If you’re in a rush do not go to this store. All the employees are always supper nice & drinks are made right, but 15 mins for 1 drink is just too long to wait. I’ve had to leave twice without my drink because it was too long. I really wish Starbucks would hire more baristas at this location because 2 people for the early morning rush is not enough.

It was my neighborhood Starbucks until this visit. I was greeted by a male barista with a full beard, wearing women's pink gradient eyeshadow, blush, and lipstick... gen Z'er. Inappropriate for the workplace. I'm interested in coffee. Not a freak show. Parents, take note, in case you aren't ready to explain this to your young children.

We love this location! No long wait times. Heart and Cassidy are absolutely amazing and greet us by name every morning! Even if we are going in the other direction we go out of our way to stop here and see the team!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks location. Good service, clean and airy, plenty of seating indoors (chairs and cushioned chairs) and outdoors (chairs and rustic stone seats), all in all a fantastic location to bring your school work to and get stuff done for hours on end. Runs a bit too cold so bring a sweater if you plan to stay put for a while!

This Starbucks is literally the Chick-fil-A of Starbucks. Every single time “Hi, good morning” in perfect harmony. Always polite and accommodating. Like honestly. Starbucks is a little pricey. But that’s the most attention I get all day. So it’s worth it.

Taking in consideration that I visited on a Saturday morning around 11am, I understand that it's the weekend and they were very busy. However, I placed my order via mobile order and ended up waiting 36 minutes for one frappucino and one muffin. I asked what looked like the manager after 25 mins, she gave me my muffin that had been sitting there and was already cold and told me my drink would be right up. 11 more minutes later (totalling 36 mins) I noticed multiple drinks sitting right behind the counter ready to go and none of the employees handing them out. I was finally able to ask a different employee to check if one of the drinks that had been sitting there were mine. Yes, one of them was my drink. So I got to drink my melted frappucino and cold/hardened blueberry muffin over 30 minutes after ordering. I understand being slammed busy, but almost 40 minutes for one drink and one muffin is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning to this Starbucks.

Great location, fast and friendly staff! Michael was such a pleasure talking to. I asked for suggestion for fall flavors other than the usual and he recommended the iced pumpkin cream chai tea latte I absolutely loved it that will be my go to drink this season!

I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS!!!! Everyone who works here is an absolute delight. Abby, Mike, Donovan, Heart, and Olivia are just a few employees I can name that go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I look forward to my order here almost every day. The store is always spotless and the team never fails to be welcoming, helpful, and kind. I have never had a bad experience here. This starbucks location will leave you pleasantly surprised when you visit. I could go on and on!

Several times lately the bakery items have had a strong fish smell and flavor. I thought it was just me at first but after it kept happening I had friends try pieces of my items and they agreed. I don’t know if the food is stored in a refrigerator with fish but if so, it is ruining the rest of the food.

Tables and pick up area very dirty and messy. Makes me wonder about the sanity of my food. I don't think I'd go to this Starbucks again.

This place is very near to where I live, the employees are friendly, even at early times such as six am, and the manager is very cool and offered me a free drink when an employee got another one wrong, genuinely a good place to drink coffee and chill

Every time I’ve come here has been a pleasant experience. Drinks are always made well, the place is clean. They take the orders quickly and get the orders out fast.

I never got a good drink from this Starbucks location. Their drinks are disgusting everytime ..worst starbucks period. Service is ok but the drinks are terrible.

Some people do not know how to make drinks here, some do though...when it’s good it’s 5 star when it’s bad 1 star. Also ordering on mobile app is not efficient, I arrived on time to get my drink and still waited 10 minutes and it wasn’t even busy. Roll of the dice with chains like Starbucks, the one a mile north from here is better.

The most amazing fudge and desserts I've ever seen and tasted! Just look at this gentleman making the fudge! Like a witch churning a magical potion of tastiness!

It was all good except that the guy taking our order didn't hear my husband when he said CHAI TEA lattes. I took a drink and about gagged, regular latte is disgusting Lol...but they switched them out for chai tea lattes so it was all ok. Nice clean store and friendly people!

I have been drinking espressos for 50 years in Italy. Against my better judgement I tried a Starbucks espresso. It was simply undrincable. It took the girl 6 minutes to make it. Folks, its called espresso for 2 reasons: (1) Its served immediately and (2) its drunk immediately and HOT. The girl took so long that when i finally got it it was cold. An espresso is a "small" drink so it cool rather quickly. It should take 45 seconds to do this. Even those "casual" Italians can do it immediately every single time... and its good!

Same as other starbucks. Cant complain. Had the same drinks and food as any other one. Drink came hot and accurate. Great place for meeting people!

Not every Starbucks is equal and this one stands apart from many - in a good way! They have plenty of parking which is great, the coffee is made the way it's supposed to each time, but it is a very work friendly Starbucks, which I love! They have several tables to chose from so even with their day-to-day crowd, there are plenty of tables to sit on and take a out a laptop or tablet and work. This location is also very quiet and peaceful (For a Starbucks). They do have a lot of people coming in and out which is expected, but it's a rather large location so it never really feels crowded.

Very cozy and comfy place. It's the best Starbucks in Pompano Beach, Florida! I usually order a Triple Espresso or a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino with the famous Bacon & Gruyère Egg Bites, or with a Roasted Ham, Swiss & Egg Sandwich. They are always fresh and delicious! I highly recommend this place!

Nothing like the baristas making fun of the drink you order (that you had to make yourself because they were out of what you wanted) when they thought you weren’t listening. Have a little class. The holidays are hard for many people and a little happy drink is all some have most days.

Quaint location especially due to volume of people passing through, a lot less packed then other locations. Their cold brew machine wasn't working, so I parted ways without ordering but would definitely go back! Great staff too
