So
many
questions
for
management:
I
noticed
in
other
reviews
that
the
pool
has
been
closed
as
far
back
as
five
months
ago!
I
do
not
understand
why
the
description
for
this
hotel
lists
an
indoor
pool.
I
had
many
other
properties
to
choose
from,
and
would
not
have
chosen
this
if
I
had
known.
Shouldn’t
the
rooms
be
discounted
when
an
amenity
as
important
as
the
pool
is
closed?
It
is
evidenced
in
other
reviews
that
many
are
surprised
when
they
get
there
to
find
this
out.
Kind
of
rude
to
wait
to
reveal
this
at
check
in
time.
Also
perplexing-
My
room
rate
was
over
$150
per
night
(and
was
not
allowed
to
be
cancelled…🙄).
After
I
booked
this
in
the
app-
so
that
all
my
info
would
transfer
over,
I
noticed
rates
as
low
as
$99
elsewhere.
Are
honors
members
honored
by
paying
the
highest
rates?
It
feels
wrong
to
complain
about
food.
I
am
not
starving,
gratefully.
But
as
I
sat
in
the
dining
area,
on
one
of
the
many
heavily
stained
chairs,
which
are
all
structurally
deteriorating,
I
pondered
the
logistics
of
putting
out
free
breakfast
for
guests.
I
suppose
it’s
understandable
that
the
hot
food
is
brought
in
from
some
other
place
and
the
expectations
are
not
too
high
there.
But
why
do
the
bagels
have
to
be
SO
stale?
Many
thanks
to
Pam
at
the
front
desk.
She
is
doing
a
good
job
in
spite
of
all
the
issues
at
this
hotel.
A
few
weeks
ago,
I
debated
whether
to
go
with
the
Hilton
group
or
the
Marriott
group
for
a
long
series
of
business
trips.
This
hotel
is
making
me
wonder
if
my
choice
was
wrong.
