Decent hotel right off the freeway near Youngstown. We stayed here on the way to Detroit from Mechanicsburg last week. The check-in process was easy and quick. The person at reception gave us all the information in a clear manner. They also have luggage carts to carry multiple suitcases in a single go. The room was clean and in a good shape when we entered. The double queen room also had a sleeping area next to the window. It had a microwave, small refrigerator, TV and office setup. The room was stocked with basic amenities. The safety latch behind the door was broken, which was kind of risky at night. They also have hot breakfast included. Nothing super fancy. Had bread, cold sandwiches, waffles, muffins, juices, fruits, milk, yogurt etc. The hotel also has a gym and business lounge. Ample parking available as well.

Got a room with 1 King Bed and it was smaller than expected but still a decent room. It just felt a little cramped with the minimum possible space. Very little space in the bathroom was annoying but the rest of the room was clean and comfortable. Just be aware that the rooms may be smaller than what you expect.

We stayed here on our way to Michigan and then again on our way back home. The king room is basically all bed but very comfortable. We stayed in the king suite on our way home and had double the space. For a few dollars more I would recommend the suite. The area seems a bit sketchy but we had no problems. The desk clerks were very friendly and called after check in to be sure we were satisfied. It's right off the turnpike so easy access. I'd stay there again if we travel that way again.

As I write , Iam currently staying at the hotel. So we checked in for a week and after 3 days of staying we just found out that they do house keeping once a week that goes without saying you collect your towels, toiletries, throw away the trash on your own, straight up self service. Plus breakfast is a joke. And there was a lady at the reception, made it seem like we didn't understand her when she said they are under staff . Basically she made us felt like we owe the hotel for staying like we didnt pay in advance . Her level of rudeness is on different level. RIP customer service. If you want to stay at a hotel that does housekeeping once a week ,this is the hotel for you. How I wish there was a negative star rating and save my time :-(

We we're told $120. Got there and were charged $140. The hotel is under construction. The folks wer nice, but the hotel was not. Blood on the bedsheets. Dirty toilet. Dirty exhaust fan. Weird awkward closet in room. You can only see TV from 1 bed because of it. Edit: was offered a partial refund. That was nice so I upped the stars.

They took great care of us after having left a competitor hotel that was not. They even upgraded our room as a way to brighten our day after hearing our experience at another hotel. I can't tell you how much we appreciate GREAT SERVICE! Thank you James for going above and beyond!

Convenient location, there's a couple cool things near, such as Ill Will Brewing. The service was ridiculous during checking in and check out. At check in they were way more concerned with their own conversations than mine and my aunts check in. However, I will say the explanation of where to find the room, the rules and the fact that our floor (the 3rd floor) had the only working ice machine was done very professionally. When checking out my aunt and I stood infront of the check out counter for a solid 5 minutes while the employee sat right behind the counter. She didn't check us out until I peeped over the desk to see what she was doing. She said "Oh I heard talking but I didn't see anyone" I'm 5 foot 9 inches tall and fairly loud, there was no way she didn't see us and who doesn't look up when they hear someone talking literally a foot away from them? The hotel was super unkempt and smelled. I'd even go as far as to call it dirty. Our room was freezing but the hotel staff had manually moved the AC knobs, so we could not adjust it.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! *****EDITED TO ADD SINCE THEY RESPONDED WITH LIES..... I did not book with Expedia nor ever asked for a refund through a third party or anyone. I called them directly and booked with them as I said it was for a wedding. The fact they responded in this manner proves my points. Please please please do not book here. I also did not stay here 4 nights. I only stayed 2 and it was barely that. Didn't even want to be there that long. Since posting this I received a phone call and rude text message from them as well. This was by far the absolute worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! It was disgusting! The room was dirty with hair everywhere. There was blood on the sheets. The light in the room was so dim you could hardly even see and full of bugs. The toilet was broken and if you didn't jiggle the handle just right it wouldn't stop running. And our room wasn't the only problem. We were here as a part of a wedding. Another room had blood on the walls, no hot water, and dirty room. Another room had a broken toilet as well. Another room had roaches in it. The list goes on and on. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Our family stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family in Poland. The hotel staff was friendly and breakfast was more than I expected at this price point. The rooms were decent, good water pressure and comfy beds. We would stay here again.

The property is located right off the Ohio turnpike on route 7 (Market St.) Just south of Boardman. Somewhat in the country & quiet area. Travel north on route 7 to the mall & all the retail stores Boardman, Canfield & Poland have to offer. You will not be disappointed.

Rooms are alot smaller than Microtel. Very tight space ✨️ if you like small rundown hotels this one is for you. To the Staff: the Staff here was always very friendly, respectful and helpful. Never had to wait on them like most hotels!. Thank you for making my stay less painful and keep up the great work. And positive vibes you are the heart and sole of that business!.

We checked in today. We left our room to go to dinner and my boyfriend was still in the bathroom. The front desk employee thought we all left the room and immediately came into our room and was going through our bags. My boyfriend came out of the bathroom, confronted him, and he was speechless. We checked out, had our room refunded, and filed a formal complaint. This employee is clearly watching for customers leaving their rooms and stealing from them. His name was J. Housh.
