is slipping. I will be back I love Chick-fil-A I’m just checking my items before driving off from now on. All love no hate 💕

Went through the drive thru. It was the morning and I wasn't in the mood for breakfast. They made what I asked for despite it not being on the morning menu! Thank you!!!! I have always had great service here.

This location in my opinion is the best Chick-fil-A in the Mahoning Valley. Great service and hot food. The best part about this location is that the employees actually seem like they care about getting the orders right the first time around. The same cannot be said about other nearby locations. Keep up the great work, it clearly shows through your efforts you make towards your customers.

Chick-fil-A has set a higher standard for more than just food business. The manners and the efficiency of all staff from each restaurant I go to has been excellent. They display a fine example of how to act positively to others and share their own good news with each other.

I come here a couple times a week when I don't feel like cooking. 2/14/2024 at ~11AM. I forgot to have my card ready when I went through the drive-through to pick up my food. The girl told me my total and I took the bag and started rummaging through my purse for my wallet. I couldn't hear exactly what was said because I had my music going but I could gather it was a snide comment from the tone and few girls standing in the background, one with her back turned toward me laughing quite loudly. The girl waiting for my card chastised her while laughing as well. The customer service I receive coming here is usually top notch. It kinda stunned me that they were allowed to act like that. Anyways, the food was good

Went through drive thru. Quick and efficient. Great food. Very well trained staff. Never have to wait too long. No such thing as "can you please pull up?" And they have manners to boot. "My pleasure" always follows a thank you.

I have never had a bad experience. The only thing was that the fries were warm. They were still good, though.

I just got done eating. I didn’t even get to really enjoy my meal because they barely breaded my nuggets and made me pay for less than a half bowl of cheese. Like you could’ve filled it more. Austintown is way better💀😂

Whoever the older gentlemen was that was handling the curbside pick up today was by far one of the best employees I've ever met at any job. His up beat attitude and humor was so nice to actually experience. This man needs a raise, he's amazing!

Tried the new Honey Pimento Chicken sandwich!! It was Fabulous! The chicken was so very tender yet crispy, and the pimento cheese and jalapenos just gave it enough kick! So very good and my New Favorite!

Went to order at the double lanes drive thru on the morning of 10-31-2023. Sat at the speaker for awhile, wasn’t sure if my lane was being attended to, said hello a few times, also then said that I’m ready to place my order. Girl came on over the speaker and says to me that I just pulled up and to wait. But rudely. And no, I didn’t just pull up. So I only got hash browns. But she tried to make me feel bad like I had done something wrong just for initiating ordering when the drive thru appeared unattended. Instead of being appropriately polite, I got a curt little lecture from a fast food drive-thru worker. You have lost my business.

Everything about this place is amazing! Service is quick. Food is delicious 😋. Fresh flowers gives a welcoming atmosphere.

There drive thru is so efficient. However getting out of that plaza can be a pain. It's doesn't stop me, im pretty sure I have eaten here 4 times in the last month. Their lemonade and milkshake 😋

I placed a large mobile order for my work lunch, about 12 sandwiches/fries etc. I called twice after I placed the order to double check that they wouldn’t make the order until 12:45 when I needed it, they reassured me that the order would not be made until I hit the button that I had arrived. About 20 minutes later at 11:45 I get a call saying my order is ready and they want to know where I am. I told them, this is why I called twice to make sure it wouldn’t be ready until 12:45. I believe I spoke to Wendy. She hung up on me during the conversation after I was upset and explaining this is why I called twice.

My Husband my son and myself just got done eating here. ALL of the staff was friendly as always but there was one person who by far stood out to us. His name was Craig. He was the friendliest worker and took time out to ask how we were doing and give my son stickers. He holds Chick-fil-A in very high regard as he should. I have honestly never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. Great food. Great staff. Great service! Thanks Craig for taking time out of your day to make ours better.

THIS IS THE BEST CHICK-FIL-A IVE EVER BEEN TOO. I went on my senior trip and I was starving and this worker named Craig gave us TOP-NOTCH SERVICE. He’s amazing, he helped move tables for us all to sit together. He was so nice! Also the workers all seemed very positive. Also we had 40-50 people come in and all the food was served within a matter of minutes. AMAZING. I hope Craig gets a raise, he deserves it he is one of the BEST service workers and he made all of our nights. Thank you for the life motivation Craig.

I went the drive thru and got the new chicken pimento. I was disappointed… so disappointed, I didn’t want to try it, I gave it to my teen daughter. Barely any pimento cheese or jalapeños compared to the pictures they advertised. Chic fil a has never left me with this feeling. Not worth the money, the actual product looks sad compared to the photos advertised.
