off
I
pre-ordered
my
food
on
the
app
and
attempted
to
go
through
the
mobile
drive-thru
pick
up
line
since
it
was
advertised
to
be
faster.
I
waited
in
line
for
25
min
after
arriving
at
the
drive
thru
for
my
food!
After
about
20
min
a
worker
came
to
me
politely
and
said
that
they
didn’t
have
any
wraps
left
(this
is
about
25
min
after
I
ordered
because
of
5
min
drive
time)
then
asked
if
I
wanted
another
sandwich.
I
asked
for
a
club
with
no
cheese.
I
was
asked
to
pull
forward
so
the
cars
behind
me
could
move.
So
how
could
the
4
cars
behind
me
get
served
before
I
was
even
asked
which
sandwich
I
would
want
differently?
By
the
way,
I
have
2
young
kids
in
the
back
seat,
so
this
is
becoming
a
real
fun
time
for
me.
Before
I
left
the
person
at
the
drive
through
gave
me
a
gift
card
for
a
free
sandwich,
but
it
is
only
for
that
restaurant
location.
I
also
ordered
a
drink
with
no
ice,
but
when
I
got
home
there
was
cheese
the
sandwich
and
ice
packed
my
drink.
After
sitting
in
a
line
for
30min
with
2
young
kids
in
the
car
and
getting
home
with
my
meal
still
screwed
up
I
didn’t
even
want
to
eat
it
and
it
became
food
for
the
trash
can.
My
bill
was
over
$47,
food
was
wrong,
and
I
waited
longer
for
my
food
than
if
I
went
to
a
dine
in
restaurant.
I
don’t
have
any
ambitions
going
back
to
that
location
after
that
experience.
Besides,
the
gift
card
for
a
free
sandwich
doesn’t
cover
the
original
wrap
that
I
wanted
and
doesn’t
make
up
for
my
entire
meal
being
screwed
up.
