The cabinet went back to the store. I hired a driver who brought me a cabinet for 100 zlotys and lifted it to the floor without any problems (i.e., noticeably cheaper than the store’s “service”). However, upon receiving the goods at the store, it turned out that some elements of the cabinet were damaged. The store refused here and now to change all these elements and all they could offer me was to make a refund. What??? I've already spent a week on this damn closet. Spent money on shipping. I didn’t make any money at work because I sat at home for two days waiting for delivery. And now they are offering me to simply return the cabinet for which I already bought furniture for the hallway. The store manager simply accused me of wanting to scam money out of the store. What??? I just want my closet, which has already cost me so much. Disgusting service! I don't recommend it!
