Never been in before but Went in for a cleaning. Alex was so so kind and helpful. The store and selection is absolutely stunning. Alex cleaned my ring so quickly-i now need sunglasses just to look at it its so shiny and perfect. Thank you so much. Will definitely be returning.

My first time stopping in to have a chain repaired and several watch batteries replaced. I was greeted by Dani who was so so pleasant and helpful. My repairs were done while I waited by Alex in less than 10 minutes and I was offered water while I waited! Excellent customer service and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this jewelry store. While I waited, I did “window shop” a bit and what beautiful pieces of jewelry they had as well!

Dani did an amazing job helping me track down a vintage watch I'd wanted for quite some time. She communicated clearly, got me all the information I needed ahead of purchase, and provided an excellent price for a hard to find watch. When delivered, the watch was better than promised and looked absolutely stunning. She did a wonderful job from start to finish, and was easy to do business with remotely. I look forward to working with her and her team again soon.

I don’t leave many reviews but Provident Jewelry really blew my Fiancé and I away with their amazing customer service. We purchased a ring elsewhere and needed to get it re-sized. This was a local place and decided to give it a try and we are glad we did. Jayne was awesome and super helpful. She recommended the right size and was able to get the work done in as little as an hour. We will definitely be recommend them and Jayne to anyone who is looking for a reliable jeweler!

Brought my wife’s watch for a battery replacement and was pleasantly surprised by Christine that it was free of charge! She was also very attentive with my interest in a lot of high end watches that they have in store. Thank you for a great experience! I will definitely be back.

Stopped in today for a watch repair and the staff was amazing. Christine took great care of me immediately. While I waited I looked around the store and it is beautiful. My grandfather gave me a beautiful bracelet that was a little too large, and I went in hoping to get it sized down a little bit. Chris Maluini was excellent, and very respectful towards the bracelet. Very respectable business and great people.
