The carne aguacatala was amazing cook to temp with great flavor. Beef empanada is better than chicken. Must get the fresh orange juice.

If you pass this restaurant and the cuisine it offers up without a thought to stop and try something, I'm sad for you. This place has it all. The food came within mere moments from the time we ordered with the floor more than at half capacity. Our server was polite and full of genuine energy and humor. The flavors hit the palate with all the spice and fire and heat you'd expect and the care the cooks take with simple presentation felt unpretentious yet high class. Do not pass this place without stopping to eat. 🤤😋🥰

This is such a nice place to eat very good and authentic Colombian food. The service is always good and the staff is very attentive. The food has us coming back again and again. From the empanadas to the colantado El Balcon you too will be returning also .

Been wanting to try this spot for ages and it was so delicious! Stopped by for breakfast. Coffee was great, the food was really tasty, and the service was wonderful. They have sit down service with indoor and outdoor tables along with to-go options. Fresh juice too!

I’m visiting Florida for the holiday and always want to eat Colombian food the moment I land. We didn’t want to drive all the way to Miami to eat at Versailles so I Googled “best Colombian near me” and this restaurant was listed. I’m super excited to begin with to eat because I normally don’t branch out for Colombian food and their food looked amazing. During this time we arrived, it was the three of us in a empty dining room around lunch time. We thought this would be perfect because we were expecting a full restaurant and we now were able to eat and get our food in a decent timing. That was not the case in our experience. Our server, Dionny was genuinely welcoming and kind. He offered us drinks, their specials, and appetizers to begin with and then we ordered our main entree as soon as we were done. After we had ordered, we noticed the dining room was starting to fill up and throughout the entire time we waited for our food every single person that was seated after us received their food first. Our water was never refilled and we were never checked on again. Every single person that came in after us all left before us. I thought I was overreacting but my friends noticed it as well. Since we were never checked on, we had to walk to the register to get our check ready. I really appreciated his kindness and his compliments but questioned the authenticity after we were served like that. I would be fine not coming back.

This is the best spot for Colombian food, amazing coffee, fresh home made food, clean, beautiful, service on point, all perfect. For appetizers I recommend empanadas (chicken, beef or cheese) They have Ajiaco soup every day. I highly recommend this restaurant

The arepas were particularly amazing, and I could taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite. Stopped in here for the first time as I was getting a hitch installed on my SUV. Came in for breakfast and got the Colombian steak with arepas and a Cafe Con leche... Meat was seasoned well and the onions were delicious on it. The area with cheese was satisfying and the coffee was bomb!!!👌👌

My girlfriend and I went for a quiet evening and the experience was worth it…. The service was delightful… each employee that we came into contact with had a smile and very welcoming… Now to the good part THE FOOD…. In one word delicious….. full of flavor and we basically cleaned our plates… we ordered a flan and as you see in the photos we did enjoy…. The little things brought smiles to our faces…. Do I recommend this place the answer is HELL YEAH….. don’t just take my word go on and taste for yourself and you too will be writing a review….. 🙂

It always such an wonderful experience at El Balcon De Las Americas, but today was especially so because of our server Dionny! He went above and beyond in everything he did for us, especially when he brought us our cappuccinos with a special message for each of us. Thank you so much to Dionny and the entire staff at El Balcon for always making it a pleasure to eat here. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

SO AMAZING! From the coffee to the desert - fantastic! The staff is so friendly and such a cute a quiet atmosphere. Quick service too! I will forever come here (probably 1 or 2 times a week!) OH and get their chicken empanadas —- HOLY MOLY ARE THESE AMAZING!!!

My family and I have been coming here since the restaurant opened many years ago. Roberto (owner) and his amazing staff show incredible pride in their restaurant and serve each guest with so much love and respect. Everyone who I have seen that comes into this restaurant leaves with a positive experience and wanting to go back for more! It’s was my first time coming here. I got Jugo de maracuaya with milk and it was prepared exactly how I love it. My friend got the limonada de coco and she’s loved it! Everything tasted so fresh. I got the chicharrón and my god it was amazing. My friend got Pechuga con champioñones, she said the chicken was really tender and the sauce was to die for. Would 100% come back and definitely recommend!

Loved the food.. Jeymi was friendly and recommended good options.. I got the Pollo con Salsa de Cilantro and my husband got Sanduche de pollo al plancha.. both of it were delicious.. Flan was awesome too.. Can't wait to come again!!

I've been living around the corner from this place and driving by for 9yrs ....😩 oh, so sad I've been missing out on some delicious Latin flavors🔥. Well seasoned🤌🏾 Large portions. Was intro'd by a friend and has become a go-to restaurant for me!💯🔥 Servers are coo and friendly. Welcoming. Laid back, calm environment. Service was fast. 🤷🏾‍♂️what else could you ask for. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner...

I'll give the restaurant a 3 out of 5. Good portions for the daily special but the food was bland. It would have been better with some sause on the rice.

I know this place since 2015. They have grown and developed an unique Latin experience concept. As a Venezuelan-American I love Colombian food as much as the cuisine from my native country. I must say the best moment to come and eat here is during breakfast. Everything is so fresh and delicious. The people that work here are very friendly and they are welcoming. One of my problema with this location is that the booths are horrible and you can end up with pain in your butt if you seat there for an hour. They need to change and update the furniture urgently. The manager does a great job addressing the complaints and making every customer feel like home. Thank you guys. And see you soon.
