Stood in line and watched the cashier missy give free drinks away to certain people she picked out to give free drinks away to. WOW how unfair is that only certain customers good enough. The manager Jayden said that it's at the discretion of the cashier on who they choose to give free drinks and food away to. 😂🤣 Missy rude grumpy older women.

Close to my home so I like that... but they need to service outside.. whenever I get gas I pay by card ( so I don't have to go in) guess what? I always have to go in due to the fact that there's never no paper for receipt at pump! Fix it sheetz !

This Sheetz sells gasoline, foods, and drinks similar to other locations of the chain. Here my husband filled up our vehicle with gas. Enough pumps were open that we did not have to wait in line. My husband said that gas was about $1.50 less per gallon than where we live!

The staff is very quick and nice but the last 5 times I've gone in before work there were 20 or more high school kids there, so I had no chance of ordering food or I would be late to work. I cancelled my fryz subscription since I can basically never use it.

Friendly but really can't seem to get the drink stiring thing down... there definitely should not be this much syrup at the bottom of the cup 🤦‍♀️🙄

Lady got an attitude with me when I said the pumps were down and ATM wasn’t working. This isn’t the first time I the employees got snippy when one of their kiosk I went down. I guess I shouldn’t say anything as a customer to inform them? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I LOVE Sheetz and live in South Florida where we don’t have them. While working in the area I frequent this store while on my way to work. The lady Kenya, is one of the rudest people I have ever met in customer service! I will be using the other Sheetz while in town! Kenya, get a job where you don’t have to deal with people! Sorry you had to stop vacuuming to actually assist us to get a case of drinks for us and slamming them down!

Great special on gas today. $1.776 a gallon. Ran out of gas just as I was pulling in. Line surprisingly wasn't that long. Just people pulling in from different directions and being unsure which line to get in. Line was moving well when I pulled up, but seemed to get slowed down by huge 4x4 trucks taking up lots of room. The attendants told everyone they ran out of everything except diesel right around 2pm. Said another truck would be in to fill them soon. I gave it a try just wasn't my day. Line at Sheetz in Boardman by the Southern Park Mall was way long and chaotic. No way I was going to try to wait that long, but many were clearly willing. Great deal for anyone willing to wait or maybe go back and try later

Large number of gas pumps and made to order food, convenience store for groceries, table's outside to eat, fantastic employees, very helpful...ALL SheetZ are excellent.

They advertise coke products as 2 for 3.50 with Sheetz rewards, it still rings up $4.78? Lady working was rude, ignored me for 30 seconds when I had trouble with the self checkout, Wouldn't give me a receipt either. Scam
