All the staff just stared at me as I walked in like I didn’t belong there. No one offered a greeting or even offer to help me find what I was looking for. As I was checking out the cashier was making weird noises towards another customer standing behind me which caused significant anxiety because I can not handle loud noise sudden loud noises behind me. Going through the stock I see a box of 44 of quorme shades as 45 bucks I ask for a full box and only Got twenty for forty five box’s. I’m not sure what happened there. Maybe because I’m New to the cigar game Andy I didn’t understand the terminology.

Smoking permitted. Nice lounge and friendly atmosphere. Plus a lot of great cigars you can't find anywhere else

Great coffee probably the best in the area. I get the iced mocha which they makes fresh and use real chocolate for flavoring. Also the most selection of cigars in the area

The most seductively roasted coffee in Ohio. Bringing you everything from the bold flavors of a librarian asking you if you know the penalty for an overdue book, to the subtle nuances of your mom's single friend asking you to help her move furniture. I highly recommend the roof top pool on those hot summer nights.

Staff greeted you upon entering. Was extremely helpful & knowledgeable of cigars. Nice & clean environment.

The owner turned me on to the MJ 12, great stick. Great cigars, eloquent wines, fine coffee. Havana House is a destination worth stopping by.

Large cigar collection with reasonable pricing. You are welcome to stick around and enjoy you some inside alone g with cold brew.

3 out of the 5 last times I go in to buy a box of cigars that don't have them Connecticut double. Over a $200 dollar box. And I get treated like I'm an inconvenience that they have to go open the glass case and get the box of cigars, that they never seem to have. Then the eye rolls when I ask if the niles store has them... just because I don't buy a cup of coffee and keep you company all day. Like some do. so congratulations Havana house i am no longer your customer. I will not spend my hard earned money at a shop that has such poor customer service. I do hope that your employees, well not all of them just two, Get more customer oriented.

Comfortable atmosphere to have a cigar especially on a cool winter day! Good service knowledgeable people.
