Wagon Wheel Motel of Youngstown

Hotel Motel

😠 This place had bed bugs, we went to the owner about it and he called the police the police told us to request another room or a refund which he denied and when we tried to show him the pictures we took of them he denied to see them and therefore called the police again to escort us off the property... People often mention room, stay, bugs, refund, people, rooms,

Terrible! It's filthy there, it had bed bugs, the ceilings were leaking and about to collapse, you had to wear shoes at all times, the floors were soaked and disgusting and the hot tub in the jacuzzi sweet didn't even work. When we brought all of these issues to the very RUDE owners, not only did they do nothing about it, but then they refused to refund us our money. It was by far the WORST motel experience we've ever had! Please DO NOT stay there... you will regret it!! I'm not that kind of person, but I'm seriously considering calling the health department on them... it's that bad there! The only thing I'm happy about is that my 13 year old daughter was not there living under those conditions with us. I cannot believe that they are still open with the way they treat people, and the conditions in which the rooms are in. Again, please do not stay there!

Me and some family members helped out some people in need around the holidays and for the money, the rooms seemed quite spacious and cleaner than you would expect. Rooms have TVs, fridge and a microwave If I remember correctly and the we heard of no complaints from the people we helped stay there. Cant beat it.

The sign says new owners and new remodeling thats a joke. We checked in , in the afternoon dropped our stuff off and went about our day, we came back at night and there were cockroaches everywhere. We went to the office for a refund the man at the desk ask would you like me to spray REALLY!! ?? I'm not really sure how this place got a occupy permit, i should have really looked at the review's first .I would not recommend this place to anyone...Sheets and towels are stained also.I wouldn't lay my head on a pillow here. The pics. they show are nothing like the rooms.

Disgusting, and rude. The owner deliberately put me in a room with a leaking roof after I made a reservation on the phone. She didnt even ask me if that was alright she just told me to use a bucket to collect the rainwater. She did not provide the bucket nor tell me where the leak(s) were/was. I got an unpleasant surprise in the middele of a Saturday night and couldnt find an emergency bucket so there was a whole heap of rainwater that just soaked in the carpet. It began to stink after a few days and did not dry up. And the owners do not even have a receipt printout system, tgey just gave me a handwritten note like Im a child. The lady owner was always rude and I felt uncomfortable approaching her. Her daughter accosted me outside the parking lot and threatened to throw me out because I refused to tell someone I didnt recognize where I lived. Bad, bad, bad.

After hearing the horror stories we decided to put this on our trip of, did they change their ways, motels. After calling and asking for a reservation and hearing the price, we're not even going to try it. Words of encouragement to every person looking for a motel for a reasonable rate, look no further then about a 1/4 mile down the road. Fair prices, nice people, clean rooms.

It's not the best of places to choose but not bad when you're in need. The place does have bed bugs. The hotel is mainly occupied by people that partake in more serious choice of drugs and it is a known spot for street walkers and corner kids. Don't expect the rooms to be in the best condition the last room I was in was dubbed the Jacuzzi room and the Jacuzzi did not work the sink in the bathroom was not connected to the wall or floor there was a space heater in the room for the main heat source it is questionable but better than nothing

I never stayed here. But I just called them to stay in a room for a week and they said that they don't allow pets. But my dog is a service animal and they said that they still don't allow it. If you have a service animal or an esa animal it is protected under federal law no motel landlord or anybody could deny you of this they can get in trouble. I told her about this and she became mean I said do you realize I could get you in trouble for denying me this and she hung up on me.

Giving one star is too much. For $50 a night, this is what our experience consisted of: The toilet would not flush. The owner actually gave us a plunger. After taking a shower, we noticed a large amount of water in the main room. It could have only came from thru the walls ! I We were told it must have been because we didn't shut the shower door properly. A rain storm hit in the middle of the night. I t didn't wake us, however the water the leaked thru the roof, into the light fixtures and onto the bed did! I This review is not exaggerated, just our experience at The Wagon Wheel. Spend the $50 rate at one of the chain hotels down the street. It's an experience I will never forget, but would like to.

The guest smoke what ever they want in the rooms, and throw garbage out the windows and cigarettes buts. Its not a place you want to stay at. The building is run down and the owners don't seem to care.

I only give this place 1 star because leaving none wasn't an option. But what needs to be understood is that this is not a place for the family or to just yet away. It is strictly there to do dirt or engage in criminal activities. Which is the exact reason for my stay. And even at that, even with the shame I put on myself with the sins I committed it was absolutely dreadful. I wouldn't even think of committing suicide there. It would be sad to awaken from an overdose there. No narcan please
