Although we have only recently moved in, it is evident we made a great choice in choosing to move to the Promenade Apartments. Our move from Oregon meant all details were completed online. The process went smoothly, and we were able to choose our unit and do a virtual tour on the website. The office staff is friendly and always available to answer our questions. The maintenance crew has also responded quickly to set up our security system and help with a minor circuit breaker issue. Our apartment was freshly painted, the carpets appear to be new, and everything was in perfect condition when we moved in. It looked just as good in person as it did in the virtual presentation. We are eager to take advantage of the many amenities here as soon as we get finished with our unpacking.

The Pinnacle Hills location is nestled right in the heart of Rogers metro area. One can jump bike trials, shop at the mall, or have dinner at any number of upscale restaurants nearby. Management as well as the facilities are extremely nice. Maintenance calls are handled promptly and professionally. I've enjoyed living here for 4 years now! Definitely recommend a hard look!

I absolutely love living at The Promenade Apts at Pinnacle Hills. I needed to move in fairly quickly six months ago. This amazing Staff worked closely with me to ensure that my move from out-of-state was a completely stress-free and pleasant experience. My 3-bedroom apt was move-in ready, all my needs were met, and it feels like home. I have had only 2-3 minor maintenance requests and the really nice maintenance team were quick to get here and fix the issues. The grounds are also kept up beautifuly. I have already recommended The Promenade a few times.

Easy and quick application and approval process, staff is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are promptly handled, had our air conditioner go out on a HOT weekend and they were there within an hour to get it fixed. We like the fun events they have, ice cream sundae party was so delicious! Quiet and well maintained surroundings with a nice pool and common areas.

Overall the complex is nice and well maintained. The office staff now is top notch very professional, very friendly, very helpful Ashley is the manager and since she has taken over we have not had a bad experience even once, she is always on top of things and willing to help. Makes living here all that much better.

Pretty cool place, close to many trails with nice amenities. Its smaller than some other locations but that makes it better as well. The location is why I got in here and the apartment being brand new helps a lot. Nice pool and gym, again smaller but good.

Have lived here 2 years now, have only needed to call maintenance 2 times and impressed to have great same day services. The area is always clean & maintained, the staff are always friendly!

From the very first phone call, I knew this was the apartment complex that I was going to call home. The team was extremely helpful, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire experience. From being a brand new transplant to northwest Arkansas without even an idea or where to find a gas station to moving into my new home, took less than a week. The process has been extremely efficient, and everyone has been easy to work with. My actual move-in appointment took less than 15 minutes as everything was already geared up and ready to go. The units are well maintained and even the small issues I called out at move in were resolved in less than 24 hours.
