Nothing wrong with Rasing Canes just not what I expected. The food was good. Chicken fresh and fries crisp. Just missing out on sauce. I know I know Rasing Canes sauce... What if you just want a BBQ or just a nice hot sauce that doesn't come in packets. Gimme a Zaxby's anytime. Don't get me wrong I'm glad to have another chicken joint around just gimme more. Good tea.

I don't know if it's even fair for me to review. I don't eat chicken but I do eat the sides. The slaw was up there in my top 2. The fries were basic and tasted like grocery store crinkle cut fries. Good bread. The sweet tea, I lived in the Midwest and down south, that was not sweet tea. A+ root beer though. Very nice inside and I love the dog everywhere. Just not a place for me but nice experience. My boyfriend enjoyed the chicken tenders. Very crispy breading.

First time visiting raising cane's chicken restaurant. The food was not fast food quality, It was above that. The chicken was not greasy. The chicken was not dry. The workers were very efficient doing their job instead very busy on a sunday afternoon. The atmosphere of the restaurant is inviting individuals of all backgrounds. Prices are fair and the servings. I will definitely be visiting raising cane's again.

Drove 60 miles to eat here! It was well worth the drive. The tenders were VERY tender (they marinate then 24 hrs). They offer crinkle fries, Cole slaw, Texas toast..all very good. Fast service! Even their sweet tea tasted home brewed. Wil return!

Really good chicken strips. Cane's sauce is really good, too. If Chick-fil-A is too busy, check it out. Cane's is busy too, but you won't wait as long and the food won't disappoint. Overall, very good.

Had this issue on 1/21/2023 The container that had the chicken in it burnt through, I think from the oil on the tenders. I didn’t realize until I had eaten 2 of them, had to throw out the rest. See attached pictures. The food itself wasn’t bad till I saw the burn marks but they should put wax paper or something like that on it to prevent this. I may of inadvertently ingested poisonous chemicals due to this.

Hello, I’m a loyal customer. I go to Cane’s in Boardman once a week, if not once, twice a week. A few of the employees know me because I’m a regular customer. There’s days when the service is good, days when it isn’t. For example, the extremely salty fries and the long piece of hair I found in my fries on two separate visits (they solved those issues). I went to this Cane’s today to get me my weekly caniac combo with double fries. The food was good except for the fact that most of the time they put too much salt on the fries when I called corporate for that exact reason, they still haven’t fixed the issue. I don’t ever go in but this time I went in and I was met with this guy who clearly did not want to be there and was impatient with me, had the worst attitude. This employee acted like he was trying to rush me off the register and I was clarifying my order asking why I’m being taxed when I’m carrying out and he rolled his eyes said in the rudest tone “I’m not done ringing it up” and his body language and attitude was very disrespectful. He looked at me giving me rude glares when I waited for my food to be done. I ordered two separate orders for two different people and he kept asking “is that all?” And I swiped my Cane’s card for both meals and his attitude just got worse. I understand you were packed but don’t disrespect guests or lose patience when they’re asking you questions. Like I said, I go there once a week, if not once, twice a week and I deserve way more patience than I got at that register with this man.

Been here many times from Pittsburgh (can’t wait for the one here to open) and it never disappoints. The most expensive combo includes plenty of food that never got me wanting more than what I purchased. Sweet tea is amazing. Chicken is definitely the best I have ever tasted. I absolutely love the toast. The french fries are also good. Until the “Pittsburgh-based” location opens, I will continue to come here!

Had a pretty big drive thru order about 30 minutes before close and everything was perfect. Chicken was super fresh and tasty and the coleslaw was great. Only waited in line for about 5 minutes.

First time trying a Cane's and was not disappointed. Chicken was fantastic, the restaurant was sparkling clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful at suggesting meals and was very kind when doing so. Corporate should make an example of this restaurant as the epitome of what a fast-food experience should look like

Nice Cane’s, very clean. Our order was taken very quickly, but the cashier was a little pushy. Our food came out quick and hot like it usually does at Cane’s! A nice employee even took our tray for us. On a minor note, the ketchup was not working, and the soap in the bathroom was not working. I will definitely be back.

Whenever I go to Boardman, I make sure to go to Cane’s for a quick meal. So far I haven’t gone inside, but we always drive through and the customer service is wonderful! They are very fast, and our order has always been correct. I am a fan, not only of the chicken and the sauce and the fries and the Texas toast, but I love their sweet tea!

Customer service is excellent, the chicken is always hot and tasty and the drive thru runs like a well oiled machine! Great spot for really good chicken strips! Highly recommended!

The food was delicious. There was a nice crowd of people there tonight to support our school fundraiser. So because of that I think it was a bit noisier than normal. But the food was well worth it.

I heard so many great things about Canes chicken fingers from my friends and family, and I finally got to try it for myself. Let me just say, it did not disappoint! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the breading was light and crispy. The texas toast and fries were also amazing. And don't even get me started on the sweet tea - it's so good, I had to get a refill. The Christmas Vacation theme was a fun touch and added to the overall great atmosphere. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service.

Figured I would give this place a try and to be honest I will never go back. I got home with an $11 box that had four small chicken fingers and an order of fries that seem like they were microwaved.

They gave me my food but the lid wasn’t fully closed and my drink spilled all over my shirt and my MEDICAL device. My visits are always good except for this one visit where they did not close the lid all the way and it spilled on me, my bag, my device and then I asked for double fries and they didn’t even give me many. Unless this mistake is corrected I will not be coming back to this canes.

I am new to the franchise but very happy with the quality, quantity and price of the food. I wouldn't mind more variety of sauces but it's not a deal breaker. The staff are polite and the food has been fresh every time. I like the disco balls on the ceiling!

I can't rank the atmosphere because I used the drive thru. My chicken fingers tasted OK. It was very moist but honestly not much flavor in spices. I don't know if it was supposed to be on the crispy side, but the coating was somewhat wet. I won't be eating at Canes again.

Great service and food. The chicken was high quality breast meat, moist, and the breading wasn't heavy or greasy. The fries and bread were great too. Good iced tea!

The chicken is juicy inside and yummy. I love the texas toast. Sweet tea is amazing. Alexis is a wonderful employee. She was lovely over the phone and in person. I loved the Christmas Vacation theme. It was worth the over 1 hour drive to come here

1st time at Raising Cane's. I of course knew it was a chicken place and in all honesty only tried it because Chick-fil-A was crazy busy. Still hoping for a pleasant surprise I was kinda shocked they only make chicken one way fried chicken strips. Only a couple options varied amounts of strips and sides. With one sandwich option -strips on a bun with lettuce and tomato. I ordered a sandwich but after pulling out of drive thru and Parking learned I got just strips no strips sandwich. I will say They were very good. The dipping sauce (whatever it was) was pretty delicious. Coleslaw wasn't the best I ever had but it was very good. I'd eat here again but of course only if I was in the mood for chicken strips.

The best chicken strip meal I’ve ever had hands down. Friendly staff, clean facility, and nice decorations.

Went through drive thru. Got the complete wrong order. Told the guy it was wrong. He gave us another bag and said it was all in their. Went inside to correct it. and watched 6 more Cars get their food while waiting for them to correct my order. No customer service! This Canes has gone down hill!! Very disappointing

Nobody beats they're introduction at the drive thru!! Very upbeat, fun atmosphere, absolutely best chicken, delicious sauce, tasty fries, fresh slaw, and I'm pretty sure there's a little magic in the bread because mine always disappears... only left to be seen is one of my children licking their lips. Food is so delicious!! And the crushed ICE!! It's like dessert. If there was a canes diet...I would not fail!! Ha!! This place gives comfort food is definition. My only complaint is that there's not one in every town.

First visit while visiting Ohio. You only have chicken tenders to choose from but they are great. The breading was good nothing was too greasy the combo meal I ordered had four tenders it comes with fries really good garlic bread and a drink for $8.69. we visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy but we were still able to get a seat. The coleslaw kind of reminded me of Chick-fil-A. Highly recommend paying a visit .
