My
lease
is
coming
to
a
end
and
I
WILL
NOT
RENEW
my
lease.
New
Management
took
over
and
they
are
a
bunch
incompetent.
Their
property
manager
Nadia
and
Jose
do
not
care
about
the
tenants
or
the
problems
that
occurs
in
the
apartments.
I
discussed
a
few
unpleasing
situations
I
have
encountered
and
it
took
multiple
of
calls
for
anything
to
be
done.
I
was
in
the
middle
of
taking
a
shower
and
my
water
suddenly
stopped,
I
immediately
called
the
staff
members
but
no
one
knew
what
was
happening
or
could
provide
me
with
a
valid
reason
on
why
my
water
stopped
running.
When
my
AC
stopped
working
in
the
middle
of
the
night,
something
went
wrong
and
my
entire
apartment
smelled
like
smoke
which
eventually
triggered
my
asthma.
The
next
morning
I
reported
it
which
I
was
then
given
a
hard
time
by
the
staff
member,
however
It
was
eventually
fixed..
until
2
weeks
later
My
AC
broke
AGAIN
at
this
same
time
I
requested
to
have
my
tub
unclogged
as
this
is
also
the
main
on
going
issue.
They
came
to
fix
the
AC,
but
the
tub
was
not
acknowledged.
I
figured
they
will
come
the
next
day
but
NO
ONE
did.
I
called
2
weeks
after
to
again
report
that
my
tub
was
clogged
and
it
was
finally
fixed.
They
have
"0"
customer
service
or
respect.
All
the
employee
are
extremely
rude,
especially
"JOSE",
you
will
have
a
lease
and
pay
on
time
but
he
will
continue
to
post
PAST
DUE
PAYMENT
on
your
door
because
he
feels
like
it.
I
recommend
for
you
not
to
even
think
about
living
here,
its
a
waist
of
money,
and
the
headache
is
not
worth
it.
The
whole
apartment
complex
is
filthy.
Garbage
overflowing
everywhere,
roaches
everywhere
laundry
machine
NEVER
works
and
pool
is
filthy.
I
regret
living
here.
