So ein schöner Urlaub! Das Hotel hat alles was man braucht, super lecker Essen, super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal und es ist alles top gepflegt und sauber. Parkplätze gibt es kostenlos neben/hinterm Hotel, einen kleinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, Klimaanlage und es hat einfach alles super geklappt. Wir kommen wieder! Vielen lieben Dank an alle Mitarbeiter der Rezeption, Bar und vor allem des Restaurantes und allen anderen Servicemitarbeitern und und und. Ihr habt uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben und wir konnten uns so richtig entspannen. Selten waren wir so traurig das der Urlaub schon vorbei ist.

Was für ein schöner Wellnessurlaub. Wir waren zu zweit im Splendid Sole für 3 Tage. Sehr freundliches Personal , immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Das Essen , wir hatten Halbpension gebucht , hervorragend lecker.. Das Highlight war aber die Massage 90 min bei DANIELA. Sie beherrscht ihr Handwerk. Wir werden sicher schon bald wieder kommen. Ich aus der Schweiz , meine Freundin aus Wien. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen!

The place is really lovely, it’s clean and the mattresses are good, so we slept perfectly well. Rooms have A/C and are immaculately clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. Pool area and grounds are perfect for kids with ample space to play and relax. Always enough parking. Food was amazing and they were very accommodating with our kid’s special wishes. Breakfast is very good as well. Lots of pastry, cakes, fruit, boiled eggs as well as scrambled egg. Even Prosecco. Although no smoked fish and only two different kinds of basic cheeses. But for a four star hotel absolutely fine. The only issue was that we didn’t have wifi in the room. It worked well on the balcony though and in pool area and dining/breakfast rooms. Have given five stars anyway because our stay was such a pleasant experience. Their reservation system charged us too little by mistake but they honoured it which felt absolutely amazing!

What a beautiful friendly hotel all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely and food was delicious i would highly recommend this hotel its lovely and such a lovely experience my first adult holiday away without my children. We were with a coach party so was very busy but still very happy and helpful well done all was worried before we came. Coz of some horrible reviews but was very happy and didn't want to leave look forward to coming back some day xx

Very noisy hotel. No carpets to soften noise and dog barking and gravel car park so again noisy. Ment to be a wellness hotel but you certainly can't relax!!! Food mediocre but staff great.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great pool, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Rooms a little small but well cleaned. Location next to lake Garda, in the hills above. Lovely little Piazza 70 mts close by, with four or five unpretentious trattorias. Family Hotel, and very simple, not commercial. Not too expensive, relative to quality, and half board was great. Its gives flexibility, unless you want to eat out. Otherwise perfectly good food from the Hotel. Breakfast great. Bathrooms a little tight, if you are over 1.85m and heavy ask before you book. Pool big and even though not deep, it really works ok. The SPA is simple, with all you need. Car park great. I liked the place and would return. It is very relaxing, and good value for money.

Fantastic hotel, with amazing staff, great pools and spa, nice spot for exploring the lake Garda. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with clean rooms although aircon not very good. Large Outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Food good. Not English Channels on TV. Free WiFi throughout.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Unserer Zimmer war sehr neuwertig und ausreichend ausgestattet. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir Blick auf ein Olivenhain und wir waren als Paar dort und haben die Ruhe genossen. Schöner Außenpool (Innenpool zwecks Wetter nicht genutzt) mit genügend Liegen. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr nettes Personal, vom Empfang über Service bis hin zur Reinigung👍. Großer Pluspunkt, da auch immer jemand deutsch gesprochen hat und einem weitergeholfen wurde. Kulinarisch haben uns die Grillabende sehr gefallen (mit Livemusik). Ein Minus gibt es allerdings für das Frühstücksbuffet. Für ein bis zwei Tage sicherlich ausreichend, aber für 1,5 Wochen eindeutig zu wenig. Kleine Auswahl und keine Abwechslung.

Das Hotel sehr sauber. Wir waren im älteren Teil. Dort war alles schon ein bisschen abgewohnt. Angestellte des Hotels überwiegend freundlich. Essen gut, bis auf das Frühstück. Wenig Auswahl an Wurst. Jeden Tag dasselbe.Brot und Brötchen waren alt!

Zimmer war für 3 Personen etwas klein. Die Zimmertür war beschädigt. Am Badfester Schimmel. Ansonsten teils leckers Abendessen in der HP. Frühstück war ausreichend Auswahl. Der Pool ist schön und groß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Ein sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Hotel.Alles in allem hatten wir als Familie dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub.😊 Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Reinigungspersonal war zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht.👍 Der Pool war auch sehr schön und vorallem gross genug so das alle Gäste Platz zum schwimmen und aber auch zum Toben für die Kinder . Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht ,das Frühstück war gut jedoch sehr Süsslastig allerdings ist das ja auch Geschmackssache. Beim Abendessen wurden wir jeden Abend aufs neue Überrascht ,☺️sehr lecker.Allerdings gab es leider keine "Kinderessen" auch auf Nachfrage wurde uns leider keine Alternative angeboten ,was aber für meinen Sohn nicht so dramatisch war.Der Service im Restaurant war gut jedoch könnten einige Servicekräfte etwas aufmerksamer sein.(Auch ansichtssache).🙂 Die Lage war für uns ok nur die Angabe 800m bis zum See stimmte leider nicht...Also da muss man schon gerne laufen 😅ist bei Hitze natürlich beschwerlich. Alles in allem war es eine tolle Zeit in diesem Hotel und wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder dorthin.

Gutes Hotel, leckeres Essen, frisch renovierte, saubere und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Haus ist gut mit eigenem Fahrzeug erreichbar und hat einen großen Parkplatz. Man sollte allerdings - wie überall - darauf achten, nicht die Busparkplätze und Anfahrtswege zuzuparken. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und freuen uns, wiederzukommen!!

We had a room with kitchen and balcony and it was very nice. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the salad as a starter and most starter choices were lovely. Pasta dishes and soups were a real hit. The main courses at Dinner were a bit hit and miss for us though. As the vegetables were cold and with the salad starters the main seemed basic and cold veg with dinner seemed alien to us. Quite often some desserts had run out as we tend to go for dinner at 8 and some earlier guests would have had all the choices. Al La Carte evening. Live Music was fab. Ours was a blues band. The fish and meat in the meals was lovely but not everyone had their potato accompaniment as expected. A little tweaking regarding the food side is needed if they are going for Al la Carte vibe They ran out of one dessert Tiramasu really early on. The pool was lovely as was the grounds. A nice little village with a little shop and a few bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed just a few issues re food side thus the 4. Twenty minute walk to the port to catch the ferry. We went to Sirmione. First ferry was just after 12. Cost 10 euro return ticket.

In a group. The hotel reception and bar staff Luka & David very friendly and helpful. But the restaurant staff where like vulture 's hovering over the table waiting to whip your plate away instead of waiting until all on the table had finished (not very professional) they even charge for Water. And the finishing touch at the end of our stay the waiter plonked a tin on our table for tips. The only tip I would give them is to train their restaurant staff on how to wait at the table. Our room was nice But we could not sit out on the Balcony because of the pigeon droppings on the floor,NEVER CLEANED. Cannot recommend this Hotel. But would if all the staff where like the receptionist and the Bar staff. The Hotel is split into two buildings, the staff in the bar and reception were customer friendly. The staff in the restaurant were a long way off that. Even our drivers who sat at a table indoors for 3days were then told they cannot sit there they have to sit outside. The drivers would arrange the time of breakfast 's as some morning it would be early start, but the restaurant still wouldn't be open at the agreed time. When it did open not all the food was there. A lady who wanted toast turned the toasted only to be she had turned it the wrong way. So the waitress promptly turned it the opposite way which was off. .

The reception was friendly, and we were provided a welcome upgrade room to a pool view room. We only stayed 2 nights but would have enjoyed a longer stay. The breakfast spread was phenomenal, the spa facilities were amazing and the garden was lovely. The staff kindly kept our bags for a few final hours of sightseeing after checkout.
