The best holiday ever! The hotel was spotless and the whole hotel area is like a well-kept garden park. All the staff was kind and the food was very good. But most outstanding was the beautiful and breathtaking view! We will come back!

We were 3 adults in deluxe family room in this “all inclusive” hotel in late July early August 2021. Overall I rate it as 2 stars. Let me first describe the positives: - Nice layout with good facilities and landscape: nice pool , nice beach and plenty of available nice areas to lay down and relax - Comfortable rooms, bed mattresses and very good showering facilities - Very good cleaning service - very good reception staff - Accurate and prompt shuttle service to Airport on arrival and return However there were many deceptions that I will list here: - the concept of all inclusive did not meet our expectations: no generosity in offerings, as bars close at 11 pm and you need to pay for any item afterwards, you need to pay for any bottle of water at all times, hotel provided only 3 small bottle of water to our room daily barely enough( we had to buy water bottles from nearby supermarket!) no snacks or fast food between breakfast lunch and dinner, no chips or other bites. Only some nuts and ice cream sticks only upon demand. We have been to other all inclusive resorts across the world and the trick in customer satisfaction is “ generosity” which was not the case in this hotel - food at regular restaurant boring repeating itself in each meal with very minor changes from day to day. -Timing for main restaurant: closes early for breakfast at 10 am and for dinner at 9 30pm ( but actually no replacements for empty pans for half an hour earlier), so going to restaurant on time before closure became a kind of a duty in order not to miss the meal. Not relaxing at all. - main pool closes at 7 pm whilst this is the best time for a swim in the evening specially that sunset was around 8 15 to 8 30pm. Overall our stay felt overpriced for the offerings received.

NOTE: 2 days after my and other guests complain that there were not enough umbrellas on the beach. Hotel's management took some real action and installed a hole new line of umbrellas I think this is going to solve the problem since I see hotel now is full and there are still some free places even if you sleep late. :) That is why I am giving back the service stars to the hotel. In every place there could be a problem but in this case they reacted fast and properly. NOTE: Unfortunately I had to drop drastically my service stars. The main reason is that simply the hotel does not provide enough umbrellas chezlongs on the beach. This is a moderate size family hotel. I am not so much into hard drinking but alcohol is good quality. Food is good, service is great. Rooms are nice and freshly renovated but a bit smaller. Facilities for kids are great, but what I like most is the nice beach sports club where parents can also have some fun. Windsurfing, jet, boats, paddle board and others. Also volleyball, table tennis and tennis on court.

Potidea Palace is the best hotel experience we ever had (and we travel a lot). This was our first trip with our baby girl and they made everything even more special for us. Hugeee thanks to the whole hotel staff, from the cleaning ladies, restaurant staff, reception to management. Unfortunately, we had 4 rainy days but we had so much fun in the hotel. You need to reserve the spa and you have the whole spa area only for you and your family for one hour. Kids animation team was amaizing! Our baby girl really liked mini disco every night. She even made her first steps there. Seeing how happy she was watching the show, dancing, playing with other kids meant the world to us. Food is amazing! Drinks were also so good. Best Aperol Spritz I ever had. The drinks are all premium brands. Pool and beach are excellent. I really don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. Bravo Potidea Palace and see you next year!

tried the hotel for 10 days, I am very satisfied, everything is clean, good service, very tasty food, there is something for children to do, but there are no slides at all, many children who are more than 12 years old want to ride on slides, but unfortunately the whole hotel does not have slides. even if putting at least two minks would be much more interesting

Rooms were good, but cleaning was performed in the afternoon when kids are usually sleeping, so our room got cleaned and minibar refilled only once every 2 days. The food was awesome, the a la carte restaurant amazing. The Services and staff were good also. Not enough kids activities for a family friendly place. Hotel beach is very nice and the water was amazing.

FEEDING TIME AT THE ZOO. NOT 4*. UNHAPPY STAFF As a family of 4 (2x adults, children aged 11 and 8), we splurged on a much needed 10 day All Inclusive ULTRA holiday in the hope of some R&R and that the children would find friends with which to enjoy their time. PP promises of a 50m2 Suite automatically upgrading us to ULTRA status allowing for meals to be had in their Al a carte restaurant. The pictures and reviews across various sites and we were feeling good about our forthcoming vacation. Spend £6500 plus flights. The frontage is grey and un-inviting directly next to a busy highway. Before check-in we were invited to bid for a room upgrade to Seaview Suite (one would imagine been their most opulent option would have a great location). We bid an extra £65 p/n total £650. Upon check-in we received our room details then when I queried the Seaview upgrade, she took the extra £650 but didn’t change the room already allocated to us!! This resort is a weird linear layout, a concrete jungle with blocks of rooms stacked behind one another well back from the pools and eating hall on the sea front. Our suite was right at the back over-looking the car park and dumping grounds for broken furniture. Immediately uh-happy I asked for the room to be changed. Disappointed we went to grab some lunch. OMG the sight was like something out of a horror. Hundreds of people crammed into a tiny space, scrabbling on top of each other with mountains of cheap, beige food. No service, no plates being cleared or tables turned. I am not sure who this resort is meant to be aimed at. There seemed to be a lot of rude arrogant Russians over taking the pool space making it unsafe for little kids to play. Do yourselves a favour and stay clear. We left after 1 night.

Wonderful place, beach, pool, the services are great, good food, staff very friendly. Good to go with bigger kids and have long evenings outside ( who can adapt with the sleep) because the walls are thin and you can hear lots of noises ( chairs, voices)... they should soudproof a little the rooms ( front doors), then the hotel would be perfect.

We went to this hotel from 9-20 September 2023. The hotel is excellent. It’s small but compact. All the hotel staff was the absolute best, especially the massage and spa staff. They were Irini (the best one )Ani Caren and Cristina. The cocktails in the bar were perfect compared to other hotels we visited. The people working in the bar were really good.Efrim and his brother Christina and all the staff The food was very diverse and everyday we had something different. The beach was jaw dropping and the people working on the beach were very hard working. We thank the big manager Alberto so much for doing everything for us and especially for my birthday because he made it a very special day. We recommend this hotel to all our friends and we hope to return there again with all our family. See you soon. Thank you Viorica and Ion

That was my second vaccination there. Previous year was fantastic but this…. Wasn’t the same 🫤. Compared with 2022 year food was awful, if hotel management read this, please back previous cook 🧑‍🍳! Also sand wasn’t clean as before and had some missing water and cola in fridge. To be honest maybe next year will change place.

Great location with perfect beach. The pool and beach bars were an absolute delight! Service is great! The variety of food is simply outstanding. However, the only problem in this hotel is housekeeping and cleaning.

Nice Hotel and nice beach. The Waiter are not bringing Drinks on Dinner, you need to make the drinks by yourself, thats not so good. But all in all a pretty good Hotel.

Good: All the facilities, kids entertainment, beach, swimming pools. Everything is setup for a perfect family holiday Bad: the food. Though there’s plenty of it - everything is cooked from frozen, pre-made, without taste. Lunch starts at 12:30 so if your baby goes to sleep earlier there’s no lunch to take from (nothing else works by then)

We had a lovely week there. Staff is very friendly and smily, cleaning is good. There is a big swimming pool suitable for swimming. Beach is very close. Unfortunately the sea was not clean which we are used to see in Greece. Even though our little boy enjoyed a lot the water. The annoying thing was that most of the guests reserved the beach sunbed from early the morning and you could hardly find a free one (though this is forbidden). As of the meals, there is a variety of food on block table (different fish, meat, vegeatables, fruits, dessert) and always 2 soups per meat which was good for the children. The negative thing is that again you can hardly find free table and its over crowded when you pick up food. There were some bees outside which were not very pleasant to be around you while eating. Drinks are free and could be taken from the bar but you need to wait.. Another plus are the entertainments. There is each night kids disco and after that some music activities (e.g. one of the nights there was live music, another one a dancing group, etc). There is a playground area but it's suitable for bigger children. There is a free tennis court. And we received 1 hour free SPA. I would love if there was inside swimming pool which could be useful especially when the weather is bad or you want to just swim. Overall we had a very nice time.

This was mine and my boyfriend first holiday together and it did not disappoint. From the minute we walked in to the hotel the staff were so lovely, they gave us a complimentary drink and even upgraded our room which was a surprise. They helped take our bags to our room and were just so kind. This hotel is so beautiful from the inside out and a lot bigger than we were expecting. We were all inclusive so had unlimited cocktails all day up untill 11pm which was fine. They refill your mini fridge every day with water, a can of coke and a beer if you drink it which i thought was a nice tough. We went to the restaurant on site that you have to pay an extra fee for and the food was absolutely incredible. You can order as much as you want and it was all delicious. The everyday buffet food is nice to it just becomes a little samey. The beach is at the edge of the hotel which means we didn’t have to venture out all the time. They also have a water sports area on the beach where you can pay to go on things like jet skis or paddle boards. We went on the paddle board and it was quite cheap. Overall this hotel is beautiful and I would 100% recommend. The only thing I would say is it’s quite out of the way. You can’t walk to anywhere as it’s on a main road (not that you can hear anything from your room) there is a shop on sight but if you wanted to go to out for the day you would need to get a taxi. We went to one of the recommend tourist towns snd it was beautiful but it cost 60euros for us to get there and back. So if you are going with the intention of wanting to go out a lot this may not be the hotel for you. However if you are wanting to go and relax like myself then it definitely is. Overall I would give this hotel a 8/10 just purely on the basis you have to get a taxi everywhere.

Clean and well-groomed territory, beautiful sea, delicious and varied food, children's buffet with dietary dishes, good cocktails from good alcohol, delicious coffee at the bar, friendly staff, disco for children. The hotel was everything we had hoped for, wonderful grounds, lovely pool and right next to the beach. Staff are lovely people, if you can then I recommend upgrading to A la Carte as the food in that restaurant is outstanding. (A La Carte is included in the price of a Suite). I would be wary of booking a standard room as these are located and some look straight onto a very busy road. Gym is great and there are plenty of things to do. Highly recommended.

From the very start we were catered for at an extremely high service, Staff were extremely polite and helpful, the food is amazing with plenty of choice for all nationalities. We stayed in a sea view studio, we didn’t buy a cheap holiday and expect an upgrade like a previous reviewer who wasn’t happy because they were self entitled AH’s. Would definitely return to this Location with its tranquil areas and amazing gardens, especially so close to the beach.

Decided to close end if September and canceled our reservations 3 weeks before arrival. Avoid, unless you want to re-organize on short notice. They tried to reschedule bookings with another hotel, but all alternatives were not suitable for kids.

Expected a 4star hotel, I red reviews and it seemed good, however most of the reviews are from people without much experience.... from the very beginning the staff wasn't helpful, we asked to upgrade to Seaview suite at checkin but the girl gave us a regular room and told us that a manager will contact us and offer us a suite, Noone called. You are given a towel card for the beach towels, how low is that😆😆. We were staying in the building next to reception building and when it was hot it was stinking really bad outside. The service is not very good either. The door handle to our bedroom broke but they fixed it the same day. I was complaining about light from the Climate Control panel at night, they did nothing, noone even apologized, I just had to cover it with paper. At 9am I heard guests above moving furniture almost every day, at 9.20 there was room service knocking on your door. Breakfast ends at 10am by the way. The food is not very good either. Ulra-all inclusive means that you can get normal alcohol such as Heineken/Corona beer, botteled water, local metaxa maybe, for all that they charged extra. I had a feeling that this hotel is trying to rip you off to the end🤦. To change a bedsheet we needed to take old one off and throw it on the floor otherwise you sleep with sand. We asked for Iron and this is best one, first hour is free and every next hour is 5eur, how cheap can you get???? At about 500eur per night. The boat rental on the beach is bad too, too many rules, too expensive and one guy was very rude, We have taken a boat from BogdanosBoats half a mile from the hotel, decent family business service. So after-all its nice looking hotel on the outside, has nice area, sea is clean and nice but we liked taking a boat to turquoise sea on the other side 40min away. Although our family liked the vacation, however I am not coming back to this place, unless it gets better or cheaper, as with the towel card and five eur per hour iron the stay should be worth half the price they charge.

An absolutely perfect stay in Potidea Palace, the staff are all amazing, the food is next level offering so many choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. From the presentation of the food, the taste, all cooked to perfection, we just couldn't help but keep going back until we were too full to carry on. The drinks were all fantastic, the place itself is very very clean, the pool is beautiful and the hotel is on the beach which is absolutely perfect. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the housekeepers do an amazing job of keeping your room clean throughout your stay. We got a complimentary drink on arrival which was a wonderful surprise. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough, beautiful hotel, beautiful location and amazing and friendly staff! Definitely go and visit Potidea Palace.

The place is very unique. Very delicious food, great activities , a lot of fun and a wonderful personal. Beautiful look of the Hotel on the inside and on the outside. Especially at night when all the lights are on , and it looks very magical . The music is amazing with a little taste of Greece 😉. Will recommend to the others to visit it. You'll won't make a mistake but only a good memories 🤗

Hotel is nice with well maintained area. There are lots of trees and flowers. The pool area looks beautiful and every evening you can see the gorgeous sunsets reflection in it. The double rooms are spacious for 2 people - not sure if the 3rd bed is used. The terrace is big. From our room we were hearing the noise from the big road in front of the hotel. The beach is good, mostly sand, little stones when entering the sea. The water in August was warm and calm. Food variety is good - I believe everyone always can find something. The tennis court had lights all night and no need to pay for this.
