Even Taco Bell puts everything in my bag. I spent $25 on a few items at Panera and they can’t even remember everything. I didn’t realize it until I was 10 minutes away from the restaurant and then they can’t even refund me. I just have to give them my name and go back one day. These types of policies are ridiculous. Put everything in my bag. It’s really not that difficult. train your employees better.

I have gone to this Panera for over a year now before going into work. I won’t be going anymore. A couple months ago I ordered hard boiled eggs, went to eat them and noticed that they smelled horrible, I called the store to let them know they were rotten so they didn’t get anyone sick and they just didn’t care. Last friday I visited and went in store to order a bagel. The very next day I had 3 separate fraud charges to my debit card from Paneras all over the Country. Ranging from $59-$120. I don’t think it was a coincidence that it was at Paneras.

I love Panera, especially their mac and cheese. I usually get the pick two with broccoli cheddar soup. This location has given me mac and cheese that seemed old or reheated a few times. Usually if I ask them, they give me another one that is made right with no problems. Their mac and cheese is great, but it’s frustrating when I have to ask for it to be remade. Just by looking at it, you can see that it shouldn’t be served.

I deliver around here and they haven’t cleaned the toilet in weeks. Don’t use the toilet it’s got something growing on it at this point.

My 12-year-old loves Panera. It's the mac and cheese served in the bread bowl, even though he doesn't always eat the entire bread bowl. I then end up eating the bread bowl even though I just ate a salad or something that isn't bread. So it's a win for him but for me, not so much. Personally, I think they need to cut the prices a bit as the food is just ok.

I have given this place more than enough chances to get it right, and they have failed. The last 6 times I have ordered here, they have failed to complete the order right. They have forgotten to put the pickles in. They forgot the avocado, twice. Ordered a whole, got a half. Ran out of bread. Will not be back.

Try showing your employees how to fill a napkin holder. Half fold out. So it can be pulled out without having to stick fingers in thru the side and pull out a handful.

The food was good. $24 is alittle pricey for 2 cups if soup and 2 pops.

Beautiful atmosphere, but service was horrible. I went there today with a friend, and the women taking our order kept sneezing in the air near the food, wiped her eyes and nose with hands, then took hands and wiped on her clothes. After doing all this she never washed her hands at all, proceeded to get our plates, and pastries. Very unprofessional, and unsanitary. Just filthy.

Customer service isn’t a high priority at this Panera. Orders delivered through THEIR app, that is not filled correctly they do not honor the mistake. They kick you to DoorDash who has no record of your order. This particular Panera is not customer friendly. I’ve visited the restaurant twice and ordered online twice all orders over $45…every order missing something. Maybe that’s an insignificant amount of money to some…so I’ll take it to a different Panera not owned by DACOH HOLDINGS LLC.

I hadn't been to Panera for a while. Pleasantly surprised by some new menu items! A great place to eat and just hang out with friends while you drink unlimited coffee or various iced teas!

Today was my first time I went to Boardman's Panera, and I really got a bad impression because of the attitude of the cashier Adeline, she couldn't hide her annoyance when I paid with cash and not with a card,?$%@ she didn't give me the cup for my coffee, I had to ask her and she was sarcastic when she gave it to me, I understand that we all have good and bad days, but when u work in customer service u should always have the best attitude no matter what!!! also, something similar happened with an elderly couple who saw each other uncomfortable with the attitude of the cashier Adeline... I hope that it's only an isolated incident and that it's not a constant... for the rest, the food and drinks, always at a good level, as always at Panera :)

Apparently they don't feel the need to include bacon on a turkey bacon bravo sandwich. Because I opted for delivery (through the panera app) they said any corrections need to be handled via doordash. That doesn't seem fair to the doordash people since they weren't the ones who even made the sandwich. The person who answered the phone was less than helpful and wasn't very proactive about taking ownership of the staff there being who messed up.

It's really good food but it's so dang expensive!

Ordered a Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, they forgot the Chicken. They gave me a free salad to make up for it which tasted old and like it had been sitting already prepared in their fridge for days. On the next visit, I waited in the curbside pickup for over 20 minutes after they said my order was ready, then called and waited on hold for 10 minutes until the girl hung up on me and brought my food out which had been sitting there the whole time. Got home and all our food was cold, they forgot the baguette and put onions on the sandwich after we requested no onions. Way too expensive for this kind of quality. Won't be back anytime soon. Update: I finally returned and ordered a half dozen bagels which apparently now means 5. Seriously? We can't even count now? Hoping this one goes out of business soon if it's going to be run this poorly.

The food was good and the atmosphere relaxing. I just wish their prices weren't so high. I'd eat there more often.

An overall great experience. The cashier was very nice and the salad I bought was excellent.

98% good experience. However, last night the coffee was terrible @ $2.19 ...threw it out, went back in to get a refill of a different flavor all coffees were already removed @8:30pm...live nd learn..rating should be zeo

Sydney was courteous and professional. Her pleasant attitude made my meal more enjoyable.

I understand we’re all understaffed and busy but this is the THIRD TIME IN A ROW my order has been wrong. They charge me for a whole sandwich, give me half and toppings are missing. The sandwich is a mess. They charge me for two yogurts and give me one. No receipt so I can’t even contest it. Quality has been trash and I’m just over it. Thanks for ruining my breakfast consistently for weeks now.

Market Street store in Boardman much better than the 224 Canfield store. The soup was hot.

Food was excellent (Mac & Cheese). Very disappointed in choice of soups. Staff was friendly and service was quick.

Always a pleasant environment and a very good menu to choose from.

This is for the market st location!! Do not eat here, not only is the place totally disgusting, but so is their guest service . It's w.o. a doubt the worse service I have ever experienced, CASSANDRA ,the so called GM, had no knowledge, or concern for guest service whatsoever. This place is a joke !! Go experience for yourself.

As always great food and selection. Folks are super nice and will patiently answer all your questions. Went through the drive-thru and while it was super busy at 12, line moved fairly quickly and food super hot and perfectly made.

Each Panera is different in service and in quality. This Panera has not been the most reliable with either service or quality. The most disappointing is when I pay more than two dollars for coffee and get a cold/lukewarm cup. The prices and portion sizes at every location are pretty terrible. It has a good atmosphere to chill out or pull out the laptop, but it's not friendly on your wallet.
