The room was nice, clean and beds were comfortable. The gentlemen who checked us in (evening) , I think his name was Dominic was very upbeat and helpful. The breakfast room was clean and had some hot and cold food options, coffee was nice and hot! One of the days they had egg /spinach/ cheese omelette in a cup and it was delicious, I was there for 4 days so I personally would have liked some plain oatmeal with some toppings as an option and more fresh fruit options.

They have a good breakfast rooms are nice and clean just a little pricey for a place to sleep I think but nice

I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. They rooms are nice. Mini fridge, microwave, tv, AMAZING water pressure. The breakfast is served from 6-10am everyday and it was a feast. Waffles, breakfast sandwiches, omelets, sausage, fruit, pastries, cereal, juice….anything you could want in the morning. 24/7 coffee! The pool is a small but this isn’t a large hotel. They also have a decent fitness room!

Fantastic front desk staff. Well maintained breakfast area and Tracy was wonderfully accommodating with preparing food early for our team’s morning games. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and only have positive things to stay about my time here. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me with some accommodations. They have a great free breakfasts compared to other hotels at this price point including some rotating options. This especially refreshing for longer stays. Housekeeping came every day or every other day. I was suprised to find that there are plenty of restaurant options in the area. There’s a few strip malls across the street with any cusine you can think of.

Very clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is very nice. The only thing I was confused about was, my daughter's service dog was allowed, so therefore doesn't that mean pet friendly? There were complaints of the dogs barking. People with dogs should be on one side and the ones without on the other side to seal the deal on complaints.

Front desk staff Sherry was very friendly and helpful during our check in. Hotel employees were also polite, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot and fresh! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Very unhappy with this hotel! I had a confirmed reservation from Marriott on Sunday night which the Fairfield in Boardman refused to honor. We were turned away saying ""no rooms were available". The desk clerk offered no apology and no help. The hotel manager never returned my call, never apologized and refused to refund my points! This is so unprofessional and by far my worst experience ever at a Marriott property. If you need a hotel in this area,, there are better options!😡😡😡

Had a 9 day reservation, made a new one starting at the end of that one for 3 more weeks. Talked to the desk 3 times, sorted out now having to change rooms. Got new keys. Went to get lunch. Came back and they'd packed up my stuff and told me I couldn't stay here because they are sold out.... Couldn't get them to let me talk to a manager. Despite being an ambassador all they offered was 10k points for the trouble.... Stay away from this property

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, GM..Mike Grant is rude and has no business being in hospitality business, and trust me it shows in the people who work there...... I can't believe corporate has not fired him yet..... what a joke...... you should be ashamed of your self ....... general manager joke.... hope your boss reads these as your probably costing the company money. 😔

Worst hotel stay ever, staff are all ignorant and untrained...... rooms were dirty, completely botched my booking, then tried to blame it on me...... lol..... had to contact corporate because general manager Mike grant apparently is too busy to return a phone call...... If you stay here.....I hope your have a better experience than me and my wife did...... BEWARE

Dominic, the General Manager, assisted us with extending a short-term reservation to a long term. He made the process fast and easy and was extremely pleasant and polite throughout the whole process.
