The mattresses all need replaced. That’s really my only complaint. Good otherwise

The owners treated me very well. The weekly pricing was great. Some rooms are better than others. Room 44 was nice for the money!

So the only reason I wanted to stay here was because it was the only place that had a pool I called ahead and Check to make sure is open white out spent about $30 on a bathing suit and then when I get there it’s not open there’s no water in the pool there is a tarp in the pool and they wouldn’t do anything about it and they lied

I go to Youngstown once a month every time I go I stay there it’s a great hotel for the price and I noticed ownership has been changed the new owner updated the rooms. For the price you can’t get rooms like this in Youngstown. Really good hotel I would recommend this hotel 100%.

pretty quiet ... owners are a super nice family ... they filled the pool in but they are making it look nice in that area with plants and flowers new paint (HOPEFULLY They'll PUT SOME PICNIC TABLES OUT THERE!!!) price is ok ... not really gonna find anything cheaper around here ,

A piece of mind and a clean place to stay. Under new management and they look to make right by the customer . I enjoyed my stay while in Youngstown and felt right at home putting on my usual fox and friends cable station.

Clean rooms cheap. Small shower. Like really small. It is a little outdated in the rooms, but they are clean. What more can you ask for? Basic motel, no real frills. I'd stay again.

He woke us up at 9am checkout isnt till 11. And he was screaming and bammminggg!! My son jumped out his sleep

New owners really nice rooms are always clean a little dated but reflects price we will stay there again for sure

This motel does not have sufficient heating, you should prepare to sleep in very cold room. The owner will ask you to pay in cash and then give you a receipt of less amount that you paid. Not recommend for you to stay, very unhappy experience.

Absolutely the worse place I've ever stayed. Nothing but drug dealers and heroin addicts. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. Room was disgusting even had blood in my bathroom sink. Couldn't get fresh linen and holes in the blankets. Never again!!!!

Paid for a week rate the room was dirty when we got in it literally poop still on the toilet from the last person the TVs max volume was way to quiet they obviously didn't change the blankets from the last person who had the room their was banging on the walls constantly and a bunch of junkies and drug dealers hanging outside our room knocking on our door asking for people and to top it all off we found a bed bug in our room and got part of what we paid refunded "didn't give us a full refund" 0/10 never again
