    My experience here was horrible. I never even made it to my room so i cannot speak on that but the service there was horrible. if i could give zero stars i would. check in was going fine until i mentioned i needed to check out a couple hours later than check out time. I am a traveling nurse, so my hours are crazy and I need to make sure i get enough sleep to make it through my shift. the lady at the desk had a complete attitude change from the moment i asked. for one, they would not accomodate this, so if you need to check out late, forget about it. second, if you aren't going to accomodate this, that is fine but don't be comletely rude about it. she told me i didn't have to stay there and that i should get with the app where i made my reservation to get my money back. not having another reservation made and not being sure i could find another room on such short notice (it was 8pm) i took my key and went to my car and tried to process how nasty this lady was to me. I had read a review about how nasty the people who run this are, and i guess i should have listened to it. I went back in and returned my key and luckily was able to find another room. I do not recommend this place. if i could give negative stars i would.

    The hotel room as well as the entire property was disgusting. We had to call to make a reservation, they attempted to text a payment link, then emailed it. While I was on the phone they made us send payment, then said they didn’t receive it. They upcharged by more then 50% for the room from what was listed on there website due to weather and everyone needing rooms. I was charged a different amount that was quoted on the phone once I got to the property. The rooms were so disgusting. We were in room 107, the ceiling was falling(an actual hole in the ceiling) the bathroom had a nice shower, but the rest was dirty and old. Both beds have a metal sheeting around the underneath and made a very loud popping noise every time you moved on them, there were bugs all over the window sill, and the smell was absolutely horrible. This wasn’t even one of those mistakes you make by saying you get what you pay for, it was absolutely the most disgusting establishment we have ever stayed in. We travel quite often and this one property has definitely steered us away from ever staying at the brand again.

    Wow. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My friend was looking for a place to stay so he called OYO. He was assured on the phone they had a room available and ready. I drove him there and went in to sign him in. I was then asked why he wasn't coming in to which I replied that he was disabled and I didn't want him to have to walk any more than he had to. I was then told that he could not have a room rented to him because he was disabled and could not walk like normal people. I was taken aback and explained to the woman that this was against the Americans with Disablities act, and that disabled people can decide whether or not a room is suitable to their needs. The woman began arguing with me when finally I just replied that this policy was terrible, and I would file a complaint, as I walked out and got in the car. I was in the process of driving out of the parking lot when a man, who said he was the owner, walked up to my vehicle and started screaming like a wild sandstorm. I tried to nicely explain that it was against ADA. First, he lied, and said no rooms were available (however there were 5 mins before we got there), second, he threatened to call the police if we didn't leave his property (umm, we were in the process of driving when you chased us down, genius), and third, he called us "junkies", which is hilarious because I do healthcare and nursing school and have NEVER failed a drug test. Neither has my friend. The man was a raging lunatic and if you look at the replies to anyone who dares say a bad thing about his attitude, you can get a feel for exactly what I mean by this man's attitude and unprofessionalism towards people. UPDATE: I don't stay at hotels for free! I OWN MY HOUSE IN NORTH LIMA AND ITS PAID OFF. IT'S PUBLIC INFORMATION ON THE AUDITORS WEBSITE!

    The man behind the counter is very obnoxious. He yelled at us for no reason. He said we cldnt stay on his property and was going to give us no refund because he didn't like the looks of us. We are two grown adults who work very hard. We were dressed nicely and had our 14 year old daughter with us. There was no reason for him to act like that and we will never come back ever.

    The man behind the counter is very rude, he needs to do better for customer service, the rooms are disgusting, cigarette smell once you opened the door, bugs all over the bathroom floor, just the worse of the worse , AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST! Don’t do business with them . There are better budget friendly options out there.

    The Hotel room was clean. Decor was as expected for the price. My only concern was room security. The room door had no deadbolt, and the security chain was missing. Only the keyed doorknob prevented unauthorized entry. I placed a drink can between the doorknob and the door frame so the can would fall and wake us if entry was attempted. Fortunately, no attempt was made.

    One of the best place we ever stay ,nice clean and quite ,ron is best person running this place. if you have book room for your working crew this is beat place .don’t use any other side just call motel and ask for ron he will take care what you and your crew need

    Booked a king bed smoking room a week ahead of time. Arrived to check in right around check in time and we were told our room is "not available" by the guy at the front counter. He said he only has a double bed smoking room..my husband and I figured it would be easier than trying to find somewhere else to stay so we said that would be fine but do we get any sort of discount since it's not the room we booked a week ago? Guy at the counter said "no I can't do anything but you can cancel" so that's what we did and stayed somewhere else. Luckily a hotel right down the road was available with way friendlier staff and an even cheaper rate. I wouldn't give that guy or this hotel my money. He's probably the owner which is sad, but if he isn't then the owner should fire him because his customer service is atrocious. I'd rather sleep in my car.

    The man at the counter is very rude. There was no soap only one towel . He took a 50 dollar deposit said it was just a hold on my card and it would be released immediately. I waited a few hours and went back to ask about the deposit and he got so angry and shook his head yelling at me I def would not recommend this place. The guy at the front is a jerk .

    OYO is a great stay especially for blue collar guys. Reasonable prices and parking space for your work vehicle. The staff are very friendly and always have your best interest. They will even hold packages for you should you need to have something ordered. Also pets are allowed of all kinds and the front desk guy is a hell of a gentleman. Completely recommend this place.

    booked a stay online (the owner/manager is crazy I don't know if he is on drugs or has some sort of a mental problem but i was screamed at and threatened by the owner/manager) he asked me if I had any pets I said I have a service animal . he then tells me he cant give me a room . I said I have a disability sir my dog is a service animal and you realize that you can't refuse someone with disability a room . he then started screaming at me. i tried tell him again. that he is discriminating at me someone with a disability and that it is against the law to refuse someone with a disability has a service animal a room . he continued to raise his voice at me tell me how he has the right to refuse service to anyone . (at the same time as he's yelling at me he's telling me to calm down . Even though I never raised my voice one time) . I was then screamed at and told to get off the property . . they have a camera in their office all this is recorded on . "to the owner/manager" I've already filed a official complaint civil rights division . and Im going to be getting a attorney . awful that you would treat anyone that way even if they have a disability or not
