My husband and I arrived at 12 noon and stayed Saturday night and checked out Sunday. We were visiting our daughter and granddaughter traveling from Johnstown, PA. We had a very enjoyable time. Our granddaughter loved the heated pool and the staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was very clean and we slept well and the breakfast was good. Thanks for accommodating us and keeping your hotel so nice. We will stay here again in the future.

I knew something was a little off when I read the sign at the front desk that said no birthday parties allowed in the rooms. Plus the front desk looked like someone’s messy home office. Just not professional or welcoming at all. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a sign in all the places I’ve stayed. Rooms appeared to be clean but a little roughed up. I could see a broken window on one of the rooms, mattress a little lumpy, comforter worn, furniture scuffed up etc. Very little decor and just not a warm feeling at all. I suppose if you’re on business and watching your expenses, it’s fine. Breakfast was the typical hotel free breakfast but coffee machine was broken. And yes, there are NO towels!!!! Nor did they make the room up. I would not recommend and will not be back.

I was so pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel and its comfortable bed, big bathroom, and spaciousness in general. Plus, the staff was great! It was located near shopping, including good groceries, and my room had a refrigerator ( albeit small) where I could stash groceries and avoid paying for restaurants on a daily basis. I would definitely stay there again

Front desk staff was pleasant and the rooms look nice. Unfortunately there were little piles of black hairs all over the bathroom floor and on the hand towel hung by the sink when we arrived. I asked to have the bathroom cleaned twice and it never was. The GM was aware but did not rectify the situation. Also, on our first night there was a loud and heated altercation right outside our room at about 2am that resulted in the police being called. From a health and safety standpoint, would not stay here again.

Bring your own towels!! Only two bath and one hand for room with king size bed. Same two adults in room with two queen beds get 3-4 bath and two hand towels. Front desk said there are no spare towels since the hotel is sold out. Only hotel ever stayed at that had no extra towels. What a joke!! It's 8:30 PM and the parking lot is mostly empty. Was told to bring a dirty towel down to get a clean one -- how does that solve the need for a extra towel. Must think I'm stupid. Not even for a rewards member. Must be saving on laundry costs. That's why you get a review like this.

Clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. The region lost power one of the nights we were there and the staff handled the issue very well!

The overnight desk clerk was great. She was friendly and helpful - made my one night stay pleasant when I couldn't sleep.

I'll definitely stay here whenever I visit which is 5-7 times a year. Clean pool! Amazing staff!

I just stayed here for the weekend on a leisure trip. The hotel, staff and location could not have been better. Property, and rooms were clean and well kept, Staff was so accommodating! The area was kind of like "hotel row" but everything you needed was nearby. I will definitely be back!

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. Great water pressure in the shower. That is where the good ends. The purpose of my trip was to relax and I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub. The hot tub was filthy and actually smelled like BO under all the chlorine and the jets had no power and barely worked when turned on. Yes, I did hit the button on the wall all the way across the room by the pool. Once I smelled it the pressure really didn't matter because I wasn't about to soak in it. Next time I will go to the one in Hubbard if I want to relax and enjoy a hot tub and pool.

Room 112 has bed bugs. Woke up on 6/4 extremely itchy, pulled the covers back to see them running across the bed. Lady from front desk came to see pics/vid for verification. First thing out of her mouth is “bed bug’s don’t actually move that fast and the owner is out of town”. We zoomed in and she then agreed they were bed bugs! No empathy at all, didn’t offer other accommodations, they did give refund. But such a horrible experience for me and my mother. I have bites on my back, down my right side, and my eyelid! My eye was swollen shut for all my brother’s graduation pictures. Please don’t stay here, and the breakfast potatoes were raw

Good place to stay in Boardman. Nice rooms, good location, and satisfying breakfast. I've stayed here twice in the past year and both times I detected a sewer smell in the lobby. It's rather off-putting. I'm not sure why or what's going on there. The rooms don't smell but the lobby stinks.

We normally stay at the Holiday inn for a golf getaway. We were moved here due to availability. The staff was great. Newer establishment. The issue here is the showers. If you are lucky enough to be the ONLY person showering at the time, you may get a half stream of water to come out of the shower head. If anyone else decides to turn theirs on as well, you get enough water pressure to rival a 90 year old man's urine stream.

Having been originally from this area, I never had a reason to book a hotel stay. This was our first time staying in this location and we were very pleased with the accommodations. The room was clean, the amenities were also a pleasant surprise. Having a full kitchen, with dishwasher, stove, sink and fridge for roughly $200 was unexpected. Breakfast was also good. It was well attended and up kept . I would definitely stay here again if we had the occasion to.

The staff was very helpful during a booked weekend. Allie was so kind to us and worked very hard to ensure we were taken care of throughout the weekend. The breakfast buffet was very nice as well!

Love how spacious the rooms are, very clean, and love the citrus smelling products that come with the stay. It's awesome that they have kuerigs too, better than the other coffee makers I see at hotels. I was left in peace and quiet and really enjoy this place. Just wish the TV in my room worked slightly better but im not complaining!

The hotel is well maintained and clean. They offer great breakfast choices and kept the buffet stocked. My only gripes are I paid for an upgraded room with full kitchen, stove, dishwasher etc only to discover the cupboards screwed shut! No pots and pans, dishes or silverware provided AT ALL. when I called the front desk about this issue, I was advised its “due to covid” ..huh??? In October of 2023? Secondly the tv is very antiquated.. only provides 20 channels at best and no streaming/casting services available. And the TV kept going black or too dark of contrast to even decipher what you were watching. And lastly, The pool had patches of hair in it, false fingernails were floating around and on the floor around the pool. No towels were available. I had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk to even ask for a few. Being that I am disabled and spend a lot of time in my room when visiting family in the area, I would not rush to stay here again. I really need a fully functional kitchen and upgraded television.

All we needed was a bed and a shower overnight. Attending funeral. Considering the price (under $150) room WAY exceeded our expectations. Very clean and roomy. Coffee, microwave, fridge. Typical bathroom. Also very clean. Desk person very friendly. Only disappointed that we couldn't check in BEFORE funeral. Five stars because price very low compared to similar properties nearby, and room just as nice

The room was very clean and spacious, the staff was polite with checking me in and I had peace and quiet my entire stay. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed my time here.
