Nice little park entry to the beach. Great beach to relax at away from the larger crowds. Plenty of commerce in the area if you get hungry. Walk or bike here and enjoy a day on the beach.

Beautiful, clean beach with shallow water great for swimming. No chair or umbrella rentals available when I was there on a Tuesday afternoon.

Love this end of fort Lauderdale beach, away for the hectic north or south. The little parking lot fills up quick.

Beautiful beach, not crowded. Limited paid parking that's $4/hr for non-resident.

This was a very pretty beach. It was very busy. Parking is very limited to get into this beach. There were people of all ages. It seemed like to me that everyone pretty much kept to themselves. At the entrance to this beach they have showers to wash off. There was hardly any seaweed on the beach , that was nice.

Good beach spot with a parking lot if you can grab a spot. There is also parking across the street by Walgreens. They have showers and a short planked path to the beach.

This is a beautiful beach and lacks the craziness of Fort Lauderdale Beach. My pictures say it all. It's also walking distance to Shooter's and other restaurants on the intercoastal.

Great beach! The sunrise is beautiful, the ocean is cool at this time & you’re able to enjoy the sun. Parking was good as well.

It's a public beach that feels private. I love it. Some good waves for boogie boards depending on the weather. If you want to have the most fun of your life, we do a 4-5 mile run starting here now on Sundays at 8am. We end with an optional ocean plunge here which you probably don't want to miss! Our group had a lot of runners and we saw many runners along the galt mile which we would have loved to join us. If that was you please join us!

Well, it is a small entrance to the beach. The closest parking lot can have only like 20 cars, so not easy to find one. The beach is nice once you are there, but is just that (if you want restaurants or shade, there’s none!). They have some “showers” to rinse sand from your feet and body, but I don’t remember seeing restrooms close to it. I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Beautiful beach right by our place. Highly recommend if you want a less crowded beach compared to the main Fort Lauderdale hotel beach strip.

This a small Park that give you access to the beach at Oakland Park Boulevard. Also there is a small butterfly garden and a box of Books that we can share with the Community.

Beautiful spot of beach but very little parking. The park portion is very small, nothing in it.

Walked to the beach after lunch. There were plenty of people there but not over crowded. Such a gorgeous day. Great to see so many people in a good mood. The sand was soft and the water was blue. The breeze was gentle -- perfect day!

Nice little place to take a pause if you are in the area with beach access has a couple of showers to get the salt off of you if you should decide to wade it in the water. Nice and quiet place for a picnic.

Unguarded, limited paid public parking and crowded on the weekends, but peaceful and clean. Less crowded 100-200 yards north or south. Close in 1st reef snorkeling.
