This use to be my favorite Spot Mimi is still the best. Yet new morning cashiers are not very favorable. SMH when they see a line frowns no smiles. ehh not my favorite anymore

One of the best Dunkin’ Donuts!! Very good customer service and the manger was friendly and all employees have a smile on em!

The Two young men working today, gave me great customer service. My food and coffee was fresh, and presented to me in a timely manner. They were very mannerble,and such gentleman. Most dunkin donuts I order my coffee from its never right the first time, this young man made my coffee right the first time! Keep up the great job fellas.

Staff is ok. We reserved the conference room. It was dirty, there were dirty paper towels on the floor. The chairs were so worn out. There are other office spaces that are as competitive in pricing and alot cleaner and welcoming.

McDonald's is better!!! For the price, they could upgrade their quality of food and service and just get rid of those mushy hash browns all together.

My experiences with Dunkin have always been great. All great at this location too.

Ordering on the app is no indication of what you will get. Omelette bites are discontinued according to them, but I was just able to order them on their app. Only way to get my money back is to call customer service, so waste 15-30mins of my time. I cannot have carbs for health reasons, and there is nothing else on the menu that is low carb. Ridiculous, take it off your app if it is not available.

I get munchkins often from here, the staff are absolutely beyond friendly and know most of the locals including myself. Like the other Dunkin' donuts nearby I reviewed this place also gives lots of extra donuts away and that's great for the community, very fair pricing too and that's what we want bargains friendliness. The only thing is I wish they were open a little bit longer like the one nearby is open until 10:00 but other than that great place

Jamisha was so friendly and helped us out in finding the right thing to order. We really enjoyed our visit. We were visiting from Canada and Orlando so we really enjoyed the freshness of our food. Thank you again!

Service sucks, girl had an attitude the entire time she took my order and was treating the other worker rude as hell too, being snappy with her and it was only them two. Definitely will never return here!

I love this store!! Great staff !! My coffee is always fresh. When I walk through the door I’m greeted nicely and they already know my order. lol. I’m there everyday. It’s always very very clean and I love the way the store is decorated for the holidays

Our server ABLE was great her was attentive to our needs, we'll spoken and knew the menu to answer our questions. He is an asset to your company. We have had him several times now and he is very respectful and pleasant. The food is also the best we have had in a long time. Thank for opening up in Coral Springs, Richard

NO GOOD ... I ASK FOR A CROSSANT AFTER 10 MINUTES ... THE CROSSANT WAS COOL LIKE ICE ICEBERG ... NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER...

Really like D.D. but this one is a little seedy! Homeless guy hanging out at the front door panhandling. You have to run the gauntlet to get past him. The coffee and donuts are good but service was pretty slow.

Very busy on take out orders but ample seating. Today they has my favorite maple donuts in stock, so I got 2!

I wouldn't tell anyone any lie about where I go or where I eat I like giving reviews and good reviews and not negative reviews from the reviews I have read the coffee is pretty good but the donuts I have just ordered was stale tasted like they probably was sitting up for 6 days or maybe more they taste awful very badly I guess because the restaurant is in a poor neighborhood and they don't care about what do they give to people from the neighborhood across the street from the store I've ate at a Dunkin donut before over on East Atlantic the food is very fresh and taste wonderful not saying all Dunkin' donuts are the same but the one over in Coconut Creek their donuts are even bad and old what has become of Dunkin' donuts one other Dunkin' donuts I went to was East McNab their food is great also and fresh and taste wonderful I will not be going back to this Dunkin' donut and it was my first time but don't get me wrong people the staff are beautiful people and they'll treat you with a smile but for me I am giving this a thumbs down
