It feels larger once you are among the dense, tall trees. Impressive playground facilities around the perimeter but inside the woods there are 4 miles of paved and hardpacked trails with a couple of bridges crossing the small stream. A fine small park.

Beautiful Park right off the main highway to go relax and many different functions are held here. From weddings to festivals and so many memorable fun times. I remember coming here years ago and still being taken care of, which is very nice. Pics4yinz ~ Roscoe

Love bringing my kids here to play. Parking can be a problem sometimes when there's multiple events taking place but it's nothing you can't deal with

Our family loves this park, but it is disappointing that this has been up for what seems like a year or so (please see photo). This should be an easy and inexpensive fix. For less than a few hundred dollars, they can easily either add a slide here or block it off with a border. This could be easily ordered through a playground manufacturer, especially the one that installed it originally. I will remove the photo and amend my review once it is remedied. I will keep the rating 5 stars as to show our appreciation for the park and hopes that they will remedy this soon.

We were at a graduation party and the employees there were AMAZING. It was dark and after hours and they were so helpful in trying to find a lost necklace, which was found. So the cleaning up ran over and they tolerated us and were so kind.

Perfect medium sized park. Nice walking trails. and easy to access. The bocce courts are nice too. Plenty of spaces to sit and people watch . There are two dog parks at the entrance off Southern too .

Nature's haven! A breathtaking escape that immerses you in natural beauty. Trails, greenery, and serene ambiance make it a perfect retreat. Walking my dog amidst such tranquility was a delight. A 5-star nature experience!

I would Absolutely Not Recommend you use this park to have Any kind of function, event, picnic or party!! I was planning a memorial birthday picnic for my son and because all the pavilions they have for rent were full on this particular day, I "thought" I could just use one of the public picnic table areas they have throughout the park. Unfortunately even though there are several public picnic areas, they have Very Little areas with a grill. To make matters Worse once I was able to find an area that had a grill, I began to set up for guests. Mid-way into our celebration I was approached by someone who informed me that there was going to be a Frisbee event going on and that we were "in the line of throwing" and possibly getting struck by one of these disks"!! A piece of information that was NEVER disclosed to me when speaking to a park representative about my event. Ultimately I was forced to cancel my celebration and send our guests home! All because 1.) There isn't adequate public picnic areas with grills & 2.) The areas they Do have a grill are all "in the way of" their Frisbee golfers!! So if you are wanting to have an event, a celebration, a party or a picnic; I would Strongly Advise that you Do Not choose this park to have it at!! You'll end up being forced to cancel your event mid-celebration and have to send your guests home. That is if your even able to find an area that has a grill in the first place! God bless you all

The park itself is fine. I didn't give five stars because the dog park which we were there for requires you to register your dog first. I thought this was very inconvenient as we were visiting from out of town and just wanted a place for our dogs to run.

Beautiful park. The disc golf course is one of the best I've ever played.

A beautiful park for the whole family, very clean, safe, and the bathrooms are open which is a huge plus! Probably the biggest and best playground I've ever seen that adults can also play on with their kids. 5/5 Stars

Very nice pavilion we rented for a πŸ₯³ party. Was clean, and updated floors, bathrooms, etc . If you want music, I would suggest you either use a wi fi, mobile data hot spot or bring your own speakers . Had a projector screen , large TV above fireplace, so if you are tech savvy, you can make it hapoen....I suppose

Great walking trails. A whole web of them on the south end of the park. Excellent children's playgrounds, one for the big kids, one for the toddlers. My granddaughter has always loved going there. There are shelters and houses if you're having a cookout or a family reunion. You can reserve them through the park office for a small fee. It's a great place for a gathering if you want to be close to the outdoors. If you have a dog, check out the dog park. It's big and spacious, has toys that people leave, and has sections for big and little dogs. You have to register your dog to use it. There are instructions at the gate. All in all, Boardman Park is a great asset for our community! Check it out. You will regret it.

My kids love taking walks on the walking trail and seeing all the dogs as we walk, I just recently had weight loss surgery and I have been becoming more active the trail also helps me stay in goal with my exercise...it's also very helpful that there are restrooms really close to the playground that comes in handy when you have a toddler ☺️ They also have a bunch of places you can sit and have a little snack with your family it's one of my favorite parks to go to bc it's usually clean. I have gone to other parks and the children there are always saying inappropriate things and influencing young children to do bad things but I have not run into this problem at this park. So grateful to have this close to me πŸ˜ŠπŸ€—

There's alot of trails thru the woods, don't get lost ( it's large but not that big you should be ok). There's 2 different aged kids play areas, probably 15 covered rec. areas for rent. Baseball fields, dog park (that you must register to become a member at the office before using). There's alot more but I can't name it all.... go see for yourself!

Went for an outdoor concert. Had a great time. This park is a beautiful break from the hustle and bustle of the town it's in.

I ate Chipotle here with my Mom and little brother. It was peaceful and a nice time outside. Sometimes just listening to all the sounds, birds or cars pulling in, is an experience itself worth remembering.

This park is a beautiful place in a busy city. You can go far enough into the park that you don't hear the traffic on 224. Also great if you play PokΓ©mon!!

A park that had a bit of everything. If you need gazebos for parties, they have it. If you need an actual events building with a professional kitchen, they have it. If you need trails, volleyball courts, things to entertain kids, they have it

We love spending time at this park on nice days. The playgrounds have plenty for the kids to do and the walking paths and trails are awesome. There are so many activities a family could do here in a single day. To add to the experience the park has many programs and activities throughout the year.
