Ordered from here for delivery. Checked after the delivery time and the app said the driver had waited at the door for seven minutes and left - this is rubbish, I was basically in a big conservatory so I'd have noticed someone hanging around! The app had a photo the delivery driver claimed to be them attempting to deliver - it was clearly the forecourt of the garage where the Subway branch is. I then tried calling multiple times to see if I could at least have picked up the food that had allegedly been returned, but it just rang out then got cut off. Very angry that I have probably lost £27 and the friends I was treating went without lunch as they had to get back to work. I've been a customer for a long time but not any more.

All staff friendly and helpful I asked for a salad bowl with some meat and everything on it only to get back to work to find it was mostly cucumber lettuce tomato no meat. Dissatisfied

When we got our order we realised it was wrong we phoned up and they apologised with some great costumer service our new order arrived in a very short 10 minutes or so and they even gave us some free cookies , highly recommend

Food is good and prepared quickly but the staff are far from friendly and just seem like they really don't want to be there and that having customers is somehow an inconvenience for them. Love subway but the attitude and dismissively rudeness of the staff means I probably won't be going back. I understand everyone has a bad day here and there but this was all the staff and also not the 1st time I've had this service in this store.

One star cause I can't give them zero. Order hardly ever done right. Missing items all the time. Just placed another one through Uber Eats for two subs and yet again received only one. Mistakes happen but looks like in this place happens very very often. Intentionally or staff can't count to two? Disappointed again.

The staff are so nice and it usually only takes 5 minutes for them to have you're order ready. Also for anyone whos planning on going. Its online order only So you need to use the subway app.

Spicy Italian was great, lots of toppings and super fast service.

Make sure you get the wee lassie with the glasses to serve you, as you'll have a plain sandwich otherwise lol I ordered a veggie delight no a plain piece! Thought she was having a laugh when she put 3 spinach leaves on it lol asked for more she put another 2, would think it was coming out her wages. Will make sure the other lassie is on next time so I get a decent meal and no a plain toasted sub.
