Please do NOT stay here. Non-friendly, unwelcoming staff. Horrible treatment by the desk clerk. No breakfast in the breakfast area: it was removed early by staff, according to the desk clerk. We were not allowed to have breakfast because the staff had put everything away long before 9 AM. I wasn't allowed to get a cup of coffee for my son, and it still wasn't even 9 AM, yet I was threatened to be EJECTED from the hotel for expressing frustration. There was: * No refrigerator in my room. Therefore, I had to throw my restaurant leftovers away instead of being able to have them for lunch as was planned. * No trash can in my room. * No coffee maker in my room. * There were two sets of towels, but only one wash cloth in my room. The desk clerk's behavior was very rude and highly disrespectful. He acted as if I was the problem, not him and his staff.

The hotel seems to be currently under renovation which could be why we had so many little issues with our stay. The main one is the hotel does not have elevators and the hallways did not have a/c. Which meant lugging our stuff up the stairs and through the stuffy hallways. The rooms are marked out well, but the stairwells are not so you have to guess where you’ll end up when you pick one. The lady who checked us in was nice, but didn’t speak English well so didn’t understand when I asked for bedding for the pull out couch. They didn’t have the room we initially booked available because there was no cold water in that room. We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi tub, but the tub is in the living room and I was traveling with my kids so we couldn’t use it. They didn’t have the a/c on in the room so when we got in there it was hot. There’s no air in the living room so it took a while for the bedroom a/c to cool down that area. The breakfast was a really sad. It was basically just cereal, toast & stale donuts. The juice was warm and the coffee was watery. We ate a couple small things then left to go get a real breakfast. I was supposed to stay here again for my return trip home, but I cancelled the room and booked elsewhere. We won’t be staying here again. The only positive thing is that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, you can get that at other hotels that have things like elevators and hot breakfast included.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The sign out front says newly remodeled rooms. What a joke! This is by far the dirtiest most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The representative at the front desk made a point to tell us that there is no smoking in the rooms. I get that but yet everyone is smoking weed and hanging out their windows and smoking cigarettes. The halls smell like weed all the time. They painted over hair on the wall, bugs on the walls, 1 tiny trash can for the entire room. It reminds me of a college dorm. I tried to complain to the front desk at check out but the representative said he was busy. So rude! The room we reserved stated it had a fridge… guess what no fridge! Socks were black on the bottom from walking around the room. This place should be closed down it is not fit for humans or animals to stay. Oh! and people live here which I can’t understand how. Do not even think your sleeping well here either. It is loud and people slamming doors all night. It’s a party hotel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE YUK!!!!

No elevators, not ADA compliant. Found hair on the clean sheet removed that sheet. Had hair conditioner but no shampoo. Heat lamp stays on non-stop. Towel racks were broken. Holes cut into the walls for cable access. Carpets are dirty and there is blood splatter on the walls. I'd recommend going elsewhere

I was pleasantly surprised. It seems that the negative reviews are prior to the renovation. Room here was clean with a very comfy bed. It had a nice size mini fridge and microwave too, which was convenient. Nice location to get in and out quickly and very close to the highway ramp.

This was probably the worst Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Extremely dirty and out of date.hold the handle to flush the toilet bad. Baymont should be ashamed to put there name on this.

This hotel appears to be recently purchased from Baymont. The hotel room I was given was dirty, had a leaky bathroom toilet and the couch was filthy. They do not have an elevator and the second-floor hallway appears to be unleveled. I explained my concerns and was provided a refund, only to be charged again the next day. After going back to attempt to speak to the manager about the second charge, I was met with an irate employee, who called the police on me, because I wanted to speak to the manager that he would not call. I am still awaiting Baymont corporate to come back with a resolution, as they do not have access to this hotel's system to verify anything. Clearly this isn't an official Baymont hotel yet.

Would make this the last choice outta the handful hotels nearby. I got the room last minute, so it was expensive an totally not worth what i paid. You might have a different outlook.

This is by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE we have had at any hotel! If I could give a ZERO GOOGLE RATING I would. The hotel was advertised as newly renovated. They did a horrible job. I don't know how they could try to rent any of these rooms. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. The refrigerator had someone else's bottles of water partially used. The bathroom had NO towel bars. We went down to the front desk and the woman tried going through at least 8 rooms looking for one that was in good condition, unsuccessfully. When we decided that we could not stay there after only a little while, they only wanted to give a 50% refund. Then I called Wyndham to complain. While I was on the phone with Wyndham, the manager called back to the woman at the counter and told her to still charge $30 plus tax of $17 since we used the restroom. Unbelievable! Knowing that there was a terrible Google review coming, he didn't care. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A HOTEL. Wyndham has an open investigation into our complaints against the hotel. Wyndham responded that the hotel is a private owner just under the Wyndham umbrella and they could not do anything. NO ONE FROM THE HOTEL HAS OFFERED TO REFUND US and has made no attempt to contact us.

Room is insanely smaller than shown in pictures, phone isn't hooked up and is just for decoration. No guide for the TV and it mainly plays sport shows. No fridge in the room yet has a microwave? Shower is horrendous, bed is super comfy and location is great. Walls paper thin and can hear everything especially the wake up knocks for late check outs. And the maids as they clean. Will not stay again. Will gladly pay more for a better hotel.

First let.me.say that Nelson was the star of my visit. So very nice and very professional along with personable. More to come after a check out.

Advertised free breakfast. Nothing provided by 730 not even coffee available. Rooms extremely small barely enough room to stand between the beds.

The price seemed reasonable. No cups for the coffee, no trash can in the bathroom, no towel racks available, and the bed was uncomfortable.

They are renovating, but it's not TERRIBLE. My room was a little small but it's just me. Mr Kareem over night and Mr Nelson in the morning were truly amazing! Their patience and customer service made everything worthwhile

We checked in other patrents were complaining. We get up to our room it was 90 in the room. We went to turn on TV nothing . Tried to call front desk phone don't work. Had to walk back down to the other building said we will be there in 5 . Went back down said they were gonna be there soon. 20 minutes later they came and fixed it. Breakfast the pump on the milk would not work they then told us to use creamer packs they gave us ok no problem. It curled in our coffee. If you are looking for any relaxation do not think you are gonna get it there.

After reading the recent reviews I was expecting worse. Room appears to have been remodeled, new carpet, paint. Lighting was good. King on the second floor was small but clean. Bed was comfortable. Bath was fine as well as water temperature. Now the not so good. Telephone not hooked up. Mini frig missing. Can hear next room speaking. No cups for coffee maker. Breakfast attendant missing, tables dirty, milk/juice nearly empty, hot food - maybe toast. No bathroom exhaust fan. Needed a room at last minute and this was left so it was a place to sleep at about half the price as the others.
