    My family and I were forced to evacuate our home due to the train derailment in our town. The staff at the hotel was amazing. They were super accommodating and quite frankly went way above and beyond. They made us feel welcome and made sure our kids had things to do. 100% we would recommend this hotel. P.s. If the general manager sees this they need to commend the front desk staff and cleaning crew. Both of which have showed great poise and compassion. They are wonderful.

    My first room had black mold on the wall, it smelt bad as well. Room was switched without any issues but I truly hope it was a mistake for maintenance to show the room as available to the front desk. I question since there was nice wall art hanging there to blend in and the bed was made etc.. 🧐 The young woman at checkin was very friendly, woman at checkout was not, barely got a smile.

    Oh this place almost got a 5. Great rooms, great check in/out, great layout and decor, plenty around within walking distance, and the bar/restaurant area is the best including one of the best bartenders I've run into. Downfall, the coffee and no hot water in the a.m. 3 coffee spots but they are not labeled. No idea if it's coffee or decaf and no water for my tea. I will hopefully come back but will bring my own water, I don't consider Dasani water. I will make it my room next time.

    This is my third stay at this property and I continue to be amazed at how well this property is managed. The staff are all knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I am a Hilton Diamond, I was top tier of Marriott and I have never had better service or treatment than I have received at this property! Clearly they know how to treat their guests.

    Have reached out several times to have someone contact me about my negative experience with this establishment, yet no one has. Was called morning of check-in to be informed that they overbooked and did not have a room for me anymore, only then to be told that night that that they did have my room for me after all. However, it was not the room I originally had booked. They had downgraded me. So I ended up not staying and was yet still charged full price for the room I initially booked but didn't get to stay in.

    This Holiday Inn is local for me. Checking in or out is super easy, not stressful at all. A very nice, well lite parking lot that has plenty of parking spots. The rooms are very clean & spacious. I absolutely love the beds they have, Nice & firm. The pool is great, clean and not to cold. I also enjoyed my breakfast that I had before I left. All & all, I had a very enjoyable stay.

    Experience all in all, it was pretty good. We had a few minor mishaps with the room that was booked, but staff was quick to remedy the issue. there were several good things and bad as fallowed PROS.. •comfy beds, •roomie bathroom. (Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are all provided) •nice lobby •great staff •good food (TJ’s) •quiet nights •warm pool water •very hot spa CONS •Worn out pool area (needs pressure washed, painted and windows cleaned •Always out of creamer for coffee •a lot of carrying on by people in the pool (music blasting, child screaming) I don’t hold the hotel accountable for the minor mishap

    We are currently displaced due to the train derailment disaster in East Palestine. Every single staff member, including the owner, has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Going way above and beyond to accommodate us all. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. Couldn’t recommend it more.

    The door to the bathroom was broken when we arrived in our room. We asked if it could be fixed as we were not able to actually close the door. Someone at the desk said she would let maintenance know, but no one ever came. They closed the pool because the hotel was completely booked and they didn't have the staff to deal with it. The spa was closed all weekend as well. Don't advertise these things on the website if your not actually going to offer them. Very disappointing.

    We were here for a wedding, we didn't pay for the hotel itself, my aunt did. The rooms, area, pool, and hot tub were really good! However, the ladies at reception weren't particularly nice. One of the ladies was particularly rude. She was short with short blonde hair. She never helped us, talked to us, and gave us rude looks and side eyes. Housekeeping and the other registrars were nice.

    I moved to ohio this year and stayed at the holiday Inn for about 2 months looking for a house. The friendly staff and clean environment made me feel like I was at home. Any thing I ever needed the staff was approachable and quick to assist especially Amanda, Kristen and Angie. A bad storm came through and made my house not livable, the first thing that came to mind was I'm going to the holiday Inn. Amanda was there and quick to get me a room for 2 weeks. I recommend holiday inn for everyone for any occasion.

    I needed a bed and honestly, everything was perfect. My only issue was with the bathroom being that there seemed to be no fan I'm the shower to help with steam buildup but that was such a minor thing. It also helped there were so many food options near by.

    It's a Holiday Inn. I want to believe they try their best. I don't know how harshly to judge any Holiday Inn but I have more of an understanding as to why they are "cheap" and a fine enough place to sleep for an evening. The bathroom toilet paper roll was comical and the water damage was only slightly concerning considering I don't own the building and there didn't appear to be mold (yet) Edit: Because of no response after a month of posting and exposing the maintenance I lowered the rating even further. It's one thing to have a bad experience, it's another to not acknowledge this/me and offer a simple apology. How are the managers not embarrassed?

    I really enjoy staying at this Holiday Inn in particular. I stay at many hotels due to the nature of my work. The staff is always helpful, polite, and they go above and beyond the call of duty. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I often forget to pack an item and have no problem obtaining a replacement from the front desk. I would definitely have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone who asks. Not to mention there surrounding area has everything! It's a great place to relax and visit.

    The rooms were very clean and very big bathroom was clean my only concern is there is no hand soap and the pool was very big and warm and hot tub aswell I would definitely recommend this hotel

    Super fun! The people were very nice. The only thing I'm sad about is that I had asked to have the kitchen set aside plates for the crew members and I was told they had us, but we never got the food 😭 So our staff was very hungry that night.

    Good location. Front desk staff very nice. Bed was comfortable. The shower was dirty. Pink mold on bottom of door. Black mold and rust in corner. Very disgusting.

    Everything was pretty subpar here. The rooms were decently clean, had a weird smell though. I came for the hot tub which was unfortunately out of order. The soap machine took my quarters and I went downstairs to let them know. Apparently it's not the first time it happened but no one thought to put and out of order sign... the washing machine has mold in it and when I told front desk she was uninterested. I would not stay here again.
