As
in
the
Hilton
App,
I’ll
preface
this
comment
with
I
travel
a
lot
for
my
career
and
stay
in
a
lot
of
Hiltons.
This
was
the
only
time
I’ve
ever
had
a
bad
experience.
Starters;
the
security
infrastructure
of
the
building
is
a
joke.
After
hours
you
keycard
is
required
to
access
the
front
door,
but
if
you
just
press
the
handicap
button
both
doors
open
without
a
key
card.
You
room
access
card
is
also
required
to
use
the
elevator,
but
all
12
floors
are
accessible
by
the
stair
case.
Room;
The
rooms
was
EXTREMELY
small
to
have
a
king
bed
inside
of
it.
Microwaves
are
reserved
for
suites
only
and
the
mini-fridge
will
not
keep
food.
Room
service
will
not
come
to
the
room
(ever
after
request)
to
clean
things
up.
They’ll
only
drop
off
one
new
towel
and
rag
after
4
days.
Even
then
it’s
just
left
on
your
door
knob
for
someone
else
to
take
and
you
to
end
up
with
additional
charges
for
missing
laundry.
Breakfast
is
NOT
complimentary.
It’s
served
in
a
high
end
Bistro
attached
to
the
hotel
at
the
rate
of
$18.00
a
meal.
Which
is
also
sub-standard
due
to
the
portion
sizes
being
so
small
my
1
year
old
would
leave
there
still
hungry.
It
was
also
poorly
cooked.
Dinners
at
the
Bristol
are
pretty
good,
but
they’ll
run
you
about
$30
for
a
Burger
Meal
and
drink,
and
+$60
for
pretty
much
any
entree
with
substance.
Location;
Absolutely
the
worst.
The
entire
downtown
area
of
Youngstown
is
riddled
with
homelessness
and
construction.
If
you’re
not
dodging
10
people
begging
for
money
or
cigarettes
on
your
questionable
walk
to
the
parking
garage
that
is
inaccessible
from
the
hotel,
then
you’ll
be
dodging
construction
through
a
majority
of
the
city
since
almost
all
the
roads
are
ripped
up,
blocked
off,
or
have
sewer
gases
coming
out
of
the
crack.
If
you
stay
at
this
hotel
then
your
money
is
going
towards
paying
for
staying
in
a
historic
sight
with
a
1920’s
feel
and
decor.
Not
for
an
actual
hotel
room
with
decent
service
and
amenities.
