I
gave
this
place
a
bad
review
because
I
was
unable
to
get
in
when
I
arrived
early
for
an
appointment.
It
was
very
upsetting
at
the
time
because
it
was
raining
and
I
was
left
standing
on
a
sore
leg,
getting
wet.
However,
the
massage
I
had
from
Kinga
was
so
good
that
I
cannot
leave
it
as
was.
I
also
realised
that
I
need
to
adjust
my
expectations
in
a
country
where
life
is
very
different.
Having
been
born
in
Canada,
I'm
not
used
to
the
security
measures
one
finds
here
-
many
businesses
are
behind
locked
gates
with
limited
access.
Very
different
from.the
open
storefronts
I'm
used
to
back
home.
I
was
expecting
to
be
able
to
come
into
the
office
and
wait
for
my
massage
in
relative
comfort
and
of
course
when
one
is
in
pain
your
frustration
levels
can
rise
quite
easily.
I
have
to
point
out
that
they
were
very
apologetic
and
have
gone
out
of
their
way
to
fix
the
situation.
Seems
there
is
normally
a
receptionist,
who
was
ill.
So
I
am
going
back
and
looking
forward
to
another
treatment
from
Kinga,
whose
knowledge
and
techniques
were
above
and
beyond.
