Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have had. We have a basketball team that stayed with them. Not only was the hotel beautiful and modern but the staff went above and beyond to truly make the experience remarkable. They care greatly about their customers. The food was phenomenal. Jenny offered a personalized experience and was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

Ample free parking at the hotel. My room was pretty large, 2 queen beds, large size bathroom - might have been a handicap room, although there was no sign. Fridge and microwave hidden away and a large desk. Friendly check in and clean. Appears to be a newer hotel somewhat off the road a bit and not very visible until you get closer. My only criticism is that the TV was tiny for the size of the room.

We stayed here during my husband's company Christmas party. We've stayed here 4 years now. The service is friendly, the rooms are good sized, the beds depending on which room you get are comfortable, and the amenities are nice. The last room we were in, the toilet was not secured to the floor. The room seemed to have a bit more noise than usual as well but I know they are not sound proof. Overall, it is nicer than some hotels I've stayed in

When I called to schedule multiple rooms for a holiday party, Jenny (in the sales department), was incredibly helpful, quickly identifying the best lodging situation for our group. With the ability to book rooms for groups at the Courtyard as well as at adjacent TownPlace Suites and Springhill Suites, there were a variety of options she could offer. I had a couple of follow up changes prior to the arrival of our group and she managed those in stride: kindly, efficiently, and professionally. We have this party every year and I'm happy to say we will definitely be booking here again!

Beautiful, new, clean hotel. We had our wedding hotel block at the Courtyard by Marriott and could not be more pleased. The bridal suite is large and comfortably fit six adults plus our two photographers. The bridal suite has two bathrooms, plus a large countertop with a sink. It was the perfect space to get ready. Jenny Pratt was wonderful to work with and assisted us in the hotel block bookings. The staff passed out goodie bags to our guests that we had made and were friendly and attentive. Would absolutely stay here again and 10/10 recommend!

We stayed at the Courtyard Canfield recently when there was a widespread power outage. Brittany (front desk) could not have been more accommodating, kind or helpful to me as I was checking in with three children under two. She made sure that we had a great room, Marriott status was recognized and she helped me unload my car and bring all the baby equipment up to our room. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone coming to town or needing accommodations when in the greater Youngstown area.

Sincerely one of the BEST Marriott properties with employees that really care. The grounds are spectacular. Huge shout to the sales manager Jenny for going above and beyond for my travel softball team. Amazing

This property understands hospitality and 5-star service. From the moment I checked in, I could tell the place was special. All common areas are well-appointed and clean. The decor is contemporary, while the fireplace on the patio was lit during a snowstorm! Each evening, I dined at their Kensington restaurant, and Zena (server) made each dinner better than the next! Her attention to detail, great suggestions, and wonderful personality make this place special. The bartender Erica knows how to juggle several customers at one time as she makes picture-perfect drinks. While the food is prepared by a classically trained chef. The Chicken Marsala dish was one of his dishes, I had to have it a third time. So kudos to the entire team! I'll be back and know if you stay here, you'll return as well!

Justin at the front desk was great and the hotel is very nice with beautiful grounds and golf course behind it.

Horrible Service, you can call 100 times and wont get a live person. Simply getting a receipt from here has turned into a horrible ordeal.

The Youngstown Canfield Marriott is lovely, very clean and inviting with a good range of amenities. The staff is very professional, courteous & helpful. Very satisfied with my stay and will return when in the area in the future.

The front desk as soon as we got their were so accommodating and friendly. They were so helpful when my toddler needed milk for her drinking cup at night. The hotel rooms were clean, roomy, modern, and affordable. The whole atmosphere was wonderful. The courtyard with the restaurant and view was spectacular and relaxing.Great hospitality and would definitely come back again.

Very clean and well maintained hotel! I noticed the staff all cleaning from the carpets, to the hallways, to the rooms. It's also in a safe location well off the road, in a good residential neighborhood that additionally borders a golf club. The room itself has an extra big couch and very comfy beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and was clean. Overall, top-notch hotel and good value for your money! I'm a picky customer who stays in hotels 200+ days a year, so if I'm impressed, then it's good.

Clean rooms, great service, great location. Only problem I had was Google Maps wants to take you to a different location. My Google maps was not in operation but my colleague was using it and sent him to a completely different address. Unfortunately I can't rate that on mine.

Great staff, great location, flawless service! The staff here is just good - friendly, nice and helpful! Breakfast is made to order (not free) but so good it is absolutely worth it. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had and I travel 150 days a year! Very convenient location, restaurant/bar attached to one side and a massive Sports bar with golf simulator attached to the other. Lots of locals from the golf community this hotel fronts come here which tells you the drinks and service is great. Right in the middle of everything. Great restaurants all around, forty10’s noodle dishes, are unspeakably good and there is no shortage of shopping for anything you might’ve forgotten at home.

I was harassed by Tabitha the assistant manager. She walked in my room without asking for permission and started shouting. Racially discriminated me as well. Stay away from this place have no respect for people and don’t know who to treat their guests. I am scared out of my wits if anyone else will walk into my room now. Not safe for people alone.

Great room, clean, comfortable, quiet. On-site restaurant and fire pits made for a relaxing evening.

Incredible service and customer support. The hotel and rooms are spotless, and the back patio is absolutely beautiful at night. I stay there a few times a year when visiting family and I’m always excited to come back.

Generally, I like this hotel - clean, modern, good atmosphere, decent restaurant attached to the hotel, good breakfast and service, and walkable golf course and driving range.. However, from my three weeks of staying at this hotel, I’ve had two incidences where once, I’ve witnessed someone trying to go into my room, and other time, someone trying to come into my room when I was in my most vulnerable state at night. Thankfully, the person did not come in. I did receive a call from the front desk soon after, apologizing for calling me late but no apologies for my discomfort for what happened or what could’ve happened. The lady told me there are several “Kim’s” staying at the hotel implying there was a mistake from multiple people having the same last names but this does not justify how there was no formal apology. I am disappointed at how the hotel handled this event.

The staff are always available and very friendly. The rooms are beautiful looking, and the hotel is right on the golf course (for those who love golfing). This is my second stay and the service has been consistently good.
