The worst experience I've ever had. I loved here for 2 years. Maintenance requests get ignored unless they can get sued or it causes damages to the property. Dispite being nice, Claudia is completely incompetent. Me and my partner both told her we could move out on the 16th, I even put it in my calendar. So why was our move out day set for the 15th? No only that but instead of having my mail forwarded to the address she HAS ON FILE, she flat out refused the mail so it was sent back to the facility. Now I won't receive Christmas gifts till January.

Marion Park is a great place to live! I cannot say enough good things about the office staff, Claudia the apartment manager goes above and beyond for her residents. Any problem I've ever had the office has gone to work immediately in solving the issue. They have lots to offer to their residents like fun monthly events, giveaways and more!

I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath and it is a really decent size. The appliances have worked great while I have been here and everytime I have put in a maintenance request it has been resolved quickly. I had to end my lease early due to having to move for clinicals, but when I talked to the staff they made that process easy so I imagine when I actually move out soon that it will be smooth! Great amenities here as well: pool, fitness center, movie theater. The apartment life team is also great with planning fun activities and giveaways each month which is fun!

The new owners were really friendly and care about the residents. The apartments look great and the location (just off Sunshine and Kansas) is super convenient. My only complaint was parking, but if you're home at a decent hour you won't have to worry about that.

I love this apartment but I mostly love the office staff! Any issue we have had has been resolved immediately and with care. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Marion park offers money to people that leave positive reviews, I would know I lived there and it was awful. Someone even got kidnapped in the parking lot and Marion has no camera so they hired a “guard” that drives around the parking lot twice a night.. what a joke.

We have lived at Marion for close to 2 years now & really love the unit itself. We've had small things go wrong here and there, like the closet door coming off track or the freezer leaking into the fridge (Basics of an apartment). But every time I contact the office, requests are always taken care of within the next day or two! The location is great as well. We have a beautiful view off the deck and overall, the grounds are maintained nicely, as the maintenance crew is always working to keep things looking good. We don't go to the gym or pool often, but when we do, I'm also pleased! The key cards have always given us trouble, but we don't use them frequently, so it hasn't been a huge issue for us. Lastly, the office staff is fantastic as well. They always answer my questions quickly and are eager to help whenever needed!

Claudia is absolutely amazing and so sweet. She cares about the tenants and always welcomes you in the office. I’ve lived here for about 7 months and have never had a problem with the property. The rooms are spacious. It’s a good area with all the other apartments around to walk your dog.

Love living here with my pup! Claudia is a killer property manager and quick to answer any questions I have! Ashton and Phoenix really make the complex feel like a community - and we feel so welcomed! Would rate more than 5 stars if I could!!

They brought in our packages after fixing our garbage disposal and it was so sweet of them! Very thankful for our maintenance team!
